Such a great little coffee shop on the Main Street in Lawrenceville! It used to be an old bank, but was converted to a multi-use market space-with Oliver's at the forefront. (They also have a walk thru option, too!) Coffee is delish and everyone there is just so sweet and friendly. They have quite a few seats available, which usually never fill up from what I can see. They also have a variety of beautiful doughnuts (with fun flavors like lemon, lavender etc). You can tell they're homemade too, they are AMAZING. Make this a rotation for your morning coffee routine!

Delicious cake donuts and wonderful staff! I love going to Oliver's Donuts because the space is bright, clean and calming and you could easily bring a book or your laptop to work. I've tried a variety of their donuts and they're all delicious. Today I tried the pumpkin and chocolate mint. The pumpkin donut had a beautiful glittery and glazed finished and wasn't overwhelming with the pumpkin flavor. It was balanced and not overly sweet. Again, these are cake donuts so they are thicker. Located in the Lawrenceville Market House, we are lucky to have quality donuts so close by!

Delicious donuts! One of my favorite donuts in Pittsburgh. Oliver's donuts is located in Market house. There is not a ton of seating but I had no problem finding both a seat and an outlet on a Friday afternoon. Since it's in Market House there are a few shops you can browse too! Perfect place to study or get some work done. There were a variety of donuts to choose from including seasonal flavors. I tried the lemon lavender which is a summer seasonal flavor and it was delicious! The coffee was also very good. The coffee cup was very cute and featured Oliver the cat on it as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Since it was my first time there I struggled to choose which flavor donut to get. Staff helped me pick by telling me which flavors were popular and also gave a disclaimer when recommending super sweet donuts. Overall a great experience!!

Came for a coffee left with a donut too. This new shop is in Lawrenceville metered parking on the street with that typed. Oliver's has a cute sign A take out window A bit of indoor seating Friendly service They have milk options almond and oat And their donuts My coffee was fine And when I was asked if I wanted a huckleberry donut on the house I was YES please Donut was a delish cake like donut with berries frosting was so good not too sweet. Prices per the sign a donut is about 3.19 Be the judge I would buy

On a scale of romances to documentaries, Oliver's Donuts is the romance you expect. I missed the grand opening of Oliver's Donuts a year ago. Ever since then, I've been hoping to get there. This past weekend, I did. Oliver's Donuts is charming in decor with a lovely seating area. I love that they offer coffee-shop-level coffee alongside their cake donuts. The chocolate chocolate cake donut was decadent. Parking is street, and there is a lot (though I didn't check to see if it includes Oliver's Donuts. I assume so). You can also order donuts at a window, but I suggest going inside, ordering your goods, and then meandering the other shops!

Donuts are always great. Try to get them early in the day since they will run out of certain flavors. Great location and you can check out the other stores in the market house. Price is pretty spot on for the quality of donuts

I wanted to be wowed, but it was just ok. First, I was there at 2pm and there was a bit of a line in front of me, but no one behind me. They were out of a few flavors (completely acceptable that late in the day) but staff wasn't very helpful in explaining things to me. It was also confusing because they had given all the donuts Taylor Swift names, but then didn't use those names when I tried to order. Dang these were expensive donuts. I ordered 2 - sea salt chocolate and pumpkin. I thought the pumpkin was most and flavorful. The chocolate was super dry and just crumbled everywhere. These kind of donuts aren't usually my style, so maybe I'm in the minority. Anyway, I'd have a pumpkin one again if offered, but I don't think I'll rush back either.

I met some colleagues for coffee here, and of course we had to try the donuts too. I had the Juniper and pear donut, perfect flavor! I also had a cappuccino. My colleagues had the vegan gingerbread donut and the huckleberry donut (the house specialty), both delicious. The staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere was adorable. There are some cute local shops right in their space. They didn't open until a little later, but I'll definitely stop back when I can enjoy some donuts and shopping

So stinking cute with great options. I had the espresso tonic with hints of lavender which was refreshing and floral, perfect for a hot day. We tried the huckleberry and lavender lemon donuts as well. The donuts were delicious, just a little too sweet for me! (I preferred the huckleberry). The space is newer and very modern, and it's nice that the little local shops are in there as well.

