When I checked into my hotel I noticed this 24/7 cafe across the street. I came here multiple tImes for drinks and snacks. They have a huge selection. Ever some hard to find brands and international candies from overseas. There is a brand of apple juice I love and can rarely find at home! They had perfect single size bottles. They were almost the same price as the full size at home but that's to be expected in NYC. The last day I grabbed a chicken parm sandwich to eat on the way home. I ended up waiting until I got home. I heated it in the microwave and it was a sooooo good! Two reasons why I didn't give this 5 stars. The staff inside were not friendly or helpful. I saw something that looked like a stew and asked about it. They said it was borshe. I asked what the meat was and they just ignored me in a very soup natzi kind of way. I ended ordering chicken parmesan because it was a no more questions needed thing to order. I waited 10 minutes and then inquired. The cook barked out that the sandwich had been waiting at the register. I didn't know that. There was not a sign. Just wasn't very clear what the process was but they were annoyed I didn't know it.

So delicious! We needed to find a bagel spot closer to our hotel as we were limited on time, so glad we came here! They have a seated area to enjoy your food upstairs.

Best little secret in NYC right on 46th St by Times Square. We stayed at the Hilton & walked here in the mornings for breakfast. Literally the best, freshest sandwiches & omelets. The chefs we encountered were awesome! The customer service was excellent at the front desk too. They have a great variety of drinks, snacks and even have some personal hygiene products behind the counter. Healthy options for protein drinks, on the go coffees & fresh fruit too which we loved!! I definitely recommend!!

BIG sandwiches cost big money ($11-12 each) but are worth every penny, especially the Monster BLT.

A little hole in the wall, with reasonably priced made to order salads and sandwiches! We'll be back a couple times during this stay!

Took long time to get sandwiches and we were trying to get to a show. But the food was good when it finally came through.

The prices are high (it's Times Square, so not surprising), but not as high as some other delis in the area.

Here's the rundown: - naan: recommend this, though maybe overhyped myself based on previous reviews. The yogurt sauce was delish, but the bread itself was very good but not mind blowing. - BLT salad: dark horse fav! Tons of flavor and I kept going back for more. Recommend as an app - Union Square bento: honestly, wish this came in a real bento box. Seems like a miss, but I suppose separate plates give you more volume. Good to add as a side to whatever else you get. Cabbage was the best of the trio. - rice bowl: squash and rice were solid, but the shrimp was the standout here! Very flavorful shrimp. Not sure how they packed so much flavor into the little bites of them - fried chicken thighs: I mean, yes. They're juicy. They're fried excellently. The side sauces are creative and great for vinegar-lovers like me I also got the carrot cocktail which was ultra smooth and had the right amount of dill flavor. We got two cookies to go which were divine. I'd get them to stay to try it with the oolong milk next time, but we had to run. The service was friendly, courteous. Ambiance was trendy but not uptight. Would recommend for a nicer night out

I ordered their fried chicken thighs because it's what they're known for, and I get it. You can tell the chicken was brined, and it had an excellent crunch. The concept is similar to Chipotle, where you build your own meal by choosing a protein, grain, sauce, and toppings. I created a bowl with white rice, caramelized steak, broccoli, and pesto, and paired it with a strawberry mint lemonade. The portion size was enormous--I easily could have stretched it into three meals. Even better, the food tasted just as good as it looked. The pesto added a ton of flavor, and while I usually pair pesto with chicken, it worked surprisingly well with the caramelized steak. The strawberry mint lemonade was also refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly. My only criticism is the lack of seating. There are only a handful of stools and one small table, and every seat was occupied when we visited, so we had to take our food elsewhere to eat. If they had a bit more seating, the experience would have been even better. Overall, this was a delicious, healthy meal with generous portions, and I'd gladly stop by again the next time I'm in the area.

And it doesn't have that dead space on the 2nd floor where though there may have been a place for you to sit, didn't mean that you'd necessarily enjoyed yourself there: Chances were that'd you'd have to hear someone's conversation in person or on the phone, as if you were on the subway. None of that here now with 4, albeit generous, seats facing the window: The expectation now is that during the lunch rush, you're going straight back to your desk or, if it's nice outside, sit outside (so a great use of the car-free section of Broadway). I had the Hot Chicken Plate: It was the special for folks with the SG app so I thought, why not. I picked double quinoa, blackened chicken, sweet potato and everything else you can see in my photo. The warm quinoa and the chicken were fantastic: You know SG is making a play for Chipotle's customers by offering what's basically a rice base with a chicken and salad topping. I was not a fan of the spicy broccoli which I found too salty. If you overload your plate with toppings it will easily go over the Chipotle price point: You'll know what's happening now that you have to enter it all in yourself on one of 3 tablets at the counter that divides the public from the kitchen. Can't wait to see the lunch crowd at the new spot!
