You can try using a deal from their app to save some money, but they "forget" a few items anyway so they end up robbing you when all is said and done. Last week the drive thru "lost" my order by the time I got to the window to pay, then wouldn't take my correct order. I ended up driving off in frustration after paying for a random breakfast burrito I never ordered or even got. I think they're still trying to figure out where that breakfast burrito came from. I ordered a 4 pcs kids meal with a sprite and a chocolate shake for my grandson. The guy repeated my order and said yes. He asked if I want to substitute a small fry for the apples. Said sure. This McDonald's constantly has people pulling around to wait for their food to the point where there is so many cars waiting that it becomes impossible to get out of any of the parking spaces . The ice cream machine is never working , the food is always delayed , and the place is never very clean. Update : next morning . Go to the counter order a "#2 with orange juice" ... pick up my order when it's called and it's missing hash brown . I ask the manager if I can get my missing hash brown and she tells me that the guy must have miss understood because it wasn't ordered as a meal . So I again ask if I can get my hash brown since he made the mistake . She says do you want to order a hash brown ? I understand people make mistakes but how horrible of customer service if your employee makes a mistake and doesn't make up for it .
