This is a cute little spot with unique comfort food. I got the spicy rice cakes with seafood in sweet pumpkin - I've never ordered anything quite like this before, but I enjoyed this as it was comforting yet filling. The pumpkin helped balance out the heavy parts of the dish like the cheese and rice cakes. I also tried some of the chicken quesadilla, which I thought was decent but nothing special. Service was average - I have no positive nor negative comments. We went at dinner time, and the restaurant was dimly lit. It was quiet inside and good for a small group of people or dates. I can imagine it gets brighter during the day and can see people coming here to study, as I believe their menu also turns more into a cafe during the day. Would recommend giving this small business a try!
This cafe is right under a parking structure and will validate your ticket which is honestly rare for LA. I enjoy taking my time here studying as they also provide WiFi. I spent around $40 for a pasta and 2 vanilla lattes to give you an idea of the cost, and the pasta was large enough that I could have taken it home for a second meal of leftovers if I wanted. Service was nice and they open later than most cafes.

Coffee was really good especially the hazelnut lattes. The environment was pleasant and beautiful flowers everywhere. I discourage ordering the Hawaiian pizza. It was more like a big nacho covered with cheese sprinkled with ham chunks and canned pineapple , dominoes does it better.

I tried those two dishes that my companion recommended. They were both very tasty. The spicy rice-cake was not that spicy but rather sweet, and gabocha pumpkin added its own sweet-potato-like flavor and texture to the dish (I have a sweet tooth). The seafood udon was very good as well, but I personally liked the rice-cake dish a bit more. The indoor parking on the first level of the same building (with an entrance right next to Cafe Scent) was free with validation - for up to 2 hours, from what I heard.
I ordered flowers from Cafe Scent for my wife yesterday for very special occasion. Today is our 42nd wedding anniversary. I know it's excellent reputation cause I heard from many different people including my close friends in K-Town. I picked it up at 11 am at the shop and it was waiting for me. I was so glad I didn't have to wait for it. Because I had a lunch appointment with my wife at noon at Chinese restaurant in Simi Valley. When I arrived at the restaurant with this beautiful flowers the customers and servers all praised how beautiful flowers were. Let me tell you about this flowers. It is not ordinary flowers but it was a piece of art. It was not like common flowers but ART itself. When my wife saw it at the restaurant her face lightened up with joy. I'm so glad I picked Cafe Scent to prepare my 42nd wedding anniversary this gorgeous flowers. I strongly recommend Cafe Scent flowers to anyone who wants their special event even more special.
This place is closer to my home, and sometimes I go there to get some coffee, latte with my friends. Their food is good and tasty as well as having good selection of dishes. I love their hamburger steak, quesadilla, rice cake dish and pastas. I would definitely recommend this place :)
Beautiful little gem tucked away in Koreatown. My girlfriend's and I met here for our first get together in 2 years. Our server was new, I believe his name was Terry. Young guy, very sweet. He grabbed a notepad and took our orders. One of my party had recently removed wisdom teeth so she was a little particular about her food and asked for a cup of hot water to rinse her mouth. He ended up bringing two cups of hot water just to be sure. The jujube tea, citron tea, and ginger tea were all delicious. Served warm not hot, which enabled us to enjoy them right away and didn't hurt my friend's mouth. There was a little white dog in the middle of the restaurant, far from the kitchen and far from the tables, but close to the restroom. She was hilarious and let you pet her when you walked by. This was the first public restroom I've ever see with a bidet! I didn't test it out but I was curious. The atmosphere takes you out of the city hustle and bustle and tucks you into a secret garden style botique eatery. All our food was delicious! My rose Pasta flavor was similar to a vodka sauce at an Italian place. Very flavorful! The spicy pasta my friend had was not spicy but it's possible they toned it down for us because places tend to do that with people they think are not aquatinted with a culturally spicy dish. Who knows? Whatever the case, if you go to a restaurant because you like a more nich style atmosphere and feel with a down home vibe, check it out.
Came here while I was getting my car washed around the corner! A super cute, quaint setting with current hip music on the speakers :) servers were kind & service was nice! Very sweet community. I got a spicy tuna roll & miso soup & lemon water and it was delicious! I enjoyed waiting here, would definitely visit again!

