McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Queen Creek, Arizona

This is quite literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I placed a DoorDash order which was reportedly picked up, but the driver contacted me and never was able to pick up the food. This caused me to cancel the DoorDash order and place a new order that I picked up myself. The DoorDash order was nearly twice the price as the regular pick up order. When I arrived at the drive-through to pick up my order, it took 15 minutes to get through the drive-through. The cashier who gave me my food was rude and didn't say anything aside from asking my name. This is not the first time that this McDonald's has caused these types of issues or had errors in their food production. It is mismanaged and staffed by idiots. I will never return to this McDonald's again. I will do everything in my power to make sure that nobody else goes to this McDonald's location. read more

I went to McDonald's tonight and waited 14mins to order and they just walked by and looked at me. Then I asked for someone to take my order. Girl said I'll send someone over. Then she was told to take my order. Another 18min later she then said she was helping her Friend that's why she didn't feel ready to take any orders. read more

Everytime I come here you have to literally ask for everything.. asked for ketchup and I got 3 packets... Apparently their ketchup is gold or something. Customer service has gone down hill so much read more

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever had in my 35 years on this planet. What should have been A simple mobile order has made me spend my precious Friday night writing this review. Spent 15 minutes in the drive thru, All staff at each window read my order wrong. Pickup window I made them reread it to me cause this happens all the time at this location. Reread it wrong, I read my order back to them, they confirmed my order was correct. Thank god I asked for the receipt. Get home, and it's all wrong. I try submitting a complaint, app says to contact store. I contact the store but The number on my receipt connects me to a fax dial tone (480 987 5551) can't speak to a real person. I try submitting a complaint on their website but page can't be found?? A chimp could run this store better than whoever is managing the store, they ought to be fired. Mcchicken arrived plain, I didn't ask for that. Asked for light mayo. Got a McDouble meal and was given a cheeseburger instead of the McDouble I ordered. All food devastatingly cold and old/stale. Nugget sauce no where to be found. Soda stale and non carbonated. Cheeseburger combo meal came with no onions, didn't ask for that either. No condiments offered or provided. Will be following up with the store manager personally read more

Worst McDonalds in the area, I rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Thompson. Most of their ice cream items on the app say unavailable and it's always takes 15+ mins to get your order. They're unorganized and very rude. read more

'Most' of the time my order is correct. BUT there have been a few times now I have ordered a large fry and received pretty much a medium-sized amount (see pic). And for the record; No, I did not eat any of the fries before taking the picture -that really is what they gave me. Another thing; depending on what you order some items have been under cooked a few times now too. All I can say is, check your food folks! Really, all fast food places are hit and miss most of the time anymore. Unacceptable for food safety reasons, but even more unacceptable given the price increases to knowingly cut portions (and I'm sure the workers are not making any less -they just don't care) and now lower quality but then, this is the new ethic under 'build back better' - to hire apathetic and lazy workers and be happy with less. And to the dissatisfied customer -how dare you complain? But then, what else should we expect in a decaying society? Want breakfast and waited in the drive thru ten minutes already? Be prepared to park and wait fifteen more while you watch people who ordered their food after you, leave before you. One time it was longer than that and I just left. One time I received someone else's order (or extra food -not sure). Clearly there is a problem at this location with consistency concerning the drive thru but according to other reviews it isn't just with the drive thru. Like I said, it's not every time, but even twice is too much. At least McDonalds does get it right sometimes whereas Burger King a mile further away, never gets it right and you certainly will not have it your way. Oh and the ambiance? Not much to say as I usually don't go inside. Brown and beige like the rest of Arizona. Not sure if they are trying to model it after the McCafe but I certainly wouldn't call it a bistro. Hard metal and plastic seats. Ronald would be pleased but then his butt is padded from a clown suit and he smiles regardless while your child can play one of two video games as there is no play area but then this is common in most McDonalds' anymore. Two stars is fair since I have had a few bad experiences now, thus I removed a star for each time I've had a bad experience which isn't often as McDonalds is not usually my first choice unless it's later at night. Maybe this is why they think they can cut the portion of the fries almost in half? ...as if I won't notice? Do better guys. It may have been late but not everyone is asleep (or stoned) as what may be the case with some who are manning the night shift. read more

McDonald's - 'Large' fries (really this may as well be a medium) - Fast Food Near Me - Queen Creek, Arizona

Absolutely horrible service by manager and window staff at 10:35 a.m. on Sunday, March 15, 2026. I placed a mobile order at 10:25 and proceeded to wait in line for 10 minutes before being told I won't be receiving my meal. Meal was paid for through the app. Was told that I could receive two hash browns, but not my order because breakfast was no longer being served, so I appreciate the leftover hash browns. Manager is an absolute embarrassment to the company, couldn't even speak enough english to help me. Do better. read more

The service. The food. Everything. I drove 20 minutes home. Hair was in my food. They tried to deny me service and as I requested the refund instead of a remake they proceeded to try and only give me half the money back. So we moved forward with a remake. Then came cold fries. Attitude was given and made it seem like we just wanted free food because wanted quality service. Poor experience. This is at 9:18. Hopefully this is reviewed and spoke upon the employee and manager or whoever was on the floor ! The fat one with brown curly hair read more

