I placed a mobile order before I arrived for 2 cold brews. Some short girl with pigtails with a grumpy look places one on the counter and I said "oh was there not two in the order?" Thinking I made a mistake her response "I don't know." and walked away. She proceed to make 2 or 3 other drinks before my 2nd one. When she did make my second cold brew she played it far away from the original that I had left on the counter and walked away. She clearly was hating her job at that moment. I called ans spoke with the manager James Winter and I see know why the service sucks because he sucks. When I said I understood that food service/retail is sometimes a tough job he interrupted me to say "no actually this job is fun and rewarding!". Ok James if it is so fun and rewarding Pigtails should have been channelling her inner Richard Simmons. People don't quit jobs they quit poor managers and this now explains the high turnover at this location.

As soon as my boyfriend took a bite of the donut he found a long black strand of hair in his mouth. It was absolutely disgusting. Thankfully we were still in the window we got their attention. All they said was "not again" they offered a refund so we got the money back, but we still ordered another donut because that was why we went there anyways. And they still tried charging us for them. AFTER WE FOUND HAIR IN THE DONUTS PREVIOUSLY. Who would want to pay for another donut after he pulled a hair out of his throat. I understand it was only a $1 but they were absolute rude and not accommodating.
