I've gotten breakfast/a caffeine boost from this Dunkin' a couple times this year - they've been the perfect pick-me-up after some recent doctor's appointments in this area. I always order via the mobile app so I can run in, pick up my order, and continue on with my day (especially if I'm headed back to work after an early appointment). Big shout-out to the staff because my order has always been ready, and has always been perfect. They are on top of things here! The menu is the standard Dunkin' fare that we all know and love (at least I'm assuming you love it if you're visiting a Dunkin'). So donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. Lots of stuff to satisfy my sweet tooth, for sure, although I'm also a big fan of a good bagel breakfast sammie! Only bummer is that this location has no drive-thru, so no matter what you'll have to park to get your order. I do recommend the mobile app (especially if you're a regular, gotta get those perks!), but the Dunkin' store itself has lots of space so even when they're busy, I've never gotten the claustrophobic feelings that have come up when waiting in line at a jam-packed smaller store. This location is pretty hit or miss, depending on the time of day and staff. This morning was a miss. The cashier was nice but the person serving the food was unfriendly and grumpy, and prepared 4 online orders before the coffee we ordered. I have had quicker and more positive experiences here about 50% of the time I visit, but that's not often enough for me to want to come back anytime soon. read more

First off, Dunkin's food and drinks are trash. I go to the local coffee shops up on Washington and their quality is just so much better. 2nd, Dunkin's service is the worst. Sometimes they put your food on the back wall, sometimes on the counter and they hardly call out the name. It NEVER fails that if I order 2 food items, one will be forgotten. I love this Dunkin the staff is always so friendly and patient. My kid never knows what donut to get so they always suggest and don't rush him. The food is usually cooked perfect and the atmosphere is great as well. Plenty of laces to sit and eat if you want to stay inside. Only flaw is there is no drive thru at this location. read more

I'd say out of any Dunkin' in the area, this one is my favorite. Parking lot is a little bit awkward because of the location, but that never stops me from pulling in. Went to this Dunkin twice, both times have been absolutely awful. The first time, I did a mobile order for food and drink- I get there and only my drink is out. I ask about my food and he looks at me like I'm crazy. Eventually the nice manager working makes it but dude was literally just not going to give me my food because he was too lazy to put a grilled cheese in an oven for a minute. Then I go this morning again, and they put the food and drink on the side- the normal Dunkin I go to doesn't do that and instead of just telling me that the kid working coped an attitude like how dare I force him to speak to me and I'm a complete idiot. This update review is needed. Bad. Since my last review, employees have changed, as management. I frequent this fine establishment 3-4 days a week now. The employees are very nice and are very patient, as my mini-me is a very particular when he orders. I, of course love the DD coffee, often ordering just a regular black coffee. If I feel spunky, I will treat myself to one of the flavored coffees, such as the coconut or pumpkin spice (my faves). Mid morning seems to be the best time to be here, as there is rarely a wait, the donuts are still fresh and the staff takes their time making your sandwich. Friendly staff, friendly management, clean establishment. To DD corp: My only issue is the "recycling" aspect you like to boast. If a customer is eating in, then why the brown bag for one little donut or sandwich? There must be a better way. Trash is trash, recycled or not. read more

We walked in and were not greeted. At all. As we were ordering the staff was having multiple side conversations... and being straight up disrespectful to myself and my 80yo grandmother. Then as the girl got us our donut holes, she asked us for the second time "what would you like today?"... as we were leaving, she said in a exciting, pleasant voice "and your receipt" as if it'd be handed to her, and proceeded to scramble through about fifteen receipts. my grandmother remarked that she already had it. One of my favorite Dunkin' location in the area. This was a great addition to the south hills. The store is always clean, the employees are friendly, and my order is always accurate. When ordering on the go, my order is always ready upon arrival as well. Additionally, parking is never an issue. The only downfall to this Dunkin' Donuts is it does not have a drive thru, bummer. I love dunkin donuts so I am biased. This location is new with nice indoor seating area. There is no drive thru here which is annoying sometimes and the parking lot can be hard to get in and out of. It gets very busy in the morning so a 5-10 min wait should be expected. I recommend getting a refillable mug so you get a discount on refills! read more

