We had a group of about 12 girls, and they had all of our coffees ready in less than 30 minutes. Every single drink was amazing. I ordered the dulce de leche coffee, which was perfectly sweet and the baristas recommendation. My friend's pistachio latte was honestly one of the best coffee drinks I've ever tasted, and the chaggacino was just as delicious. Not one person in our group had a bad drink. The staff was so kind, especially the sweet Korean gentleman who helped us. He completely turned our mood around after we missed our train. I also loved that they use organic ingredients. If you're ever at the Oxnard train station, stop here. We left with great coffee, a better mood, and a new favorite coffee shop.

I tried a couple different drinks (and a dessert) so I could give an honest review, and everything was amazing. I ordered my usual, a sugar-free vanilla oat latte with cold foam, and it was perfect--from the espresso to the cold foam on top. I also asked for a recommendation, and the barista suggested their Biscoff coffee. That one absolutely blew me away! They even added pieces of Biscoff cookie on top, and I instantly fell in love with it. For dessert, we tried their mango sago. I honestly don't even know everything that was in it, but wow--it was so good. I could've easily eaten the whole cup myself The only thing I wish they had is a few food options, because I'm sure they'd be just as great. Their location can vary since they pop up in different spots, so I recommend checking their Instagram before going. The line was long, but honestly that's expected when the drinks are this good--so just be prepared. I'll definitely be coming back to try more flavors!

Management needs to tell Ethan that he needs to leave his feelings and frustrations once he sets foot in the workplace! This guy has no manners and is rude. Anyhow ! First and last time I'll be going to this place, I'll stick to the Thousand Oaks location where employees are nicer and don't have a stick up their A S S !!!!

Order went through no problem. Trouble started this morning when my wife received a message from the driver that Tree Lounge doesn't have the order (first screenshot). My wife looks and sees she received a cancellation text for the order 1 minute after the driver's message (second screenshot). From the outside this looks like the driver walked in, asked for the order, they said they didn't have it and then cancelled it. So, my wife called Tree Lounge to see what is going on and was told that they cancelled the order because they were "in the middle of their rush". It's easy to see how poorly this situation was handled in general, but also clear no one checked online orders to prep the work for the morning. This order shouldn't be a surprise and the choice to just blind cancel it instead of making it because of what equates to "we're busy" is pretty bad. Takes a lot for me to leave a review. If you don't want to process online order during your rush then set those hours up in door dash. If you screwed up and just didn't check your online orders in the morning, then just make the drink as the next up order. I'm happy to discuss the situation - Tree Lounge, feel free to reach out to me.

PotHeads uses a unique espresso machine that's the only one of its kind in California, and it's clearly super dialed in, which is a dream if you're a coffee connoisseur! At 10:30, Smoking Jays BBQ opens. We tried the Spicy Nashville Chicken Sando and BBQ Loaded Fries -- phenomenal! They also have vegan and vegetarian options. The atmosphere is a millennial's dream: tons of pop culture references, good music, great merch, and lots of regulars. The staff knows people by name, which makes it feel really welcoming. Pros: There are outlets along the walls, so it's still a good option for working or studying. They also have a rewards program and plenty of food options. Cons: It's BUSY , so don't expect a quiet study environment. Wi-Fi also isn't posted. PotHeads Coffee and Smoking Jays BBQ are two separate businesses housed in the same location, so they have separate ordering counters.
