Strawberry Shortcake (not gluten free)
Carol I.

We stopped by Pact Coffee over the weekend and enjoyed our iced beverages. The service was prompt and friendly. The ambiance was busy, but we were able to find seating to relax for a bit! The strawberry shortcake was ok, but the iced lattes were tasty!

The absolute worst coffee I have ever had. At first I thought the design in the coffee was a heart, only to realize I was looking at it upside-down (it tasted like a$$) Greatly disappointed. Zero stars

Best donuts ever!!!!!! You can get walk in donuts at the Main store on 124 across from Uncle…read moreAlbert's but order ahead to get your favourite flavours. Dough is fluffy, not heavy and not overly sweet. The toppings are also well balanced. I grew up on Country Style donuts. This is not them - in all the good ways. Sophisticated flavours and well balanced flavour profiles. For instance, I love matcha and now, it is always heavily sweetened at coffee shops or in ice cream. Destination Donuts Matcha donut is perfect and preserves the original flavour. Wow!

Made a quick stop here today .. If you really think TH…read moredonuts are fresh ... Think again !!! This donut shop is not franchise . It's a family run business and honestly worth every penny. Baked on site !! Can't get fresher than that. Ok.. so the prices are a bit high .$3.80 for one ! But these donuts are big.. and I mean ..BIG ! There's no plain donuts here .. these are all flavored . And their apple fritters are MASSIVE !!! I couldn't resist any of them .. but I settled for a creme brulee and an apple fritter ( which I gave to my boss ) . So delicious, I could have eaten a few more but decided not to over indulge ( easily done this time of year ) . If you're in the neighborhood and want a donut .. go here !!! No regrets . It's not a big shop but there's seating area if you want to stay . Clerk behind the counter gave me a few minutes to decide. She kind of figured out it was my first time.

I'm not a donut person! Never get excited about donuts! One…read moreday I was going to visit some friends at work and I knew they like donuts and this location was on my way so I decided to buy them some donuts. The place was well designed and very nice. The person who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I purchased a dozen of donuts and left. My friends were very excited when they saw the donuts. They decided to cut them to 4 pieces so we can try multiple donuts. Long story short, we ate all donuts in about 20 minutes! I'm not a donut person but I love their donuts! They are very appealing, smell very good, high quality and freaking delicious! Try them, you won't regret! :)

Called the manager of this place, because my sister had an anaphylactic allergy reaction to a donut…read morethat did not have nuts listed on the donut's ingredients. To be frank, I DID NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING but some accountability. There was no apology made whatsoever over the phone call. TANNER THE OWNER/MANAGER did not take accountability. There was no empathy in his response as a business owner. He said they make their labels posted on the INSIDE of their boxes and they are 12 point sized; this is TINY. He made it clear the onus is on whoever buys their donuts that they should look out for those who have allergies. He compared his business to that of other donut places; Doughnut party, Hello Mochi, even Tim Hortons, where they "do not list" these things. And I can tell you for sure, THEY DO IF THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS OWNERS. It was hilarious comparing himself to Doughnut Party. "Everything is cross contaminated." -- This is the answer you will get when you ask about accommodating your allergies. Other low reviews of this place, he claims they're wrong, but it's amazing what kind of customer service he provides. At the end of the phone call, he told us to open up a donut place. Maybe go to Doughnut Party instead. Compared to this place, other bake shops are responsible. He also said it is NOT LEGAL to be responsible for food allergies. I told him, as a responsible business owner, you would have those signs and labels where they are CLEAR to your customers. He has a responsibility to all customers. Apparently customers with allergies "are sick people." Try again Tanner.
