We got our bowls and because they were out of meats, we had to wait, so couldn't watch them prepare the food, otherwise I would have made sure stupidity like this didn't happen. They drowned the TWO bowls in so much sour cream that they weren't edible. We didn't know they did this until we got home. I have gone here on 3 seperate occasions, everytime it is a shitshow. Today when I went they were out of the following, White Rice, Brown Rice, Steak, Fajita Vegetables, Sour Cream, Queso. When I started my order she informed me that they would have brown rice in a few minutes but they were 'out of white rice for the night' -it was 6pm, they close at 10pm. The staff was extremely rude, the guy making my burrito had a chip on his shoulder the whole time, making it seem like asking for salsa on my burrito was some kind of fucking problem for him. The guy at check out has an iq equivalent to the temperature outside, I had to repeat my order to him 3 times in addition to reminding him that I was paying for my order and my girlfriends order. We both got fountain drinks but they did not inform us that their ice machine is broken (looking at other reviews it appears its been broken for atleast a month) also they were out of both Coke and Mr Pibb. They have what seems like 10 people working there but they are all doing nothing. My recommendation would be to save yourself the annoyance and drive the extra 3 miles over to Power Rd. to the other Chipotle. read more

Placed an online order through the app. I live 3 minutes away and by the time i picked up my order and got home, one of the 3 bowls we had ordered was completely cold. I took a bite out of my bowl and there was a rock! Yes, a ROCK. I immediately went back to chipotle and voiced my concerns and had my food remade. I ordered extra everything for my bowl (what is the purpose of having that option on line if you dont provide it) but when I received my bowl it was very light and felt like they skimped me out of everything. I've never been disappointed by a Chipotle meal. For the best prices, get the burrito or burrito bowl. The employees are kind, polite, concise, and speedy, just don't be afraid to ask questions. The sit-down is alright, and the Wi-Fi is generally never great at these locations so get your food to-go if you're thinking about studying after ordering. Granted, I should have checked my bag. But I just trusted it was all in there. Tried calling and you get an operator. You can't call the actual location. I just wanna shout out whoever was making the to go food last night. I normally can not stand ordering chipotle via delivery apps due to small portion sizes, cold food and just crap quality. Most times I order delivery I get a burrito small enough to feed a toddler. Not last night. My burrito was normal chipotle size and seemed like they even put a little extra in it, just the way I like it without asking. Both my wife and I are always second guessing ourselves ordering delivery from chipotle but this experience has me okay with trying again. A classic case of laziness and I think I'm smarter than the customer. My wife ordered for drive thru pick up. Drove home to find out the right name on the bag but wrong on the bowl. She took it back through the drive thru, they wanted her to park and walk inside, she asked if she can solve this issue in the drive thru. Drove home with the "corrected" bowl thinking "they won't get it wrong twice right?" They got it wrong, but on purpose. They removed the sticker with the name on the bowl and gave her the same exact bowl... I told my wife let me take it back, I went inside and was told atleast they got the sides right... ordered 2 bowls, 1 salad from the app. first, only one container was marked with a name. why ask "who's this for?" on the app if it's not indicated on the container, kinda pointless. second, one of the bowls was the simplest of all the orders: steak, white rice, tomato salsa, cheese. this bowl had the most amount of ingredients. felt like whoever prepared the bowl looked at it and was like "nah fam, there needs to be more in this bowl" and just added all the things. this was also the only container that was labeled. very wrongly though. third, the salad (one of the unmarked containers) was the only order correct. and there were many options requested with it. we can verify the steak is legit because the bone was included. at no extra charge too! finally, the last bowl had roughly the same amount of options as the salad, but guess what, it wasn't all there. i even looked at the other bowl to see if that one's extra stuff was what this bowl was missing. alas, it was not, so i stand by my belief of whoever prepared that bowl adding all the things. perhaps another person prepared this bowl and decided to only add some of the things. or maybe it was the same person, and they were just "evening things out". who even knows? i sure don't, and it seems like this store don't either. employees aren't the most friendly, but who need friendliness, when orders can't even be prepared correctly. save your time and money and drive down hunt 5 minutes to eat at cafe rio. read more

Tried out the new Chipotle today thinking it had a drive through. Turns out it doesn't have a drive through. It has a "digital pickup lane". I didn't want to go in, so I actually had to park, pull up the app, order there, then go through the lane when the food was estimated to be ready. What would they do if I pulled in early and people stacked up behind me?? In any event, the predicted wait was 10 minutes: I pulled in and got my food at 11 minutes. Close enough. The food was fine, typical chipotle fare. The digital pickup lane is lame. I see absolutely no value to it. I waited longer for my food than I would have if I went in and ordered.
