I ended up paying 52 bucks and when we left my husband said, that's really expensive guac. I didn't even realize how much i was spending because the mess that was happening with our main order. I checked the receipt and they charged me for a catering size guac, and i only received one small tub of guac and 2 small containers of chips. If it was catering i would have got 3 large containers of chips with a big bag of chips. I called to get a refund and Kat apologized for the mix up. She let me know that they weren't expecting it to be busy and ran out of a ton of different things, so the day was kind of crazy. She told me that since i paid in person i could only get a refund in person and they couldn't do it over the phone. I stopped back in on my way home from our Mother's Day get together and it was a different supervisor and the kitchen was disgusting. Food everywhere, empty food containers on the counters. I was kind of shocked honestly. Night and day difference from 2pm when i was in there earlier. Thankfully i got my refund and will not be returning to that location anytime soon. The chicken and fish we received were so dry, but at least the guac was yummy and tasted fresh! The employees did the best they could with what they were set up with but whoever handles the ordering needs to rethink not ordering additional items for a holiday.
