    Sweet Corn Shaved Ice Cream

Name changed from Jubilee. Been here twice since name change. I think this place got better from Jubilee. They modernized the interior, kept most of the same menu, and added new items as well. I have never had their food but their desserts are always great. I love their wide new flavors of shaved ice available now. Staff was always kind and they have electronic buzzers at each table. Would definitely come here for dessert!

It seems Jubilee has rebranded and changed some things for the better. I always enjoyed their sandwiches and pastas which are still delicious. They got rid of their frozen preordered desserts (always a turnoff for me) and the corn bingsoo we got was really delicious, with sweet corn and mochi pieces scattered throughout. Drinks come with a teddy bear ice cube which is also really cute and photogenic. We got the carbonara pasta, a breakfast sandwich, and an omelet which comes with yummy salad. We also had a misugaru latte which was on the sweeter side but still liked it. I think they also have croffles on the menu now. Would definitely come back when I'm in the area.

First time here and pleasantly surprised! Glad they're open late -- perfect for a night spot. I thought it was just a café, but they have a full food menu with lots of pasta and sandwiches. Everything looked great at other tables. We got the sweet corn bingsoo and an iced matcha latte. The bingsoo was really good -- not too sweet and super refreshing. The matcha latte was just okay; too milky and not much matcha flavor. Wouldn't get that again. Cool spot overall. I'll be back to try the food!

The place has a fantastic selection of sandwiches and salads, but I went for the highly recommended #11 (the Highland). This sandwich is loaded with roasted turkey, cheddar, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and herbed mayo. I arrived early enough to take advantage of their lunch special, which is a great deal at $10.50. I got half a sandwich along with a choice of field green salad or soup of the day. I chose the ham and navy bean soup, and it was hearty with chunks of delicious ham, making it quite filling. Overall, I'm glad I stopped in today. The food was not only delicious but also a great value. The server was friendly and genuinely appreciative of my visit, especially with the recent attention from the article. I had one hell of a sandwich here. If you're a tuna lover, I recommend ordering the SPICY TUNA MELT (~$12). There's a very generous amount of tuna in it along with swiss, red onions, tomatoes, basil, and chipotle mayo. The bread is buttered and toasted, so every bite is just a dreeeeeam. My only complaint is that it was overpriced for its size. I finished it in a couple of bites and was still hungry... I also bought one of their juices, the Ginger Lemon-Aid (~$6). I'm a sucker for ginger and I was not disappointed with this at all. Their juices are freshly pressed in-house and you can really taste the quality of each ingredient. The main thing deterring me from coming back here often are the higher prices and small portions. There are so many spots that serve sandwiches just as good at half the price. It's still worth a try, though. You get 15% off 1 meal + 1 drink when you check in. There's parking in the back of the store. The store is pretty small, but there's a few tables and bar seating for dining in. Service wasn't too friendly when I first came in, but they brought my food to my table in good timing.

This simple makeup of ribeye, cheese, onions, and fresh bread is what makes the sandwich so alluring to anyone. A great cheesesteak requires an even mixing of the parts. That means the cheese is melted and mixed with each crevice of the beef and onions. The bread encases the entirety. Every single bite should be consistent with the last and the next. However, in Jersey, one might think the best cheesesteaks only come from the boardwalks. Voted the Best Cheesesteak in Bergen County according to their website, my partner and I decided to pay a visit to Bob-O's Cheesesteaks, located on Main Street in Ridgefield Park, for lunch. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff at a simple and clean interior. Lighting is basic and bright with a row of full windows with single seating providing a more spacious feel as well as 4 tables indoors and 5 tables for outdoor dining during pleasant weather. Their big-size menu is featured on the wall with cheesesteaks, egg rolls, sides, and much more. We decided on the Bob-O Sandwich, Chicken Cutlet Sandwich, and Onion Rings. Food was prepared fresh per order. The sandwiches were really delicious and served hot. However, the peppers used on the Bob-O killed it. It looked like roasted peppers from the jar were used and not the fresh peppers sautéed with onion. The onion rings were hot, crispy with no oil or sogginess and didn't skimp. The portions were huge, and the price was comparable to the area. Service was fast and friendly. Despite this hiccup, we would give this place another try.

The prices are the same, but you get an extra topping when you order the BYO. If you aren't craving an original sandwich, you can always order fat sandwich style versions of a cheesesteak, such as the disco and the ron man. Both of these monsters also had their share of shaved rib eye, but the disco was loaded with poutine and the ron man had chicken fingers & mozzarella sticks. It was an interesting, but satisfying combination. The hot daddy was not so hot, in my honest opinion. Having the appearance of a tuna fish sandwich and topped with raw onions, the taste didn't suit me. I think the onions would have tasted a lot better if they were sautéed. I recommend their traditional and specialty cheesesteaks in a heartbeat if you are craving some hearty meat! #cheesesteak #hotdaddy #TheDisco #FatSandwich #ridgefieldparknj #buildyourowncheesesteak #onionrings beneath all this goodness are bell peppers and sautéed onions.
