    Chicken Salad Sandwich with Salad
    Wesley A.

Highly recommend ordering in advance. Place is small and takes awhile for food to arrive. Was disappointed how long it took to get a chicken salad sandwich. Waited 35 minutes for the sandwich. It's likely due to the wait staff forgetting about me, as they seem shocked as I was still waiting but didn't apologize. Food however, was good. Would have been better with more chicken salad but for the most part, I was surprisingly impressed. I would go back again but would order in advance. Giving this a 3-star vs a 4 /5 due to the service.

The place is pretty small and quaint and cozy on a cold day. The menu is simple and basically a good spot to go if you wabt to meet up with a small group of friends and none of you want to cook. Service was attentive cause the place is so small so that was nice. The food itself was good but if you've been to Costco then you'll know that all their ingredients come from there. They claim their pastries are made fresh in-house but that was a lie cause it comes straight from the box of croissants that you can buy at Costco; it just looks nice and fresh when they put it in a display case on a fancy plate but it really just comes from Costco so just a heads up there. The steak and eggs were pretty good as well as the eggs Benedict but nothing too fancy but the prices were pretty high knowing where it all comes from. While it was a good brunch, the final bill at the end of the meal just reminded us all that it's cheaper to just cook at home with the same ingredients.

This place is amazing. Super cute and great food! Coffee is great. Omelettes are great with homemade hot sauce and come with a side salad. Breakfast salad with egg is so yummy!!

Very good breakfast place. Went on a Sunday morning and there was no wait. Ordered the steak and eggs and huevos rancheros and they were both delicious! The inside is small but there are lots of outdoor seating. Would come back to try their French toast!

Please do yourself a favor and go to Cafe Dolma!! This is a hidden gem in Jersey City. Limited seating indoors, but they do have covered outdoor seating during the summer. The avocado toast is always a hit (get the za'tar potatoes on the side) along with their French toast. French toast is also a great item to share! They have a variety of hot sauces as well. Service is prompt, and the vibes are great. I've never been disappointed coming here!

Came here for a brunch during lunch break from the office. Greeted by our hostess and was seated outside. Cute little Turkish place. Got the dolma latte and the poached eggs with kiymali plus added soujouk. The hostess recommended that it gets mixed in and honestly it was amazing. Food and the latte were great. It was filling had a great savory flavor. Wished got a few extra pieces of the pita bread but I'm sure they would have given more if asked. Our hostess was super sweet and was very helpful would def come back here to try other things given more team.

Such a cute cafe, loved the different food options and the chilbir hit the spot. A range of flavors that came together perfectly!

Cafe Dolma is always so packed on the weekends that I've never gotten a chance to go. When I had a friend visiting from out of town and she wanted to brunch on a early Monday morning, this was my instant pick! Since we came around 8am on Monday, it was relatively empty and we got seated immediately. Our server was kind and took the time to walk us through the menu. I started off with a matcha iced latte. The matcha itself was great quality but I wish they add some add in syrup or flavor options (aside from the date syrup). For my main dish, I got the Chilbir. This was delicious and incredibly fresh. The dish itself was a delight. However, the portion sizes were pretty small and left me begging for more. Overall, I think this is a great, cute, casual brunch spot but a bit on the pricier side for what you get.

This brunch spot was unexpectedly so good! The outside seating felt really quaint, and the Chilbir was so beautifully plated! I really haven't seen many comparably aesthetic and delicious dishes this year (but maybe the outdoor lighting was just good). I do wish it was a little more filling for $20, but I split half with my boyfriend and was doing my own little food tour, so this was a great addition to the list!

Lovely little spot to grab a casual brunch. My friend and I both ordered the cilbir (poached egg over labneh with sides of tomato oil, green sauce, and pita/bread), which looked small at first but was just the right amount for lunch. Each bite was full of flavor - I loved dipping the pita into the different sauces! The dishes were just a tad bit slow, but the server was incredibly friendly and came to check on us a couple times. Will have to try their other dishes and coffee next time!

Great coffees, well priced. One of the best Matcha, Turmeric and Cappuccino I have at late. All unsweetened, foamy, strong and robust. Just the way I like it. Great hidden jewel.

This place is amazing!! It's a nice and cozy spot for brunch. My friend and I stopped by before we were leaving the town. The service was excellent and food were amazing! I tried the poached egg for the first time and it was cooked to perfection. The avocado toast had plenty of avocado that really filled me up for the road. My friend really enjoyed her meal as well. We will definitely be back when we're in town. Thank you for a great experience!!

The inside is nice and bright so it offers a great start to your morning. Also, the wifi is pretty good so no issues from a work perspective. I ordered an avocado toast along with a cold brew. This has somewhat been a routine of mine since moving here and I haven't really been disappointed anywhere I've gone. This was no different. Loved the picked onion addition too. Now - the pricing is not necessarily breakfast pricing. Expect to spend around $20 for both a breakfast item and coffee like I did. But if you have the means to do so, then you might as well.

The server asked if it was alive or dead when I found them. I told him it was dead and looked steamed....like it matters... Long story short I asked for refund but they said they have to ask their manager who's not coming back that day since it is holiday and I would need to wait until next day for refund so I end up getting a cheesecake instead. The cheesecake tasted little sour so initially I thought it went bad. Also it tasted like it's been sitting in the fridge for a long time. You know when you taste fridge smell from the food. I lost sanitation of their food and will not recommend it to anyone

For drinks, we went with the non-alcoholic Rose and Peach Please, both of which were refreshing. I also had a cappuccino afterward--while it didn't come with latte art, the taste and strength of the coffee were spot on. On our return visit, we tried the chicken sandiwch, and the pomegranate hummus. The chicken was juicy and the hummus was delcious. We finally had the opportunity to do so on a quiet Easter Sunday. First, the interior looks pretty amazing. A lot of history behind all the architecture and they did a good job preserving it. Because it was raining and chilly, we couldn't see the rooftop, but I can see the appeal. To start, we got an assortment of small muffins for the table. That was a nice touch. They were good too. For brunch, we each ordered omelettes. I got the Jalapeño & Cheddar while my fiancée got the mushroom and spinach omelette. We ended up complementing the items quite well. I did end up enjoying her omelette well. The vegetables were definitely fresh and cooked quite well. My omelette was nice and cheesy, how I like it. The jalapeños didn't have a crazy kick, but enough to satisfy. The potatoes were good too.
