Friendly staff and yummy drinks! Quick service and great flavor variety for spritzers

I love to try new coffee houses. I have my kiddo's swim class nearby, and had driven past this modern looking coffee house a few times. I had never stopped because it was only rated 3.5. Today, I'm glad I decided to give it a shot. Yes, pun intended. There are two sides from which you can order at the coffee house, and it's a drive-thru which I appreciate it because I had my baby with me. The wait was a little long to order, but that could have entirely been because of the person ahead of me's order. When I pulled up to the window I asked if they had any seasonal offerings. I am a sucker for them, and I'm excited to try new and seasonal combinations at different places. Without missing a beat, the barista recommended a pumpkin spice latte or a caramel apple latte. I had tried the iced caramel apple macchiato at Starbucks before, and it wasn't very good. But because this was a different coffee place, I had a good feeling about it. She presented her concoction to me, first making sure I tried it to ensure I liked it. I loved it. She had the foresight and experience to make it with white coffee, instead of regular espresso. This made sure that the smokiness of the coffee did not interfere with the sweetness of the caramel apple, something that I know realize is what bothered me about the Starbucks version. I just called the store number on their Google listing and I guess it goes to the corporate office and I was asking about if you guys do a promo for birthdays and the lady didn't know any information and just was like you're calling the wrong number. I explained that this is what you guys have listed and she said I'm not in control of that. It was pretty disrespectful. I probably won't be coming to this company anymore. I feel like I'm a pretty picky coffee person. So when I tried this place for the first time today I was nervous. But I am so glad I stopped in. I have found my new favorite spot! It checked all my boxes. Incredible coffee and service... plus it was such a cute stand. My go to coffee order is always a 20 ounce, blended, sugar free white chocolate mocha with soy milk, whipped cream, and four shots of espresso- which is a mouthful but the barista was on it! She was very sweet, made my drink quick, and it was the best I've ever had. Since I ordered soy milk she offered me their dairy free whipped cream which was divine. Prices were great and will have me coming back as often as I can! read more

Service is awful (the staff will yell over you across the parking lot), the food is way too expensive for the quality and taste. I am allergic to dairy asked for oat milk latte, she didn't write the order down and gave me regular milk. So irresponsible and dangerous in the food services industry's . Every time I go here it's been consistent I've been about six times maybe now!? I always get the Italian soda which is super good and they can do any flavor and the girls that work there are super nice! They have a lot of interesting items on the menu that I have not tried yet but for sure they have some great CBD products that I just bought and are amazing I've never found CBD products that I love and I absolutely love these! I was driving by and thought I would go through the drive-thru. The menu for drinks was so extensive that it was almost overwhelming. I settled on a mocha which was described as being steamed chocolate milk with espresso. I assumed that like mocha's everywhere else that they would also be some sort of syrup in it to actually make it chocolatey. I was given a cup of coffee that was so steaming hot it was almost undrinkable. When I was able to take a sip I realized it was almost no discernible chocolate flavor to it because there was no syrup added, it was just steamed chocolate milk which is never very chocolatey to begin with. The coffee tasted bitter and overwhelmed any chocolate flavor there might have been. And I only had a single shot in a 16 oz drink, so you can't say that it was too much espresso in there. I also order the blueberry cream cheese muffin. It apparently came right out of the fridge and was absolutely cold and very unpleasant to try and eat. I didn't want it for later, I wanted it with my coffee right now sitting in the parking lot. I ate about half of it and threw it out, and poured out almost the entirety of the drink. So that was $11 totally wasted and I will not return to this place. I also can't believe how long I waited on line with one person ahead of me to get such a horrible order. read more

Ordered the triple berry smoothie with protein. It had a strong chemical taste. With tip I wasted $10 on garbage.

I've been a customer since the day they open and it's been great until recently. Since the new management took over they've gotten rid of some of my favorite baristas and the quality of my drinks have gone down. I normally wouldn't leave a negative review but seeing this poor barista working an hour over her shift today and needing to leave because she had an appointment made me upset. Management didn't seem to be doing anything to help her or find coverage and the barista was afraid to close down and get fired. I hope this place goes back to being the place I loved and that my favorite baristas like Elisa come back but if not there are plenty of other coffee places around her I can try. read more

Watered down coffee (Americano). Really a waste of money. Barista's we're nice but won't go back.

The service there was terrible had to drive off the girl was so rude you could hear her telling the other girl about her problems and I guess since she's having a bad day she wants to treat customers like shit it's like don't go to your customer service job if your man ain't treating u right and u wanna act up stay your ass home. First time here the barista helping me had no shoes on, slipping around on the floor with wet coffee grounds on her bare feet, she's venting to the other customer at the other window about how she had to come in because someone called in sick, come to find out she's the manager She had dropped the cup on the floor that had all the stir spoons in it, I didn't even notice if she put them in the sink to be washed actually. My drink was made wrong, however she did fix it and gave me the right drink. Today I came For a coffee and a smoothie. My coffee was made completely wrong, it doesn't even make sense. And then she forgot about my smoothie all together. I didn't even have her remake my coffee because I had already waited over 10 minutes she didn't charge me for my smoothie which I am thankful for. Then to top it off I was paying with cash and they didn't have "any cents" as the barista worded (kind of got a chuckle from that). I don't know if the business needs to hire more people to have both of the windows covered because it is too much for one person or what but it's obviously been a hot mess both times I have gone here.
