This Taco Bell is really hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is friendly and you get a smooth experience, but other times the service comes across rushed or with attitude, which isn't what you'd hope for in customer service. I get that customers can be difficult too, but the consistency just isn't there. The pace is also inconsistent--sometimes it looks understaffed, and people get ignored, while other times there are plenty of employees in the kitchen, yet orders (both in-store and mobile) still take longer than expected. The condiment station often isn't kept up regularly either. Parking can also be frustrating. The lot right in front of the Taco Bell is small, and on crowded days, drive-thru lines block spaces. The alternative is walking from the nearby Walmart lot, which at least has plenty of room. Overall, after visiting this location for the past couple of years, I'd say the service and food quality just aren't consistent--even for Taco Bell standards. read more

One of the worst services I received at a fast food restaurant in a while. My husband and I went to get two meals with two large drinks one of them being a dirty one. We got the first one that was a large. The second one that was a medium we asked the lady if it was large or medium. She told us medium "just like you ordered" I told her we ordered large, she goes well since you ordered a medium but want a large now we'll have to charge. This taco bell used to be our go-to location since living in San Tan Valley for over 10 years. Recently it has been complete trash, messing up every order, not providing substitutions (even those you pay extra for!!!) and forgetting items. I ordered a spicy potato soft taco because i'm vegetarian, and... the photo speaks for itself. They straight up put BEEF in it instead of potatoes??? Like... why!!!! The drive thru takes 30+ minutes to get this mediocre food, and when you get it it's never even made right. My husband also got two crunchwraps in this order, and both of them were 50% lettuce with hardly any beef, cheese, sour cream, etc. Now i don't know if they just hired a lot of new people, or they're really that lazy.
