The counters and coffee stations look very clean which I appreciate, of course. The coffee itself is average. Nothing that I would drive out of my way for. I would have had higher hopes for the quality of coffee they used here since it's not a chain coffee shop. In order to compete, the coffee needs to be memorable. I had a drink that was on special, the nutcracker with oat milk. It wasn't real sweet which was good, but it didn't wow me. read more

Very cute little cafe with delicious crepes. The restaurant seemed clean and our food was quick and delicious. I would've liked more options for savory crepes that didn't contain eggs. I ended up getting the Nutella and strawberry crepe, which was filling and delicious. Everyone loved their food and we look forward to going back to try their paninis next! read more

GREAT coffee and crepes. I got the Strawberry Nutella Crepe and my dad got the Ham & Cheese. Both were excellent and very fluffy and hot off the grill. The coffees were excellent as well both hot and iced. Thank you for the great customer service. We will be back for sure :) read more

I had the butter pecan latte today and it was the perfect combination of buttery and pecan flavor that I love in ice cream except in a hot latte drink. The crepes take a really long time to make (waited close to half an hour for 3) and are a bit tough. The Nutella and banana ones are tasty and come with walnuts and whipped topping. They are a bit pricey too ($9) each. There aren't too many tables inside and you can get your items to go. Friendly service. read more

Very cute and friendly coffee shop I enjoy stopping into when I'm in the area. They have a big variety of coffee and tea flavors and I enjoy trying new ones when I stop in. I like their sugar free flavors too. I like their selection of sweets and breakfast food. I've gotten the ham and egg breakfast sandwich before and it's tasty. I noticed they are often short staffed sometimes which is understandable, but you will be waiting a bit to get a hot breakfast item as I have waited over 10-15 min the most recent times I've been there and there wasn't a line. Everything I have gotten here has tasted good and inside the shop is very cute and clean. read more

Tasty little breakfast place tucked into a quite large strip mall. Don't let the strip mall setting dismay you though. The inside is nicely decorated. When you're here get the crepes. They're wonderful and HUGE. Their namesake crepe was kicked up with siriacha, really spicing up my morning. It's plated quite attractively as well! Coffee wise, I'm not sure where they source the beans or that, but the breve I got was just fine. Price was great, especially for the size of the crepe. Loved Cafe Americano. Seems relatively new but I'm not sure how long they've been here. Restaurant and bathrooms clean. Lots of seating inside and was not too busy at 1030am on a Saturday but started to get busier when we left. Delicious crepes brought out to you in about 5 minutes. The Veggie Crepe was packed with feta, eggs and vegetables so they definitely don't skimp on the filling! I'd definitely get it again. My husband loved his Signature Americano crepe which he said was packed with prosciutto. I was pleased with the London Fog. Breakfast and drinks for 2 for $25. Looking forward to coming back! read more

I have been enjoying the crepes and cappuccinos at Cafe Americano since before the COVID pandemic. I have had both the savory and sweet crepes. Stopped in today for lunch. The coffee shop is extremely clean. The inside tables are nicely spaced and there are 6-foot notifications on the floor. There are also 2 tables outside. My veggie crepe was delicious--flavorful and full. The owner delivered it to our table. Everyone is friendly. It's the little things about the restaurant that I appreciate...jade plant on the table, pretty mugs for cappuccino, art in ladies room (yes, it's a strange thing to appreciate ---but attention to detail by the owner). In addition to crepes, there are paninis and baked goods...which I hope to have someday, but love the crepes. read more

My best friend and I love going to new places. Today we stumbled into Cafe Americano and were very satisfied. Our cashier/barista was lovely. She made me the London Fog which I've never had before. Cute new coffee shop in Castle Shannon "Lebanon Shops". Nice selection of coffee choices and food. Ordered skinny iced Carmel macchiato-good flavor but still pretty warm. Nice friendly staff. The little cafe is nothing short of spectacular. The atmosphere is so simple and relaxing, which is such a nice break from the more corporate places I'm used to in this area. The coffee is amazing, my favorites have been their Caramel Macchiato and their Pumpkin Spice Latte, and that's just the beginning. The chef, whose name I always forget to catch, makes the most amazing crepes, and panini's. (In addition he's a total sweetheart!!) The Wild Berry Crepes are literally happiness on a plate. The endlessly amazing customer service is just the cherry on top. It's my new favorite place to escape hands down! read more

I don't typically get annoyed at restaurants and try to be patient and understanding since I know it's not an easy job. It's extremely rude in my opinion to sweep while someone is eating underneath someone's table or around the area they are eating...It's also a health concern. It's also super obnoxious when someone's eating as they feel rushed. In addition it's just really disgusting to watch all the food from the day be collected into one spot right next to your table. Not thrilled with this place. read more

Spontaneous coffee meeting with good friends. Wow! Cafe Americano is a hidden gem. Not easy to find tucked between other small stores in Lebanon Shoppes, but so glad I found it. Wide variety of unique coffees, teas, lattes, smoothies and milkshakes. Most pleasant surprise was the hot panini menu. Hot Italian, Margherita Pesto were our two favorite paninis. Took one home for the husband for dinner later on, and it reheated well. Hot and crunchy as though it was first made! Between my friends and I, there was nothing we did not savor. A must-see, must-taste menu off the beaten path. Staff was courteous, and helpful. Have been there twice since my first visit, and loved it all. Limited seating, pricey but fresh, delicious food. I have always had a pleasant experience here, and have been impressed with their coffee and food alike. However, after seeing this advertisement today, I will not be returning. With such tragic recent events in our Pittsburgh community, I do not feel comfortable giving my business to a company that so openly flaunts firearm possession, especially so flippantly in a raffle. While I understand this is a personal opinion, I find this wildly distasteful for a business to put front and center and will not be returning. Do better. read more

