Although the system said they had a copy, they couldn't find it. Well, these folks searched up and down till they did and then called me back. That's A+ customer service. When I stopped by the shop was adorable. I hadn't known they do coffee as well and so had to enjoy a latte while I was there. I didn't get a chance to go upstairs, but I heard it's quite nice and the space for author events. Would highly recommend getting your books here. This place is what all bookshops should aspire to be.

I had my first cronut here and for about five minutes, I felt like a kid again--which helped, because this place is also the local teen hangout and every time I'm in there I'm face-to-face with the existential dread and reality that I'm 40. When did that happen? Nobody told me. Anyway--Bobo's is no momo. They consistently deliver pastries and coffee that are directly responsible for both my happiness and my future pre-diabetes. When I pointed it out, she admitted it was "being serviced next week." As she walked to the register to refund my money, I overheard her tell her co-owner that I should never come in again. They did give me my money back, but only after knowingly serving something that shouldn't have left the bar. I don't expect world-class coffee - just honesty and competence. If the machine is broken, tell customers. Instead, Queen B chose to serve bad coffee with attitude.
