Pretty roomy, and a good gathering place. I was eyeing the PBJ latte special that was on the board, but I went with a classic iced americano with a bit of oat milk. The ambiance is beautiful, warm, and inviting. If you're looking for a cozy coffee shop with a great atmosphere or a place to take some cute pictures, this is definitely worth a visit. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable while I was trying to decide what to order. They took the time to answer questions and even gave us a pastry on the house to try, which was such a nice touch. My niece and I were also vlogging during our visit, and everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. One of the things that caught my attention was their selection of the viral fruit pastries. They had several varieties with different fillings, including mango, apple, and strawberry. It was fun trying a few different flavors and seeing what all the hype was about. My absolute favorite item, though, was the rose-infused cake. It was delicious, light, and full of flavor. I would come back just for that. (& I have already been back since my first time). I also tried a few other pastries, including a pistachio cake, which were good, but the rose cake was definitely the standout for me. The only small thing I'd mention is that it was a little chilly inside, but that's certainly not enough to take away from the overall experience. Overall, this is a beautiful coffee shop with excellent customer service, delicious pastries, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back and look forward to bringing family and friends with me next time. "Come for the viral pastries, stay for the rose cake."

When you're there, be sure to go all the way to the back to see the Yemen to Syracuse wall art. The drink menu is substantial and honestly, a bit overwhelming at first. Thankfully for us all, they have a kiosk to order (although you can also go up front) with pictures and descriptions to ease the process. I was able to try the Maleeki (a light roast yemeni coffee with ginger and milk) as well as my friends' pistachio latte (both iced and hot). If you like ginger, the Maleeki is a great choice, but I would recommend extra sweet (and this is coming from someone who typically does not like sweet drinks) for a better balance of flavors. The pistachio latte is a staple. With that being said, I think most gravitate towards the iced version due to the aesthetics (pictured), but the hot brings out the pistachio flavor significantly more! So unless youre looking for an Instagram-able drink, order it hot (light sweetener is perfect in my opinion). Lastly, they have an array of beautiful desserts. The latte cake was a perfect pairing, not too sweet and just the right amount of being 'coffee forward'. Note: there will likely be a bit of a wait for your drinks, but it will come up piping hot and perfectly crafted. The staff is constantly working and super kind (always thanking customers for their patience). There is something for everyone here, whether you're feeling adventurous and wanting to try some more traditional menu options, or want something a bit more familiar, do not pass up on the Haraaz experience!

Everything has been good and they have a really solid variety of deserts. One of the biggest positives is that it's open late. Camillus doesn't really have a lot of places where you can grab a good coffee and dessert later in the evening and actually hang out for a while, so Zamen fills a niche that was definitely missing. The only real knock on it is that service can be a little slow and the lines don't generally move fast. Overall, a very good spot and especially great to have here in Camillus. Good coffee, lots of desserts to choose from, late hours, and a very nice alternative to the usual chains. I'm very happy they're in the neighborhood and I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Everything about the second location is the same as the first - the location is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and all the options, both for coffee and desserts/pastries, are well prepared and delicious. Employees are mostly always pleasant and well informed on all their offerings. Happy to have a location a little bit closer to home.

I think the aesthetic of this crepe shop is off the charts, it's very clean, welcoming and the staff are super friendly. For my items I got a caramel latte which was sweet and tasted exactly like a caramel macchiato from Starbucks. I also got a chicken teriyaki crepe and my husband got a BLT crepe. The one star is taken off because the savory crepes do unfortunately come with cold fillings by design which made the crepe not as tasty. It felt like I was eating a salad wrapped in a crepe, almost like an open wrap instead of a true savory crepe. That being said I do think that if you get the sweet crepes they would taste better and they're much cheaper too. The crepe itself tasted fine it was the filling where the flavor fell flat. I will come back to try the sweet crepes though! This would be a cute spot to go to for a date or a girls hangout if you mainly get sweet crepes.

Unfortunately it didn't hit the mark for me. Although the presentation was adorable, the matcha latte float was too watered down. It mostly tasted like milk. The icecream in it was also freezer burned so it was mostly solid ice. I have heard people love the matcha here so maybe I just went on an off day. The crepe itself used fresh ingredients. We were impressed with the quality of the shrimp. However for $18 I expected for there to be more protein in it. It was not very filling. Overall it's a cute place if you want to try something trendy, and if you want something different to take visiting company to.

The employees were super nice, which is always a plus at a business where customizing your order is part of the process. I will say that the pu-er tea late that I ordered was very weak. Even with a cinnamon brown sugar flavor shot it felt lacking. They sell a large variety of loose leaf teas, shirts, granola, and other goodies. For those who are religious, they have a prayer board where you can write prayers and hang them up. If I was going off just aesthetics the place looks great, but the tea was lacking, and the cinnamon roll only appeased 1 out of 2 people so I think I'm forced to give it a 3 out of 5.

Today I picked up a "Bonfire Babe" Tea Latte with sugar free chocolate chip cookie dough syrup and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll in my opinion was dry and not very fresh unfortunately. It may have been an off day.
