Love the baristas, they're always so kind. Although they do take a bit longer to make drinks, however the last two times I visited this last month I was under the impression one of them was learning! :) I get the caramel macchiato or white chocolate mocha and banana bread!

Amazing breakfast and good coffee. Western scramble is the way to go. The staff is always nice and helpful as well.

Have you ever returned to a restaurant and think to yourself, "Why in the world have I not come…read moreback here sooner." That is the thought I had when we sat down at Moe Joe's. This place is phenomenal and seriously one of the best breakfast places in all of Idaho. I hesitate to say that because there can definitely be a wait because of its popularity, but facts are facts. My wife and I went to Moe Joe's for breakfast recently and man was it good. I ordered the chicken fried steak and was stunned at the amount of food. Where to start. The steak was incredibly tender and enormous. The homemade biscuit was flaky and perfectly baked. The sausage gravy was meaty and flavorful. And the crispy hashbrowns seemed to cover half the plate. Then there are the house-made jellies. Who does that and how can I get more! The service was prompt and friendly with a great wait staff that made everything easy. The vibe of the restaurant is "friendly neighborhood spot" and feels like home. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. These folks know how to do breakfast right and I cannot wait to go back.

Moe Joe's is the real deal. We rolled in on a weekday at 9 a.m., the place was buzzing, and somehow…read morethey still sat our group of nine in under ten minutes. Our server Audrey, deserves a medal -- total sweetheart, total pro, and unfazed by a swarm of kids. I went for the salted caramel banana bread French toast, and wow. Thought it wouldn't fill me up, but it absolutely did... plus I sampled half the table because everything looked too good not to. Marlene's Loaded Idaho Potato Nachos? Spicy, bold, and ridiculously tasty. Coffee? Strong and smooth. The prices were so low I thought they misprinted the menu, and then the portions came out and confirmed we'd officially scored. Of course it's our last day in Idaho and we finally find the best breakfast spot.

Ore-Ida Golden Waffle Fries: I was today years old when I learned Ore-Ida derived their name from…read moreOregon and Idaho as they are located on the border shared between those two states. To be fair, I very rarely buy frozen French Fries, but I was craving some good waffle fries and I remember these being tasty from when I was a teen. Did you know waffle fries are created by quarter-turning the potato before each pass over the corrugated blade of a mandoline and deep-frying? This increases the surface area relative to the volume, which exposes a larger area to the cooking process and allows more water vapor to escape, resulting in a product that is crisper, and perhaps tastier as more of it is subject to browning and flavor producing effects. Ore-Ida has been in the French Fry business since 1952 and in my opinion it shows. These waffle fries were absolutely delicious. I prepared them in my air fryer to achieve a satisfyingly crispy texture. I didn't add any seasoning, but I found the amount of salt on them to be adequate. Being from WI I prefer my fries with cheese sauce, but ketchup worked well with them too. Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews

I an familiar with the brand and really i have to say that there's really no difference to me, except today. We bought a 32 oz bag of Ore-Ida tater tots. So yesterday I opened the bag and made some tots for breakfast in my deep fryer. I let them fry for the recommended amount of time maybe a bit longer bc I like more crunch. So when i opened my fryer imagine my surprise when I saw that every tot had fallen apart in the oil and my fryer was full of tot pieces, grains or what ever. Not a single tot retained it shape. So, thinking of course its my fault and NOT THE MULTI-NATIONAL CORP'S FAULT, the next time I made tots, I made sure my oil was new and my machine was clean, didn't matter though my tots fell apart and made another mess in my fryer. I don't know what this MULTINATIONAL CORPORATION did to this uniquely American product that everyone knows, but I'll say thanks for making choices at the store a little easier. I wont be buying anything Ore-Ida for at least the near future. Do yourself a favor and buy the other brand. I tried to go to the company first, but there was no way to contact directly, you click "contact us" and you get redirected to "just answers", then you have play hide-n-seek and click tag blah blah blah. Just get yourself another brand.
