However I feel like I tasted a little more strawberry rather than earl grey. It would've been nice to have the earl grey flavor pop out a little bit more. The doughnut was great nonetheless. But what really surprised me was the doughnut dough itself. It was light, chewy, and unlike other doughnuts I've tasted before. It reminded me of desserts with a mochi-like consistency. Maybe they add a little bit of mochi flour in the dough, or something similar to that. Whatever they put in that dough is magic because it was so delicious. "Everything is cross contaminated." -- This is the answer you will get when you ask about accommodating your allergies.