We were looking for a baby shower venue but we had an idea that only Cafe Scent could execute. We arranged a meeting with the owners and they accommodated our every request. Our baby shower was pumpkin themed because it was on Halloween wknd and we wanted to make pumpkin vase floral arrangements. The owners prepared a beautiful assortment of loose flowers for us to cut and arrange into our floral foam and pumpkin vases during the event. They also made us a gorgeous centerpiece ahead of time. We were happy they already had pumpkin dishes on their menu to match our theme like spicy rice cake with pumpkin, sweet pumpkin almond pizza, and sweet pumpkin mixed green salad. We also pre-ordered spicy pasta with tomato sauce, bacon pasta with cream sauce, Italian pizza, chicken quesadillas, oven baked chicken wings, chicken Caesar salad, and a variety of drinks. It was perfect because we had a mixture of Korean and American guests so the fusion of both cuisines fit everyone's palate and was really delicious. Cafe scent is amazing because they fulfilled our venue needs for florals, as well as provided flavorful food and drinks. They were attentive to our needs the whole time and even were generous to let us use their space when we went over on time and clean up our floral mess afterwards. Everything went seamless thanks to Cafe Scent. Thank you for the most beautiful and perfect baby shower!

Such a lovely spot! The ambiance is amazing, and I loved that they have both indoor and outdoor seating. It was also surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated in such a loud, busy city. They were so thoughtful and even brought me hot water with lemon, which was such a nice touch. I also got the morning special, and I've attached a picture of the menu so you can see it! The French toast was absolutely delicious , the perfect mix of crunchy and soft, with a generous amount of fresh fruit. The cream was so light and fresh, and I especially loved that it wasn't overly sweet. They also have WiFi, so I'll definitely be coming back to work from here. And the 3-hour parking for just $0.75 is such a great bonus! I included some pictures as well because everything was so lovely and worth sharing. Definitely a five-star experience. Food was different! Its a korean mom and pappa restaurant. I got their rose tea, potato pizza, soba noodles, and rose pasta. Everything about this place will leave a scent tastings of flowers in your mouth. You will be lingering for more food after you are finished with your meal! read more

For the first time this place. We passed by this place and wanted try someday. Finally I got to chance to try but it was totally terrible experience. Food(1/5)- I got a coupon when I checked in on yelp for free drink if order any of entree. We ordered tuna tartare but I didn't eat raw food. I recommend that menu to my friends and I asked to the waitress how tasted that and she said its good. Food came out pretty but my friends said tasted so funny. They said they thought eating raw fish bibimbap without rices. I tried tasted only kiwi dressing but it really good but Tuna smell like a gochujang. We definitely not recommend that. Drinks(3/5)-we ordered ice americano, ice plum, milk tea, kiwi mojito(no alcohol). Ice americano and ice plum tasted just ok but a lot of drink. Kiwi mojito was amazing tasted you would like that if you like herb tea. When I drinks that my mouse was got really fresh from mint herb. Only I can recommend kiwi mojito. Service(2/5)- we requested changed our sits when they have a empty table. It was little busy there when we went to there and no tables. We sats at bar and just waiting to move our sits while drinking. But they forgot that and they just moved other people. The waitress was nice at the first time but I didn't know why she got a bad attitude to us maybe from busy?? I really disappointed this place when we asked for the check. Our waitress asked to us need to parking stamp and we give her our parking ticket. When I looked at our check parking sticker $0.35 without any explanation. If have to pay for that they should told to us about that.. we thought nothing extra pay for that but it wasn't. You need pay $0.35 for parking stamp. I thinking it would nice to let us know first that and we don't have reason to feel bad from that. Only $0.35. Who's going to not paying even they explain to you that. Ambience (4/5)- i was happy to found new pretty cafe in this area and they have a sent store too so smell so amazing good from flowers. I like their interior. It was romantic place with quite place. I've been pretty fond of this hidden gem of ktown ever since I got to try their seafood spicy rice cake with sweet pumpkin, the black rice burrito, and the sweet potato pizza!!! Literally bomb.com I could eat them any day everyday. I want to praise this place in this review particularly for a bridal shower I got to host this past weekend. After comparing couple other cafes in ktown, (Giverny, Heyri, and Concerto) I mainly chose this place for the romantic vibes and the AMAZING FOOD at a very reasonable price compared to other venues. We regretfully forgot to take pictures of the dishes we had, but we surely enjoyed all the items (seafood spicy rice with sweet pumpkin, sweet potato pizza, hamburger steak, bacon pasta, and mandarin salad) and cleaned them out. The kitchen staff were very kind and made the presentation nicer than usual :) The cafe was also very lenient in how we rearranged and decorated the place, which allowed all the guests, and the bride-to-be esp, to enjoy every decor and details of the event!! The servers were attentive but not tooooo much, so we enjoyed our programs without being bothered. So extra points on that! Didn't think we would be able to pull off such beautiful and fun bridal shower at a small cafe in ktown, but cafe scent made it possible! read more

