I walked in at 7:45 pm on Tuesday January 27 close to closing time when I walked in the two girl workers one with dark blonde hair with highlights and one with black hair both side eyed me they and one other worker were talking and ignored me for about 2 minutes when I tried to get there attention when they finally took my order I ordered 4 drinks two grade strawberry açaís made with lemonade one with berries one without, a venti strawberry açaí made with water and no berries, and a brown sugar shaken espresso. The espresso came out first and it was fine no problem at all. The second drink that came out was a grande strawberry açaí made with water and berries which should have been made with lemonade. I politely told them it was supposed to be made with lemonade and the Blond worker gave me a nasty look. The next drink to come out was a venti strawberry açaí made with lemonade which should have been made with water I corrected it again and the blonde one stared at me with a rude look on her face while the other worker made the right drink. She then said i know I didnt click the wrong button so what are you trying to do. I have very bad social anxiety and it was triggering for 2 women older than me to be being rude to me. I walked out of the Starbucks with two wrong drinks because I couldn't take them treating me this way any longer. I am very upset about the way I was treated and I hope you can improve. please talk to the blonde girl about kindness and respect. read more

Nice little Starbucks in the side of the mall. The baristas where very nice and very quick to help. I ordered a venti coffee frap with whip cream and mocha drizzle. It was made perfectly. And tasted great. This location is a little out of my way but if I am ever in the area I will be sure to stop by. read more

this was my go to starbucks when i was in high school. every morning all the girls from my school would pop in and order before school and these employees were ON IT. i never felt rushed and pick up times were ALWAYS accurate. i think there was one time i was late because i ordered a little too late. when i go in now after graduating, the employees are still so kind and amazing. when regulars come in the employees know them and take the time to talk to them. even though being a barista is such a stressful job, the employees NEVER take it out on the customer. they definitely deserve more praise and appreciation! the only recommendation i would have for this location would be the ice. at other locations they have more circular ice. i know it's such a weird recommendation but there's something about the circular ice that just hits different! read more

the manager that works there (dark curly hair) can be a lot more kinder customers. i entered thru the mall way too early so it was locked...and instead of helping me figure out where to go she yelled in my face. then when i finally figured out how to get in there i tried to talk with her and she reacted like a middle schooler would. not going back. this is a reminder to be kind to strangers.... you don't know what they are going thru behind the scenes. let's give people grace. they could use an emotionally mature manager. read more

It's located in a hidden corner of the Galleria and is really easy to miss. Because of that, and the fact that it's pretty small, it's nearly always empty. However, the customer service is great and quick! If I can remember its existence the next time I go to the Galleria, I will continue to go to this Starbucks! read more

I don't love this location. I used to work in the Galleria, and it's nice having the caffeine pick me up nearby, but this location is tiny. They don't have the most efficient assembly line, whereas most other locations operate like clock work, efficiently moving through orders even when the line is long. Here seems understaffed and/or just plain slow. It just seems like there's always a constant stream of customers, yet there have been too many times when five people are waiting for one barista to make all their drinks one by one, that one poor swamped employee. When it's a busy day at the mall, they're staffed better but still somehow inefficient. I've waited 15+ minutes for a drink because there was like 5 people before me. Maybe they get slammed when they're understaffed, I dunno. Eventually I just learned to skip the line and go to Panera for a quick iced mocha to go or something. But seirously, this speed is kind of ridiculous by Starbucks standards. Other than that, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. There is limited seating outside the store, both outdoors and inside the Galleria. But there's also ample seating in the mall itself, so that's okay. read more

No sign letting you know in the morning you can only use one entrance to get into the store. After walking through the mall to the store I had to walk back to my car and drive to the other entrance to the mall. Staff were not helpful and wouldn't unlock the other door. read more

I placed an online order recently and waited a full HALF AN HOUR for a basic latte with coconut milk and bagel with peanut butter. This is unacceptable. When I arrived the staff seemed stressed and gave a curt response when I inquired about my order. It appears more staff needs to be hired to support the morning rush. read more

Without a doubt the worst Starbucks in the Pittsburgh area. Roughly half the time I go here I regret it due to rude service and backups after placing your drink order. If it were not the closest to my house I would never enter again. I have now begun to drive the extra mile to avoid this place. It is located in a small upscale mall with plenty of parking. It would be an ideal quick in and out if the service was better. Avoid during the morning hours and request no foam to avoid your drink being only a quarter full of liquid. If there is a closer option use it. Drinks are standard. read more

Typical Starbucks in a mall setting. Drinks are made as requested. My main concern with this location is the service and attitude of baristas. Scoffs, eye-rolling, and other passive aggressive gestures abound within this location. Although when you get a good barista, they are the best, the lesser outweighs the decent. read more

Decent enough Starbucks. Kind of tiny, as others have mentioned, but what is really to be expected for a coffee shop in a shopping galleria? I've gotten a couple drinks here, iced and hot. Each has been the Starbucks standard, which is to say, decent coffee. Nothing spectacular, but nothing disappointing. When I asked the barista to mix my iced macchiato she happily obliged. This place has Google Wifi as opposed to ATT wifi, so that's a definite plus. read more

I order from this Starbucks at least three times a week and usually use my order ahead app or occasionally walk in when I'm shopping at the galleria with my mom. They are quick, efficient, and friendly no matter what time of day. I get to work at 6:30am and even if it is early, the staff if always pleasant. The only reason why I couldn't rate this 5 stars is because parking is often rare to find out front when it is later in the day. read more

today was excellent they the led my gift card to see if it was still useable. I tried out their ice green tea still drinking it. so refreshing. it's sunny out. also the service was good this person knocked out like 5 drinks with a smile on and went really quick. I been coming to this one cause its good service and fast pace drinks. keep up the good work guys. yes it is small inside due to being in the gakleria, but it does acquire a nicer outdoor space. qalso, like the fact that it's a non smoke area aka no smoking allowed. just enjoy to coming here read more

A pretty normal Starbucks in the mall nothing special small portions for a fairly large price might I say the setting was nice though nice lighting quiet a place to work without being too distracted. A little background noise sounds like a coffeehouse in Europe it's that nice inside just isn't the best coffee in the world, but still good for a tiny place in a mall. read more
