Pretty good. Missing some vital elements that make things great. Attention to detail would help. They missed a whole burrito in our order which left me out 8 bucks and one person hungry,.

A was hesitant to try this small taco shop in my neighborhood again because the last time we ordered take out from them, it was just mediocre. This time we decided to go in and give them another try since it was "Taco Tuesday" I ordered their "Taco Tuesday special" which was medium drink with 4 mini tacos for $5.99 plus tax. My hubby ordered a chicken chimichanga with rice and beans. They got his order wrong gave him a beef chimi instead. We sat at a table that was really close to the register. The lady who took the order took the tray of food from the kitchen order window and set it on the counter and asked us to come and get it versus walking ten steps over to place it on our table. There was no one else she was dealing with in front of her. Her coldness and lack of customer service has definitely given a reason not to try them again. The food this time was the same just ok.

One of the best breakfast burritos in the world. Check out the specials and many of my friends live b the rolled tacos. Don't be shy with the green sauce, it's amazing.

We got super lucky and were able to sit at the bar, open seating, with the TVs. There are regulars that come in and seem to have a good rapport with the staff and they love the food. It was a bit of a rush time and there was only one bartender so service was a bit slow. We did get some chips and salsa as we waited. Good chips, airy and crispy. The salsa was OK. I'm personally just not a fan of roasted salsa. Their beer was crisp and thoroughly cold which was refreshing. I tried the amor de mango and it was tasty. I can't remember my first drink either. It was a Paloma or a margarita, but i didn't enjoy as much, which is why I changed my next drink. The chimi trio was very tasty and full of flavor, one bean one chicken one beef, all good. Then we got the carnitas cheese crisp which was interesting and had good flavor. I would order both again. Service was pretty good. Like I said, the bartender was busy working by himself and when one of his coworkers noticed, we didn't have any more water then she would come by and help so that was appreciated. It s good date spot, or catching up with a friend or just grabbing a bite to eat and drink for yourself. I look forward to coming back and trying entrees. My only hope is that during the hot bright times they lower the shades and get more shades. Not only to reduce the sun coming in but also reduce the glare on the tv that way all spots at the bar are good spots.

Didn't feel like shelling out $20.95 for shrimp or fish soup so I went the safe route of two tacos special. Went with shredded chicken and beef Tacos. Complimentary salsa and chips were nice and they did a good job making sure I Sala bowl didn't stay empty for long time. Salsa was very tasty. Main dish came and I have to they beans were Luke warm and rice was OK but nothing special. Tacos were yummy, shredded beef and chicken did not have lot of flavor by itself but they were moist. Over all dish was pretty good, nothing out of the ordinary. I do have to say they charge little high for a diet coke.. But my friend ordered that . This place is more 3 and half but not 4 for me.

He also ordered a tamale since he really liked it last time. I had the #13 which is 2 Chicken or Beef Rolled Taquitos topped with sour, lettuce, cheese, and guacamole with rice & beans. Our server was a lady that makes the food. I'm guessing one of the owners. She was not a very good server. She did not check on us much. We waited a long time to get our check. Hubby didn't receive the tamale. When hubby told her about the tamale she said they were out of tamales & she forgot to tell him. That's because she never came back to the table. She said she needed to make more of them. They were much busier than the last time we were here. Hubby loved his food. This is his favorite Mex restaurant. I forgot to take any pictures until we had already eaten half our food. I did get a picture of a robot that goes to tables to deliver food with multiple plates & then goes back to the kitchen.