We passed by this place ad were instantly like "donuuuuuttts" because who doesn't love a good local donut shop. Then to our surprise they were having a free donut day the very next day! Perfect timing. I read some reviews first and it really seems to be a mixed bag of love it or "meh". I saw they were cake donuts, which are definitely a specific type and if you don't like cake donuts you probably aren't going to LOVE these. Here is my honest opinion as a cake donut lover. The location is adorable, located in Lawrenceville market. I had never been in there before, so it got me in the door to see some other cool spots. Decor is really clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly. The donuts were picture perfect. They were good, not the best thing ever. Like we went literally as soon as they opened so we probably got the freshest of the fresh. The icing on the carrot cake was really good, the cake part had a spice that kind of overpowered it. The death by chocolate was actually my favorite, it was still warm, had to be super fresh. The other 2 (cinnamon sugar and chocolate sea salt) were for my boyfriend and he gave me a 3.5 out of 5 rating on them for taste. I read reviews saying the donuts were dry or crumbly and I could see how if I got them later in the day how that might be true. All in all. I like them, not loved. If it was as soon as they opened in the morning and I was craving chocolate, I would go back for the death by chocolate for sure.

Located in Market House in Lawrenceville! Homemade delicious donuts made from scratch with local grains. Specializing in the large cake donuts and offering great coffee and tea choices as well!

Best donuts I've had in the city! I'm partial to cake donuts, but nothing compares to these around here.

After walking around the neighborhood, this one had seating, so we went inside. First, I'll say the coffee we tried was pretty good - a cappuccino and a brown sugar cinnamon latte. The barista asked "for here or to go" and the drinks still came in a paper cup anyway despite us saying "for here". I really enjoy having a coffee in an actual glass/mug when I say "for here". The ambiance was a bit confusing... not really sure what they were going for in the space, things were a bit choppy and thrown together. Kinda felt like you were in someone's garage with cluttered items on rickety shelves behind the counter. Our barista was very nice, but an awkward moment occurred when they were ringing us up - barista asked for a tip but then told us not to put the tip on the credit card because the owner steals from them. We felt this was a little uncomfortable and gave some unwelcoming energy. We also tried a Nutella croissant, which was very good! I think this shop has a lot of potential with some changes to service and decor.

The first time I ordered an espresso beverage with the light roast option and what I received did not taste anything close to light. Both visits, staff were cold and acted annoyed with the questions I had about their beans/coffee offerings. I would recommend klvn and ghost coffee as superior alternatives. Was really hoping to like this cafe.

While I…read morethink Espresso a Mano has the better espresso drinks,* Constellation has fantastic pour over: You won't find a better selection of high-end coffee beans anywhere else in Pittsburgh, and no other cafe in the city comes close. The bean offerings are always excellent, varied, and carefully curated. Selecting among them may feel intimidating, but the baristas are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you don't have much or any experience with pour over coffee, you should make sure to ask them for suggestions, and they will guide you towards a good selection. If you are coffee snob with a rotating selection of extra-light beans on your kitchen counter... well you should still chat with the baristas and they can tell you all about what they offer, what tasting notes to expect, what they are excited about, and so on. I am in the latter category, and I always enjoy chatting with the baristas here and learning about their coffee. I also appreciate that, in the summer, you can choose to have a Japanese-style iced pour over (the one that's brewed hot directly onto ice). You don't find that often in cafes, and certainly nowhere else in Pittsburgh. Besides coffee, the ambiance is great. There is not much traffic, so it's a pretty calm place to sit down and work or read a book. I love sitting at the large table in the back room for a few hours and working from there, while enjoying a cup or two of different pour overs. Overall, we are lucky to have Constellation . While Pittsburgh can't compare with the "third-wave" coffee scene in cities like Seattle or Vancouver, Constellation can certainly compete with the best cafes in such cities. *The espresso here is also great, don't get me wrong, especially when they offer a light roast. But I just like the one at Espresso a Mano better. I do wish Constellation offered an espresso flight; given the variety of beans they offer, that would be a unique coffee-drinking experience.
