Great service! Food was delicious! Kati S. was a great server!!!! Definitely under rated! Must try!

Great atmosphere, good food and excellent customer service from the start to the finish!

I sat at the bar here and the bartender was really nice and attentive. Drinks were a good price, chicken tenders were huge portions, it's really fun to sit and watch the people fall off the mechanical bull! Good vibe, fun place, we'll be coming back! read more

We were shopping at the Mall of America and decided to try this place. Newbies here. Went in afternoon, was not that busy so hardly had to wait for a table. They could have more friendly and out going hostess. Drinks did not come out at the same time. We ordered appetizers and a meal. After a wait, we got our main meal but no appetizer. We asked them to cancel the appetizer since we had our main meal already. The manager came over and apologized to us. Despite everything, The food was declicious and it appears to be a great atmosphere. read more

Love this place! My family and I went here for lunch-- great food, great service so we came back the next day for dinner. The place has a fun theme, good music, is clean and orderly, and staff are friendly and nice. When our server from yesterday recognized us, she greeted us and so did the manager. The manager placed an order on the house for dessert for us! Great experience, absolutely loved this place! Will be back next time I am at the Mall of America. read more

Moms night out of shopping and relaxing. Stopped here as our last stop. The bartenders, Trevor and Sam, were fantastic! Very friendly and attentive to us and everyone else at the bar. Went back the next day. Trevor makes a super Bloody Mary! Will definitely go back again when at the MOA! read more

Went here at 1030, and the doors were locked. Don't know if I'd make a special trip over again.

Good service and pretty standard chain restaurant fare. Steak was okay but someone needs to explain to the kitchen staff that there is milk, or milklike substance, in the mashed potatoes and that if you overheat it scalds the milk and has an adverse effect on the taste. Can get loud at the bar so if you are looking for some sensory peace after cruising the Mall this is not the refuge you seek. read more

My wife and I loved it and especially my kids loved it. The next time I'm at the mall of America, I will be going there with my kids.

Had a great lunch. Came back with friends and had some drinks and Bryan the bar tender was great and hilarious. We will come back.

After a long day of shopping we decided to eat somewhere in the mall! We made a good choice! Starting off with a margarita and a watermelon martini, yum! This martini was like a glass of summer, so refreshing! The Blueberry Long Island and passion fruit monitor are also worth drinking over and over again!! We ordered the Cadillac Chips and fish tacos and split them between 2 people! They were so good we had 2 empty plates and a few empty drinks too!! The only complaint I had... we came back a second night to get the chips again and were too late! The website said nothing about a late night menu! Probably would have tried something else in the mall since it was such a limited menu at 10pm! read more

This place was unprofessional and took forever. The waiter tried to convince me (under 21) to get a drink with alcohol. My aunt and great aunt are lactose intolerant and told he waiter that. After the fact they got globs of butter and mash potatoes after they ordered French fries. I ordered a strawberry dakerie and hey gave me a lemon. The waiter took our order and proceeded to make 4 other big tables orders before he put ours in. My cousins food was cold and they put it in the microwave! To quote my great aunt, " make sure to tell yelp that the waiter had way to many dead brain cells!" In the end the manager was really understanding and we got 30% off of our bills and 2 free cheesecakes to go. read more

Overall, the food was great, the atmosphere seem rather nice and enjoyable. This is personally towards our server. I took the wife out for a nice lunch and this was our first time visiting the restaurant, possibly last too if I may add. We had a older gentlemen served us, and he was just god awful at his job. He didn't tend to us whenever we needed him, and when he was pouring water for the wife, he actually spilt it on our table! He didn't even apologize nor grab something to wipe the water off the table! I had to flag down another server so she can take our bill and card to pay for our meal while our server was yapping away with another employee at the bar! I was nice enough to leave $3 (although I feel he didn't deserved any), and when were leaving the establishment, he saw us and didn't even acknowledge us! Wow! By far this is the worst service I've ever received, really pathetic. read more

Cadillac Ranch was super fun! They have bull riding, great Happy Hour and FANTASTIC food! Highly recommended!

Nice service, great food... especially the Juicy Lucy, and interesting atmosphere. I recommend trying this place out.

There was a offer advertised that for every $25 gift card there is a bonus $5 gift card. i wanted to buy 3 of them (3 x $25) so that I can pay my bill of $76 and keep the 3 x $5 bonus card for future. The manager tells me that if I buy the cards today I cant use it today. It takes time to process the cards. In which year are we living? I have never heard of this logic. She just did not want me to buy the gift cards and pay using it. This is totally not acceptable. I lost $15 in gift cards today. This is my first time and would be my last time too.. read more

It was OKAY. I rarely dine at the MOA because everywhere is packed and SO dang crowded, especially on the weekends. But I had never eaten here so we gave it a shot. The food was okay, not bad, but not amazing, but alright, can't complain. Servers were awesome, very friendly and fast. BUT....the drinks....in my opinion, I will never order a cocktail at this place ever again. And I tried like 3 before I realized I was ordering $10 glasses of juice lol. There is like NO liquor in there. Save your money, order a beer. read more