I left a review a while back...ya know, the one with the upside down ice cream cone in the cup. Well, I thought I might hear back from them, but again, disappointed. From what I've seen, McDonalds could not care less whether their customers are happy or ever return. It always seems like they are doing us a favor and it shows in their customer service. Im so sorry to have bothered you during business hours. I won't make that mistake again. Maybe they don't know that there are so many choices now. I know it's Mc Donald's but they are not quick at all. Sometimes you go and have a great exactly what you expect experience, Other times.... You sit in the drive thru parking spot for 15min waiting on your meal. I said my app order twice and she seemed confused still, I pull up to the window they asked me to pull up to the spot and wait. We waited 15 min before we got our food. I went to go inside because this is a long wait for a fast food spot, as I went inside the girl was coming out with my food. read more

Worst McDonalds in the area. The food is fine but they just can't seem to get orders right. You can try using a deal from their app to save some money, but they "forget" a few items anyway so they end up robbing you when all is said and done. Last week the drive thru "lost" my order by the time I got to the window to pay, then wouldn't take my correct order. I ended up driving off in frustration after paying for a random breakfast burrito I never ordered or even got. I think they're still trying to figure out where that breakfast burrito came from. They've raised their prices. 4,99 for a Triple Cheeseburger. This place can't get your order right, They slop it together with out a care in the world. and you have the audacity to charge that much? They deleted my last comment, The Owner of this place has deep pockets. The Health Department does nothing. The other day I placed a mobile order. and went thru drive thru, You know they had to park me right. So I had 2 orders. Little did I know the guy they parked in front of me. ordered the same thing but his had cheese, I ordered no cheese. The Clueless worker comes out asks me what I ordered. She gives me both orders. Or so she says. I look. Missing burger. So I park and go in. The woman pulls my Burger out of another bag and puts it in a new bag. I hear somebody say those are the fish with out Cheese. I said are those my Fish? She said yes we gave you the wrong order. I said well i need those fish. She wants me to bring the other 2 fish back. I said your just going to throw them away. "NO I'M NOT!" She yells and I stare at her with my mouth open in complete shock. I said are you going to give those to the other customer? She said I can't give you your order till you bring the other food back. I said FINE come out to the ::CURSE:: Car with me then. She throws the bag on the counter and says here!... So. I could have done only god knows what. And she was going to take those back and give them to another unsuspecting customer. Health Department has to be paid off. During Corona, The Pandemic. Covid... Masks everywhere Gloves fear.. This McDonalds was parking customers. Sending clueless workers out to so many parked cars. While the worker goes from car to car asking what you ordered. Digging their bare hands into your bag.. It was recorded. I sat there and watched one go from Car to car all the while digging into the bag. Health department did nothing... C Sanchez is a dirty franchise owner. And McDonalds don't give a crap either. Send them photos of the bathroom 2 weeks uncleaned. Nothing done. Pray if you have to eat here.. I ordered a 4 pcs kids meal with a sprite and a chocolate shake for my grandson. The guy repeated my order and said yes. He asked if I want to substitute a small fry for the apples. Said sure. Drove up to pay and the girl at window said order for Juan. No I am not Juan. Had to call someone to find the order on the screen. Paid for it after they found it. Went to recover the food. As she is passing the meal I said where is the chocolate shake. She said it's coming. Moments she hands me the chocolate milk and meal and said have a good day. I said where is the shake and the sprite. She states it's not on the order and do I have my receipt. I said no, but you can walk to the counter at the window and ask for it. She said do you want to speak to a manager. I said sure. So she shuts the window. She returns and says is there something else. I said yes. I am waiting for a manager like you said. She walks off with an attitude. I explained to the manager who I know wasn't the manager who was wearing a reflective vest. I explained to him the situation. He said that it's not on the screen and I don't see the order. I didn't see want to argue with the employee cause my grandson was in the back. He told me to get he could ring up the order and gave me wait in front for it and could hear the girl say what a jerk. I said never mind, now I know why you have a bad review rating. read more

I place this order online through the app. Sat in the parking space for 25 minutes watching the drive thru cycle through. Went inside to see what was taking so long. Ignored, and getting even more frustrated! Watching people talk about personal crap, watching workers on their phones texting. Finally someone asked if they could help and didn't even get an apology for the wait! Get home to find crap in a bag! The management doesn't care. Obviously the owners don't care either! This McDonald's constantly has people pulling around to wait for their food to the point where there is so many cars waiting that it becomes impossible to get out of any of the parking spaces . The ice cream machine is never working , the food is always delayed , and the place is never very clean. Update : next morning . Go to the counter order a "#2 with orange juice" ... pick up my order when it's called and it's missing hash brown . I ask the manager if I can get my missing hash brown and she tells me that the guy must have miss understood because it wasn't ordered as a meal . So I again ask if I can get my hash brown since he made the mistake . She says do you want to order a hash brown ? I understand people make mistakes but how horrible of customer service if your employee makes a mistake and doesn't make up for it . It seems so petty but the way she just did not give a F and didn't even apologize . She in turn allowed me to REFUND my whole order instead of just making up for their mistake . read more