I was sad to see Blue Canary Coffee close at this location, but was at least heartened when I saw the spot would be occupied by a new independent coffee shop! I had their signature Americano crepe, an iced latte, and a gluten-free donut. The crepe was seriously the best I've ever had! Perfectly cooked, generous size, and great flavor!! The cream sauce in this is unusual and amazing! The iced latte was strong, which I like. For once, I didn't have to ask for an extra shot of espresso. The donut was just ok, but glad to see a gluten-free option. I had to kill several hours while waiting on other things to be done, so I ended up getting a banana strawberry smoothie also, which was very good. Not too sweet, which I liked!! The customer service was fine. The man working at the counter was pleasant enough, but I know what the other reviewer means by "no small talk." I'm not one for over-solicitous service, so I kind of appreciate that there's not a ton of chit chat. But it was pretty sparse even for me. I think it's just his personality, but I think the other reviewer was referring to a female employee?? Just noting it because it may become an issue if this is the general vibe. Also, it was nice to see how involved the Blue Canary was with the community, and I didn't see that here. Maybe that will come with time. It would be great if they could open earlier for pre-work coffee. :) Overall, would recommend!! Great food and latte! Hoping they'll engage a little more with their customers and community. Must try the crepes!! read more

First, the most important thing about a coffee shop is the coffee... and this coffee is smooth! I drink mine black And this is great coffee! Onto customer service; the employees are pleasant and kind. They really offer a family like atmosphere and are willing to do whatever it takes to offer a pleasant experience. Then there is the food: I have eaten here several times, and each time the food has been delicious with some very unique offerings. They have interesting choices and if you like crepes, theirs are really outstanding! Everything is fresh and made to order from high quality ingredients. Simply awesome! The inside of it was cozy and had a Christmas tree with a couple of stuffed armchairs and then there was a coffee counter as well as a small retail section filled with mugs, shirts, snacks and a wall decorated with a wood plank backdrop, a Coca Cola sign and a bright yellow quirky map art piece. For our coffees on this afternoon I decided to go with a large eggnog latte while my wife went with a pistachio cold brew as recommended by one of their signs. The wait was somewhere between 10 to 15 minutes as even though the shop was closing in less than an hour, people kept rolling in. My coffee here ended up being pretty good as the eggnog made my latte thick and silky. The sweetness and flavor were definitely present and while the spices were there they were subtle and I wished there was more of them. My espresso was also hidden behind the eggnog flavor which wasn't surprising at all. As for my wife's coffee, it was entirely too sweet. She took one sip and didn't take another which prompted me to try it. It was ridiculously sweet and until we added some milk at home to cut that sweetness it was borderline undrinkable. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. While my wife's coffee was a miss, mine was a hit so I would like to try some of their other drinks.

I've gotten breakfast/a caffeine boost from this Dunkin' a couple times this year - they've been…read morethe perfect pick-me-up after some recent doctor's appointments in this area. I always order via the mobile app so I can run in, pick up my order, and continue on with my day (especially if I'm headed back to work after an early appointment). Big shout-out to the staff because my order has always been ready, and has always been perfect. They are on top of things here! The menu is the standard Dunkin' fare that we all know and love (at least I'm assuming you love it if you're visiting a Dunkin'). So donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. Lots of stuff to satisfy my sweet tooth, for sure, although I'm also a big fan of a good bagel breakfast sammie! Only bummer is that this location has no drive-thru, so no matter what you'll have to park to get your order. I do recommend the mobile app (especially if you're a regular, gotta get those perks!), but the Dunkin' store itself has lots of space so even when they're busy, I've never gotten the claustrophobic feelings that have come up when waiting in line at a jam-packed smaller store. All in all this is a solid Dunkin' and a good place to go for donuts and coffee. Here's to my future sweet-treats and pick-me-ups!

This is the Starbucks kiosk that's in the mall, not inside Target. It's always pretty busy given…read moreits location right in the middle of the mall. I'm rating it this way for a few reasons, but mainly it's the lack of attention to detail that irks me the most. Mostly high school aged kids that work here so maybe they just need to be taught more, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt there. Their pickup area is a wreck. There's sections to sort the order names but they just throw them all on the counter with no order, so the sections are useless and the customers are left to literally touch every single coffee to find their name and check if it's theirs. Ew. I've ordered decaf twice from here and both times it was not decaf. And I've also ordered an iced and got a hot, which they fixed but it's the waste of time and materials that's a shame here. Another thing that I don't like about this and is maybe not this location's fault, but any smaller Starbucks kiosk... Their menu is condensed so you don't know all of the offerings or pricing. They only list the grande pricing and a handful of drinks. I would like to use the fact that it's a kiosk as an excuse, but it's honestly bigger than the one inside target and they have a bigger menu so idk. I probably wouldn't come here again, I'd rather go to the one inside Target then.
