I would respect the company that sells them (not ECS, but the third party protein manufacturer) a lot more if they reduced the jug size to match the contents. They have a variety of good options, especially for those who create their own meals and like to use whole-grain ingredients. The store is compact, but it offers a wide variety of products. You can purchase assorted nuts by the ounce, or packaged options. They also have a selection of fruits, vegetables, a hot bar, a deli section, and kombucha. I noticed that many of the brands they carry have fewer ingredients, less artificial flavoring and sugars. I visited this store specifically to purchase seitan, and I ended up buying a couple of packages for $5.29 each, which I find to be a reasonable price. I couldn't find this brand at any other store, but I chose it because it has minimal ingredients, low fat and sodium content, and a generous amount of protein at 2 ounces. Many processed foods have a long list of ingredients and oils, which makes them unhealthy and fatty. As a vegetarian who is trying to eat cleaner, I appreciate this product. I also tried the Brew Doctor kombucha, which usually costs $2.50. However, they have a special offer where you can buy two bottles for a discounted price. The kombucha is very light and refreshing, not overpowering with vinegar or sugar. Overall, it's worth the drive to get this product. I'll definitely be coming back for it and other products in the future.

When I visited half of the flavors were out of order, which was disappointing. However, the plethora of fruit, candy and various syrup toppings made up for it. I ended up getting strawberry banana, mango sorbet and cake batter flavors with, strawberry popping pearls, mango chunks, cheesecake pieces and some gummy worms and watermelon. The mango sorbet was the best flavor wise but overall it was all good and hit the spot of that craving.
