As no foreigner to Indo/Pak Cuisine, I had my mind set to try a Beef Boti Roll (mild) on "Paratha" bread - a toasty flaky flat bread housing several large chunks of savory beef marinated in Pakistani spices, diced onion and cucumber with a hint of ketchup and two sauce containers of a basalmic dressing and a thinner mint yogurt sauce to dip or our. This roll is also available and freshly made Naan. This roll is about 8" long. Everything is cooked to order - every order taking about 15 to 20 minutes to prepare.