I ordered spicy rice cake and sweet potato pizza for dinner yesterday. It was so delicious. My son liked it too. Now they have special price! Spicy rice cake was not too spicy, so my son also enjoyed it. The sweet potato pizza was not greasy but healthy. It was very delicious. read more

Super cool place to have brunch and lunch!!! I had a great time with my friend having delicious food at a table set outside of the restaurant. Patio place! It seemed all the tables are totally sanitized and safe. I really missed the time I could hang around with my friends at nice cool places. I definitely come back to this place with my other friends soon. read more

Rip off... paid $190+ tax = $208... for low quality... just because i knew the price beforehand do i have to accept the QUALITY of the product because i already knew how much it costs???? I'll leave it up to the readers if im being unreasonable... i might be..? But as a friend preparing this for a friend i was embarassed... also another friend ordered for me via dm since i wasnt good in Korean but looking at their conversation.. very rude @David J. Manager would love to meet in person to discuss the whole situation. I believe you or the employee or the owner has my contact information since it was provided at the time order. Lastly would like to ask.. have you checked the message conversation that took place? If you approve that type of customer service I have nothing to say to the service portion.. i can upload also our the dm conversation as well... again.. maybe im being unreasonable.. Sometimes I just want to hang out at a place where I can bring my computer and be productive. But on the tuesday night that we were there, it just was not possible: - lighting is a little on the dim side (which is good if all you want to do is relax) - the K-pop music is played a little on the loud side that even my ear buds couldn't block it out - sometime after 9pm, groups of chatty people showed up and the place started getting loud. Oh well... our productivity jam was cut short. I think the evening time is for socializing :) Brian I. did mention that during the day, the place is better for studying/working. So I'm not hating on the place. I like that there is a flower shop inside so there are fresh flowers all around. There's also easy to access outlets for your laptops depending on where you sit. Hmmm. This is my first time here. First of all I'm going to start with the things that I like. I like the food, drinks and desserts. I like the place it's soo big. I love the ambiance. The parking is not hard to find. On top of that I like how they close late at night. On the other hand I did not like that they only have 2menus and its super tiny too. The food is way tooooo expensive we spend $96. Lastly they only have few choices for the desserts. I don't think I will be coming back anytime soon. read more
Very Cute Cafe!! Let's start with the name, it's a CAFE. They have a variety of korean foods, sandwiches, desserts, pastries, frozen yogurt machine, shaved ice, and very tasty drinks. For a food establishment it didn't smell like food was being served in there though. For your typical korean cafe, it's got reasonable prices for teas and coffees. Averaging about $5-$6. For the food, it's a bit over priced. Kudos on presentation though. The food, the decor of the restaurant, and the outside are VERY VERY CUTE and very well thought out. (That's kind of the downside with korean places, usually the best food places are hole in the walls that you don't want to use the bathroom.) I had the sweet potato latte. A very unique drink for a korean cafe. It was sweet, milky, and warm. So great. A very romantic setting, lots of sitting area. They have long tables for groups too. This place has a lot of character. The outdoor seating only sits about 15 people max. read more

How does the floral lessons on arrangement work? Walk-ins? Price? Duration? Time and day?
I teach 1:1 or 2-3 students. Time is an hour and a half. The date is a day when I am not busy, and the students and I set time with each other. The price is $150-200/class inclusive of all materials.
I tried calling several times to make a reservation, but the phone line doesn't have anyone answering. Are you open?
