Honestly the manager is the reason for the 5 stars! I wish I asked his name! Fairly tall, i believe blonde. We Had a small issue with our meal and the manager was amazing and kind. He made sure to rectify the situation quickly and efficiently, didn't make me feel like a burden for bringing it up, even though he was clearly busy! I really appreciate his ability to pause for a moment and help us out! read more

Café Zupas - Spanish fork Zupas - Salad Near Me - Spanish Fork, Utah

Horrible customer service. Literally refused to give me a half soup because they messed up an order. Lack of communication skills, argumentative. Completely unorganized, expecting to rely the entire order after I ordered up front- which created a lack of comprehension on their part! Heavy on you can find something way better!!! read more

Found some chopped up tooth picks in my food. And the avocado was DARK BROWN pretty much moldy. So disappointing for how expensive the food is. Won't be returning!! read more

The service was great, everyone was pretty attentive! The food portions are so good, especially if you get the try 2 combo. Overall, good food and good people! Restaurant was clean too! read more

I really enjoy eating here. The salads are very good and so are the soups. The sandwiches are good too but I prefer the salads. And the fact that they give you a chocolate covered strawberry and sourdough roll is perfect. They have some very tasty desserts but we rarely ever have them. We usually order on their app and then go in and pick it up and bring it home. The people are friendly and although the music is not my choice, it's not offensive. We recommend this place. read more

We had an average meal here the other day. I decided to try their new Spicy Chicken Sandwich and I have to say I was pretty disappointed. Not something I would try again that's for sure. The soup was good and the rest of everyone's food was good. They did mess up how they rang in the order as well but we didn't bother to complain. Overall, will probably be back one day, but not itching to go there like other of our favorite places. read more

Every time we go to Utah, we end up dining at Cafe Zupas at least a few times. We appreciate the variety of salad options on their menu and the strawberry dipped in chocolate are an added touch. We did curbside pick up many times which makes it smooth sailing for picking up our meal and heading back home. read more

My go to on a cold, rainy day, especially in the fall. Love the tomato basil and honey ham sandwich. A slice of cheesecake is pretty good as well. Sometimes when it's busy, it gets pretty noisy and that's what I get it to go. read more

Zupas is the place to go for lunch with a bunch of friends. It's a fun atmosphere and good, fresh healthy food. I love that you can watch them make your salad and adjust ingredients just how you like it. And you always get a chocolate covered strawberry tie dessert! read more

I've given this place several chances but dirty tables, floors, etc. Being greeted with attitude from the server right off the bat....No thank you. Who runs out of salad on a Friday night at a salad place. It's poorly managed and cared for whether it's a busy Friday night or a slow mid afternoon. read more

SO SO GOOD YOU NEED TO TRY literally my fav place and I just really love it truly The feeling at the restaurant is unreal and truly breathtaking. read more

I'bmve never found anything substantive to eat. Tried bar-b-que sandwich two different times at different locations and got sick both times. Wife loves their berry salad. read more

Food is great! Unfortunate they don't cater to gluten intolerance. They used to switch out the bread roll for a strawberry, but apparently no longer. I've never had a problem getting this done at the other locations. read more

Zupa's has always been in mine and my husband's top 10 favorite restaurants. This location has been 50/50 for us, however. Today, he ordered a full bbq chicken salad for himself, and the portions were rather sad. He was given 90% lettuce with maybe 4 pieces of chicken and a pinch of the other ingredients. Needless to say, he was very disappointed and upset to pay full price for basically a bowl full of nothing but lettuce. read more

Food is delicious, the staff has always been friendly and helpful, and whenever we place an online order the food is ready at the expected time! This location always seems to be busy as well! My one bit of critique would be to change the to-go packaging for salads. The bowls you eat them in when you dine in are perfect! But the containers the salads come in for takeout are so difficult to mix a salad up and eat in without spilling constantly. read more

The sandwiches are small. It is too expensive for the portion sizes you get. Quality is decent.

Great food fresh... People are super nice and friendly, always I do wish their food was not as pricey and a little more bigger salad and portions read more

I had a wonderful lunch today and enjoyed the curry soup it was delicious with a nice curry warmth to it. My lunch experience was made even better because of the open and friendly professionalism of Aidyn. The soup great, dessert great and the service was great!!! read more

Zupas is one of my absolute favorite places to go to eat. The staff is over and beyond, I think almost every worker asked how my day was. I could tell that they take pride in who they hire. The food always tates good. I have never been disappointed. I always get a create your own salad and they are so helpful when making my food. The overall atmosphere was so friendly and super welcoming! I will becoming back soon! read more

Really great service and delicious food. The staff members went above and beyond to fix a messed up order.

I have been order chipotle glazed salad for years and this time they forgot my dressing. I politely told them and they told me it will cost money. I said but you didn't add my glaze and she said they did. I said again but I've been eating this for years and I know it is missing the glaze, and she told me again I would have to pay for more. I am pretty upset with the poor customer service given to me read more

I can't believe this passes for a full size salad. I see one crumble of bacon. Where's the broccolini, peas, and onions (upcharge)?!? And, seriously, two slices of avocado? And a smashed roll? DO BETTER!!!! Won't be returning. read more

Crawling bug in my food. Very disappointed how management handled the situation. No refund. Only got me a soup to replace my salad. I couldn't even eat the soup because I was so disgusted. They also did not change the lettuce so there could have been bugs in other people's food. Very disappointing. read more

We love zupas, great food and options for the whole family! Will definitely be back!!!

This Zupas is a cleanest Zupas I have ever been too . Sometimes I don't go to Zupas because I don't like the small chunks of salad on the floor which is normal but it does not make me feel good. However this Zupas the staff was so patient, friendly , and kind ! And my salad was made vegan friendly with a few changes to the protein bowl . Thanks !!! read more

Delicious and Healthy food options. Quick service and great Staff! It is always an enjoyable experience.

I actually really enjoyed this place! I'm from out of town and wanted healthy, fresh food at a good price. This hit the spot! They had a ton of options, but I went with the two item combo and the portions were huge! I ordered at the counter then you find your own seat. After you eat you can just leave your plates at the table. Not to mention, the staff was really friendly and helpful! I will be frequenting this spot! read more

Great place to eat wonderful people and service. Seth was a great helper. The food was excellent and great quality.

I was very very VERY displeased with the service at this location. There were 9 people working and we were just standing there with no one even acknowledging us they were all just talking amongst themselves. It was not a busy day we were the only people in line. We felt very ignored. No one would help us check out for like 7 minutes we stood there being the only people in-line and we had to ask someone to help us. Also while we were sitting eating our food our baby asleep the employees started moving all the tables and chairs interrupting everyone eating making very loud noises not a good experience I would not recommend this location. read more
