If they had some big order that was before mine, they should have told me the pickup time that I requested could not be fulfilled. And if the owner can read, I stated that I walked in for my pickup, they charged me, and then told me I have an additional wait. I wouldn't go here if I were yall, if they cannot be transparent, I question if they are taking other portions of the business seriously. Now the "under new managment" makes sense.

I get that customers can be difficult too, but the consistency just isn't there. The pace is also inconsistent--sometimes it looks understaffed, and people get ignored, while other times there are plenty of employees in the kitchen, yet orders (both in-store and mobile) still take longer than expected. The condiment station often isn't kept up regularly either. Parking can also be frustrating. The lot right in front of the Taco Bell is small, and on crowded days, drive-thru lines block spaces. The alternative is walking from the nearby Walmart lot, which at least has plenty of room. Overall, after visiting this location for the past couple of years, I'd say the service and food quality just aren't consistent--even for Taco Bell standards.

Idk if it was the customer who ordered everything on the menu, or perhaps there were new employees being trained, but that was a looooong wait for 2 measly little fries. When I finally got them, they were barely warm, of course. I hope this visit was just a fluke, and that they normally have it together, since I may be here a while. I don't normally frequent BK because it's not everywhere like McD, but once in a while I get an itch for their fries or their Impossible Whopper. Hope your experience is better than mine! =/
