The wait time was minimal as there weren't many customers at the time. After a few minutes my name was called and I was on my way. Up until this point, every wrap I've ever had was either thin like a taco or overstuffed like a burrito. This one was a perfect mix of the two; not too big or small but just the right size. I'm unsure how many eggs they used, but I certainly appreciated the thickness. The wrap itself was good but unfortunately, the only "flavor" I got came from the cheddar cheese as the seasoning was no where to be found. Aside from that, it def kept me full and was a solid choice for breakfast. I liked the coffee shop as well, as it felt cozy and welcoming. I can't wait to come back to try more things, esp the pastries.

Wife ordered the same but with plain pancakes and liked that as well. Her bacon (which of course she didn't finish) was terrific. I was torn - I really wanted the country omelette which is basically the western plus sausage gravy with a biscuit but the bananas foster pancakes sounded so good. Our server convinced me to just go nuts and order the omelette and add half an order of pancakes. Her upsell training was on point, because the add wasn't cheap but indeed I needed to taste them. And like I said . . . . Best. Pancakes. Ever. The omelette was great. The biscuit was just ok. The pancakes were indescribably amazing.