The Dunkin located on North Peachtree Road in Dunwoody, GA looked kind of uninviting with only enough space for 2 booths in the dining area. But we desperately needed breakfast and coffee, so we went on in. The 4 of us loved our breakfast sandwiches, hot chocolate, and iced coffees. Of course, we had to try some doughnuts which were also great. We went back 2 more times after that! The staff who work there were very nice and efficient! We will definitely go there again next time we visit Atlanta! read more

This location is new. I stopped in on a sunday morning to grab donuts for bobby & his coworkers (ok, maybe two for myself as well) I don't believe this location hasa drive thru. There was a pretty decent line at 930am on a sunday but honestly the line went by so quickly. This staff knows how to handle a crowd to get them in and out. My coffee was just fine as well as the dozen donuts i ordered. I asked for a random assortment to not hold up the line and because most of the treats werent for me anyways. The entire morning staff are the friendliest group of people that always put me in a great mood and get my day off to a great start. Was here earlier today they let you stay as long as you want. I just get a good lunch service is still the same grill cheese was ok. Wilke snack wrap better. This is my new spot for when I have to edit photos. Price is nice. They let you fill up your own waterbottle! let's just say I filled it with ice tea then they did let me switch to another drink. I ordered my first sandwich and hash browns, then proceeded to order a combo and she rudely and abruptly stated "we do not have combos I ordered my third sandwich and asked if they had onion bagels and she , again rudely spoke pointed to the bagels behind her and said," that's all week have". I also ordered an orange juice and she aslo rudely stated " you want orange juice it's over there". I finally was ready to pay and I pulled out my gift card and at first she pointed at terminal and then asked ," do you have a gif card". I stated yes and she took it from me, swiped it, handed me my receipt and never said, thank you, your all set, have a nice day.. so I asked her if we were also set and she said "yup". I could not believe how rude she was and the level of disinterest towards her job was very apparent. Terrible location, ease of access is non-existant and parking lot layout is rather odd and inefficient. Seems to be a common trend in the south hills area-see my review for the Starbucks that's somewhere around here too. Employees are extremely slow, wait area was dirty and men's room looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks. Coffee was fine. I was so excited when they finally opened 2 Dunkin Donuts closer to my house. I have been nothing but unhappy. At the location in Canonsburg and this one, the food quality has been awful. I went this Monday morning around 8:30. It boggles my mind that on a busy Monday morning, they only hade ONE cashier so to no ones surprise, the line was so long. I ordered a medium iced coffee with extra cream extra sugar. It was warm, watered down coffee that was clearly old. I also got a bagel with cream cheese that was barely chewable and stale and I took one bite of my donut, and threw it away. That too was stale. The same thing has happened at the Dunkin Donuts in Canonsburg. I'm done giving them a chance and much rather spend a few extra bucks to go to Starbucks. Waste of my money and time yet AGAIN. The location is inconvenient and impossible to turn out of. The workers are dumber than rocks and are so rude. Taking my money elsewhere. read more

I love love love DD, but this location is an absolutely inconvenient spot on Washington Road. It is almost impossible to pull in and out of. I feel like the cars behind me are going to hit me if I do not turn my turning signal on as soon as I make the turn off of Gilkeson Road. Pulling out is a nightmare & no drive through. I have significantly cut back from even considering stopping at your location, and honestly that is such a shame for how much I adore DD. read more

This was my first time at this location and also my last. I understand today is Easter Sunday and no one really wants to work that day, but both female employees were incredibly disrespectful regarding my experience. After placing my order of two items, I immediately got a blank stare from the cashier and a snippy "what?" after I read what I wanted word-for-word off of the menu. Despite wanting to order more, I left my decision at that not wanting to piss off the girl any more despite the very short line at the time. I then had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for my Coolatta to be made, not sure if they forgot about it but when the other female employee was alerted about it she said "Oh, that stupid Coolatta" right in front of my face! I don't know what happened to customer service at this place but it was certainly lacking. They did give me a larger size Coolatta, whether that was intentional or not I don't know, but that does not make up for the display of unprofessionalism that these girls exhibited. No apology was made and the girl who made my Coolatta was completely silent upon giving me my drink. The male employees were fine, but the ladies need to learn to be much more lady-like.