Came in for lunch with 2 of my friends, it was not especially busy on a Thursday. We asked the hostess to sit us at a booth which apparently sent us to the black hole of the restaurant in which we turned invisible to the countless waitstaff that walked by us for 15 minutes without talking to us. We finally flagged down Brody, he immediately apologized and said He'd take care of us and went above and beyond to do so. Don't know if managers here happen care (considering one was watching us the whole time and pretending to be busy by the back bar), but Brody is the only reason we will be back. 3 stars for food, 5 stars for Brody read more

Long story short, bartender is consistently rude. Family and friends both have joined me and left feeling unwelcome and neglected. Please fix this so the bar area can be more enjoyable. read more

One of the worst dining experiences I've had tonight. Our group ate at Cadillac Ranch as we knew the food was good and there wasn't a terrible wait. It took forever for the waitress to get to our table and ask for drinks. When she did, she let out an incredible amount of profanity, saying things like I'm just f**king with you guys. She told us that repeatedly. She also said she was working in the bar, so if we needed anything to just yell at her. She said "You can call me names, whatever you want, you can even say 'hey you b**ch'". She kept repeating sentences and slurring her words. We came to the conclusion she was either high on something or significantly intoxicated. She struggled with the order, refilled water into a glass of Sierra Mist and did not punch in the order correctly resulting in 7/8 people getting food, one person not getting what they ordered, and an extra burger. When it came time to pay, there were issues with ticket accuracy. Overall, service was garbage. The food was average, but nothing to rave about. I will never be coming back to this establishment. Our server, Sierra, clearly did not value her job that much by the way she carried herself tonight. Embarrassing to say the least. read more

Was in town for a work trip and was not a fan of this place. I got my order delivered to my room and it took almost two hours and my food was cold. read more

Came here with a few friends yesterday for dinner. The food was good (I had the Cadillac Steak Salad), and the drinks were strong. No complaints there. The service was...weird. Our waitress was nice enough, but the queen of TMI. She told us all about her eye surgery, how expensive it was, how she doesn't have enough money to go out to dinner or to see a movie or to do this and that...it made for some very uncomfortable moments. We didn't know this woman, and she pretty much launched right into her personal tales the moment we sat down. I know that often people are poor tippers, and I empathize with waitstaff who get continually screwed over. However, giving your patrons way too much information about your health woes and financial status is just weird and awkward. For the record, we tipped 20%...because we're decent people, not because we felt sorry for her. Management, maybe talk to your waitstaff about holding off on the sob stories and tip-mongering? read more

Just the name, Cadillac Ranch, induces visions of an overpriced vegan's nightmare, and sure enough that's about what it was. And although I'm not vegan, the inflated prices at this establishment led to a lack of viable selection. Thanks to my frugal, though very reasonable, cross country coaches, we were only allowed to spend less than fifteen dollars- and let me tell you, that was almost as hard as the 5k race the next day. This meant that all chicken, steak, and pasta dishes were out the window and that the choices were reduced to gut wrenching, calorie infused burgers or wimpy salads. Much like my race the next day, my dinner choice ended up being wimpy. At least, I hoped, my blackened salmon salad would be a big enough portion to fill me up, but the $14.95 dish was quite underwhelming...again, much like my race the next day. Anyway, you are reading this review because you care about what Cadillac Ranch has to offer and not a pity party about my race, so I'll get back on track. The atmosphere at this restaurant was about what one could expect- Rolling Stones magazine covers on the walls, and eighties music videos (with some Justin Bieber thrown in for good measure) were the standard. However, one thing made the Cadillac Ranch experience especially memorable- and not in a good way. Mechanical bulls are seemingly meant for some good ol family fun, or maybe as a way to see how drunk your friends really are. Yet, at Cadillac Ranch, one of the riders scarred many of my teammates and I for quite some time. Let's just say that perhaps this establishment should set some dress codes for bull riding to keep teenage boys from seeing female genitals they did not wish to see. Trust me, this ain't no Hooters. Besides the overpriced and underportioned entrées, lack of vegan/vegetarian options, and an unfortunately short dress, however, the place was pretty decent. Just make sure that your kids are ready for what they might encounter. read more

We really enjoyed this place. Super fast service, although it wasn't terribly busy. We had their jalapeño cheese curds which were quite good. Husband loved his wedge salad. I had a regular side salad which was fine. We split the diablo chicken pasta and we both thought it was very good. We'd recommend this place for sure. read more

We have been the Cadillac Ranch a few times over the course of a couple of years and it's just okay, for what it is. Each time we have been here (whether it's a low key date night, a family celebration, or just need a place to take someone in town) it has not been overly impressive. The wait staff are hit and miss when it comes to being seated in a section with a waiter or waitress that is attentive, friendly, and just overall happy. The "atmosphere" is oaky as well, some of the table/booths are not effectively placed and a couple of times we have been seated face to face with another couple who were seated at the bar (when we were sitting in the dining room, as the built-in bar tables are joined to the side of dining room booths). The food itself is also hit-and-miss, but we have found that both the hamburgers or chicken fingers have always been pretty delicious. So, will we be back? probably, I can't be picky about every aspect and overall, its a pretty good place for burgers. read more

