I was in the area and was looking for something sweet to drink. I heard that people love coming here so much, they never went to a Starbucks again! So I had to stop by. It is a small blue kiosk in the middle of a plaza. They have a MASSIVE menu and so many options! My brother and I opted for the Strawberries & Cream Frap and a Cookies & Cream Frap with coffee. It was like drinking ice cream! Rather than drinking a typical Cookies & Cream flavored drink, it had a dark chocolate oreo taste to it. DELICIOUS. The Strawberries & Cream was sweet and creamy as expected, and also had a bit of a cake batter taste to it! Perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. BONUS PERK: They also have a really nice rewards program! After ordering two drinks, we get $1 off our next drink. Instant rewards back. My biggest critique was the fact that none of the employees wore masks during the pandemic. The women working in the kiosk were incredibly kind and friendly, but it pains me to see people not taking COVID seriously. Regardless of the kiosk being drive thru only, it is still most sanitary and pre-cautious to just wear a mask! ESPECIALLY within a business. When you get a good coffee from this place, it's a game changer. When it's bad, it's disgusting. A couple months ago, I got a bad coffee and got sick from it. It tasted like cereal milk and I ordered and iced vanilla latte with oat milk. So naturally I stopped coming here for a while. Today, I decided to give it another try. I found this place by a happy accident, as I was driving by looking for a place to eat before work. My go-to drink is an Iced Americano and theirs is pretty good. IMHO, this is the best coffee place in the area. What put it over the top for me, was that when I ordered my drink and pulled up to the window to pay, the young lady asked if I preferred more ice or water in my Americano. NO SHOP or BARISTA in all my travels has ever asked me that question and it's a thoughtful one for this drink. I particularly hate places that put so much water you loose the flavor and so little ice that it's melted before you get out the door and have a luke warm drink. They have great drinks, friendly service and they seem to care about their product, which makes a world of difference. I do have something that might be a negative comment, but it should be more of a warning. Last time I went, I arrived about 40 minutes before closing and there were three cars in front of me on my side (they have a window on both sides to order from). It took me about 15 minutes to get my drink. I was on my way to work and might not have stopped that day, if I knew it would take that long. Again, it's not a negative, just know this is not the mega-corporation (thankfully) where it takes one minute. Therefore, plan accordingly and know it might take a couple minutes. read more

First time visit to Cafe Agape today. Wanted something that wasn't Starbucks. No matter what I do I almost always get an over sweetened drink there. So glad I gave Agape a try. Super Duper friendly staff that makes sure your drink is the way you want it. I had the Almond Rocha blended with 2 shots , 1/2 sweet. Perfection. I also got a parm bagel with veggie cream cheese, huge bagel-also good. Yes, it's a drive-thru but that's fine with me. No they don't have bougie pastries or breakfast sandwiches. It's a very tiny building, but what they do have is great coffee and other drinks as well. And you're treated like an individual. You feel your business is valued. I've had the original Dutch Bros coffee in Portland, OR,....this is the next best thing! I discovered Agape when I was looking for a coffee shop close to my in-laws in Beaumont. I pulled up and there was a small line of cars in front of me. Upon arrival to their window, I was overwhelmed by their menu (so many options available!) I felt bad because there was a line behind me, but the barista advised me to take my time because she could take the orders behind me...so nice! So I finally decided on their two most popular frapps, the Snickers Bar and Banana Creme Pie. The frapps were awesome!! Snickers was the perfect amount of chocolate and caramel, and banana Creme pie legit tasted like a blended BANANA CREME PIE!! They were also perfectly blended (not too much ice and not watery!).
