I finally decided to check out this cute little cafe when I was in the area. From the moment I walked in I fell in love. I loved the quote on the wall and the music playing on the vintage radio on the counter. I couldn't wait to get my drink and take a pictures in front of the walls. After speaking with the young lady at the counter regarding recommendations I selected the iced caramel cream coffee and a savory toast. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I do like Fraps & iced drinks. The drink was really good! The coffee and espresso were not overpowering one another and it wasn't too sweet from the caramel. It was the perfect blend for me. For my toast I selected the smoked salmon it was very good and had great flavors from the pickled red onions and the capers. This was definitely a splurge because both items came to $16 & some change. I would definitely return for a drink and to try one of the other toasts when I feel like splurging again. read more

I've wanted to stop here ever since I saw the renovations being done on the building. So glad I did. Today I tried one of the signature drinks, Pistachio Cream. Although I did not want an iced drink, I was told the signature drinks only come iced. That being said, I took a leap of faith and went for it. OMG!!! SO GLAD I DID. Best iced americano with the Pistachio cream. I'm not even embarrassed to say that once I finished my coffee, I licked the remaining pistachio cream from the straw and the lid of the cup, lol. I could drink a cup of that stuff any day. The barista was really cool too, wish I would have gotten her name, however I do remember her mask was black with fang like teeth smiling. I found this coffee shop on Tik Tok and decided to try it. It's conveniently located in a "strip mall" and very easy to find. There's a parking garage located right on the side of the cafe so parking was easy! When we walked in, it was fairly packed. It's not exactly big in the inside which I seen looking at photos and others reviews. We weren't greeted by any of the staff working behind the counter which honestly turned me off but I drove almost an hour to try the cafe so I didn't leave like I initially would have. We stood waiting for someone to come to the register as the employees walked back and forth behind the counter for an employee to finally acknowledge us and didn't even speak, she just asked what we would like to order. We ended up ordering the iced lavender latte, lemon pound cake, avocado toast, and another iced latte in which I forgot the name of it. The lavender latte was good as well as the lemon pound cake. I wasn't a fan of the avocado toast, it didn't have much flavor and was kind of bland. I was really excited to try this place but the initial walk-in and not being noticed really put a sour taste in my experience. The atmosphere and the aesthetics are very nice but I wouldn't return. read more

I ordered the Carmel Creme signature iced coffee and Apple Bran muffin. This was probably the best iced coffee I've ever had. Very impressed with the flavor of the coffee. The muffin was good, but not my fav. A little dry and not very sweet/flavorful. I'll be skipping the muffins and trying the fancy toast or other pastries next time. Very aesthetically pleasing decor and unique signature coffees! I tried the iced honey lavender and it was divine. It was about $6 after tax so about what you'd expect for a trendy coffee shop. I definitely want to go back and try their toasts too because they're all under $10! Never have I experienced such toxic, depressing, rude and unfriendly customer service. When you ask the composition of a drink, the staff grudgingly explains. When they make the drink incorrect, they want to charge you extra to make it properly. I'm paying $6 for a cup of coffee, the girl told me "not everyone makes it the same"... but that's the point of a coffee shop, CONSISTENCY!!!!! I have been before and got the brown sugar latte which was great, but they were out of toast that day, so I had to come back. This time I got the avocado toast and the churro latte. Coffee and food was a 4 star but service and attitude was a 2 star. We were new visiting your shop from out of state. While the drinks looked fabulous, upon getting my iced coffee I didn't care for it. When asking for a simple vanilla pump I was told it would be an up charge. I opted to just replace the drink with one that my husband had. However I was charged full price for a new one. Now after spending over $55 for coffee and food plus a tip we thought it was very poor customer service. The girls were not very accommodating nor friendly. We have been in the food business for 50 years and know the customer is always right. They expressed this is there policy, but in our opinion that's not a very good policy. It could have been hotter but it was still yummy. The real star of the show was the Brie and Apricot toast. It was absolutely amazing and something you don't find just anywhere. Coffee today was amazing as usual, but todays barista was very rude on the way out. We returned an item that was given to us by mistake and laughingly said "we'll take it anyway" as a joke and she very curtly said "get the fuck out" without any hint of joking. Seemed a bit too harsh of a reaction considering we returned the item when most people probably would have kept it. Didn't appreciate being sworn at. Went here to hang out with my cousins. We needed to catch up. We went at about 11 am on a Saturday and it was a slight rush but the line was moving along even though there were only two woman making the drinks. They were amazing and really nice. I have the Salmon toast and iced lavender Latte. The lavender Latte was very tasty it sweet and bit not too sweet you can still taste the coffee. Great atmosphere. Honestly wanted to love this place because it's so close to where I moved and the ambiance is cute! I've given it two chances and both times customer service was meh.. a simple acknowledgment when Im the one saying thank you would've been nice. First time here, and have to say that this is one of the most interesting Coffee Shops around Atlanta. Firstly the seating looks a bit awkward but as a surprise its very confortable. The space has several plants around that add to the comfortable environment. The Coffee, it took me a second to order since I didn't know where to start (adding some pictures to signature items, or having a look at their instagram is advice before your first order). The Cake and Cookie Display is great and you must try the pastries. We ordered the pistachio Cake and I within a minute I had eaten the entire slice. I loved Cafe Comma. Such a cute little coffee shop in the neighborhood with cute plants. However, I don't care how cute or how good your food is - customer service goes a long way in this day in age. I've never really had an issue before but today, after waiting in the car for about 30 min for them to open, they took the other waiting customer (that got there 20 min after me), because she was a regular and were already making her order because they saw her outside. Anyways, not a huge deal and regulars should be valued but all customers should be valued the same. Not sure I'll be coming back. read more

Always an enjoyable experience. I usually get the matcha latte (which is incredible but very sweet) as well as the egg garlic toast! Truly incredible! I'm gluten intolerant and risk my whole life to eat that toast every time. And ironically I never regret it! Plenty of seating options inside and outside! Usually packed on the weekends!