Just another overpriced mediocre chain! Ordered steak, it was decent the potatoes and broccoli had great flavor but potatoes were cold and the broccoli was mushy! Neat ambiance but doesn't make up for the food. read more

I was not expecting much because of the reviews but my experience was great!! We had a party of six and the waiter was extremely helpful and very attentive. So we orderd our drinks and there must have been something wrong because the pop didn't have enough syrup in it and the waiter apologized and fixed it right away. We ordered the Kettle Chips for appetizer they had a balsamic vinegar, cheese and blue cheese I mean they were not bad but just not a good combination. Also, Spinach & Artichoke dip was different but it was good the only thing I would change on that was the over size chips that they came with. So I asked the waiter what he recommended he said the Chicken Diablo Pasta I also added the shrimp. It was a signature item on the menu it was amazing!!! They were not chintzy with the chicken or the shrimp at all.. It was a little spicy but I would go back to the MOA just to get that dish read more

Popped in here last night for the bridal party before our dear Lisa ties the knot with a great vodka drinking Russian maniac! Ha. This place is huge and has a nice chill rock and roll decor. It's inside the mall but you can still sit out in the "patio" area where you'll have cool lights above you and a noise level perfect for chatting with friends. The menu has something for everybody. It's not amazing food. Just okay really. The kind of things you'd find at a Chili's or TGI Fridays but good enough. There was a happy hour from 3-7 Mon-Friday (I think) and lots of discounts on the appetizers. The drinks are only happy hour at the bar. There was live music inside. One younger guy and a guitar playing some soft cheesy favorites. The best thing about the place was the service. Our server Edgar was phenomenal. He had multiple tables and never missed a beat on drinks, food, or smiles. I was skeptical after seeing the mixed reviews of the place but for atmosphere and great service this is a great place to stop in. If your the culinary type and looking for amazing food, I'd keep walking. read more

Great food and great people!! I love this place it has such a fun environment and friendly servers.

Good ambiance, but that is about it. The food was pretty blah. Had a burger and it was tasteless. Limited beer menu. Probably wont be back anytime soon. read more

Had the lemon chicken and mushrooms. Very tasty. Chicken was nice and juicy and the veggies were not overcooked. Wish the mashed potatoes didn't taste like they were from a box. We also had the classic mojito which was nice and refreshing. Overall good experience would visit again. Fun atmosphere. read more

I had many choices...their menu seemed best-glad I wasn't wrong, the salmon was awesome, the flatbread amazing...did I mention they have an awesome martini and a mechanical bull!!! The service is also a huge plus! read more

The one star is definitely not for the food as for we never even got the chance to try it. As for service I would have gave a zero if it was a choice. I say this because we never even got any! We were seated and got menus in a timely fashion and that was about it. Our group of three were very content getting situated and then once we were we just sat and watched the non service happen. Three servers circled us and not even an acknowledgement. One server even came to our table and placed a full Parmesan shaker in front of us, but never even remotely tried to make eye contact. As she left she told another server she was cut and then that server became upset because he had know idea. With this being said amongst the two, the server onboard did nothing to acknowledge us. We gave it a few more minutes and nothing. We decided to leave. In doing so we confronted, what seemed like management behind the bar, and told them our situation. He briefly said I'm sorry and went on with his business and seemed to be ok with our situation. With this all being said, I will probably give it a second chance as for we really wanted to try the food. read more

Diablo pasta was very good. Ribs were pretty good. Very nice atmosphere. Server was great and very prompt. Pepsi products. I hate Pepsi.

It was OK - nothing to rave about. Our group of six had ribeye steak, ribs and burgers. The best thing by far was the ribs. Nice thing about this place is the size and tables are not packed in there. You have a little elbow room. Overall, I would say there are other places I would spend my money. read more

Do not go here! It's terrible food and just ok service. They talk it up like it's so delicious but almost everything we got was terrible. I had the pork chops and they tasted like they had a water solution in them like Tyson or something. They literally had a caramel sauce on top and some dry bread crumbs - it was so gross! The food court would be tastier than this place! read more

Most of the menu was not for me but i found a few items of interest. The food took a little longer than expected otherwise the service was very good. I had the New York strip. I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. My girlfriend had the pulled pork sandwich. I thought it was really good, she loved it. read more

This was our first time at Cadillac Ranch. Our server Michael was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. We picked this restaurant because it had an extensive menu with so many choices. The tilapia with crabmeat was superb and the buttered potatoes were to die for. My partner had the steak and that was just as delicious. An amazing restaurant that I cannot wait to go back to. read more

Food was great, we had the bacon cheese fries and split a burger. There was a magician walking around the tables and doing card tricks, he was impressive! Our service was horrible, after our waitress took our order we didn't see her again until we had finished our food. She walked by our table multiple times without stopping. We probably won't be going back again. read more
