Went on a Sunday morning around 8:30am , waited just a couple minutes before getting seated . Service was great! Food was amazing ! And the ambiance was chill - perfect morning breakfast ! I hardly leave reviews but felt this place deserved a great review ! read more

Hands down one of the best eggs Benedict I think I have ever had. I would go here every time I was in Moab if given the opportunity. I highly encourage everyone to try this place for breakfast. It is amazing. This will definitely be a stop next time. We are in town. Also if you like corned beef hash, this one was delicious as well. There was a group of four of us and I think everyone finished their plates. read more

Overall, I would come back! The first thing I noticed was that the restaurant has a nice ambiance. The CHX Benedict was really good! I got poached egg like another reviewer suggested. I would have given it a 4/5, but the burrito was pretty bland / missing flavor. The chicken was the only part of the burrito that had flavor. We had add salt. The side salsa was also missing flavor. The cinnamon roll was massive. It didn't have frosting - only glaze (I love frosting) but it was still moist - probably better to share with more people than two (I would say three or four). read more

Calm start to our morning with friendly staff. Mikayla was our server. Never felt rushed and she was great with offering substitutes when my husband found out about no chorizo. Would return here. read more

The place seems to be popular and has a catchy billboard. We had the veggie omelette and the waffles. Food was good, nothing extra ordinary but met expectations. Service was a bit slow which might be due to the morning crowds. read more

The food was fine. I wish I went with the huevos rancheros over the big biscuit. I asked for some extra spice and they charged me $4 for green chili sauce. The ambiance was fun. We sat at a big countertop table in the middle of the room. read more

Hours said it was open til 1400. Came on 12/28 at 1230. They were not seating anyone else and were not going to reopen until February.

Came for brunch on Mothers Day, despite the busy day we didn't have to wait too long. Regardless of the wait the food was so worth it, coffee and juice was refreshing as well. We got the veggie omelet, which was perfect, a stack of sweet cream pancakes which were revolutionary, and the huevos rancheros with chorizo which was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!! read more

Umm, yes, please. The breakfast here is fantastic. I don't know when I've had such delicious scrambled eggs, for one thing. Usually, the eggs are just kind of that protein that's there to fill space on the plate, but not here. They were savory and nicely between flat and fluffy. And the French toast (my go-to) was thick and tasty. And the bacon...yum. And the coffee was fresh and flavorful, too. So many "and"s that we'll be back again! read more

Not nearly as good as it was two years ago. Nashville chicken wasn't fried as much, not crunchy. Flavor was lacking. My husband had the same and agreed. Salad and fries were meh. Service wasn't as efficient, but still very nice. Requests (such as no fry sauce on the sandwich) weren't met. Maybe an off day, not sure we'll be back next time we're in Moab. read more

Damn good food & reasonable pricing in a tourist town. Was the most delicious meal I had & the most affordable during a 5 day stay in town. Had the huevos rancheros after a morning hike a thon in canyonlands & dead horse parks. Hit the spot & was so good. Wife had the pancake sandwich & loved it. Wanted to come back for the dinner service but didn't get the chance. Opened late 2020 stop by & give them some business they deserve it. Good service good food. 15.95 t bone & & eggs plate read more

No real vegan options. I'm not sure why places like this don't have tofu on hand to substitute for the eggs. And in Moab, one would think they would have Just Egg and Vegan Cheese. read more

Great quality food and food portions. The steak was cooked as I ordered it. The bacon was thick. Everything was delicious. read more

Great location. Good parking. Nice staff. But the outside of the building could use some work considering how nice the inside is! Great for families or groups. The food is generally bland... it looks great and smells great but majorly lacking in flavor. I had the burrito and my wife had the big biscuit and we both came to the same conclusion. Decent choice if it's open but I'd likely check other restaurants next time. read more

Arriving the night before and having a bland meal at the diner across from this place, I wanted a good meal this morning. Found this place on Yelp and ordered their big biscuit. Everything was made fresh, and it was tasty. The gravy was thin and not heavy. Even their ranch dressing (a mexi-ranch) was incredibly flavorful. Portions were filling to. The service was excellent and attentive, couldn't have asked for more. The restaurant was clean and had an open design. If you want good, fresh, freshly made, flavorful food, come here. If you want warmed up frozen, prepackaged food, go elsewhere. Kid and family friendly to. Thanks for a great meal! read more

Amazing breakfast tacos. They seem pretty basic, but there's something in there that I couldn't nail down that made them really special. Absolutely delicious. Great breakfast! Stopped in here heading north and again when I was heading south. Service was great too!

Bottom Line: Friendly service and tasty breakfast. My husband and I went to Canyon Steak and Waffle after a sunrise hike to Delicate Arch. It was mid-morning in October so I was prepared to wait but much to my surprise we were seated immediately. Between the two of us we got an omelet, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes and it was all very satisfying. I liked that the traditional breakfasts include the option to get pancakes as a side instead of toast or English muffin. I love when I can get a protein-packed savory breakfast and then finish it off with a few bits of pancakes. As an added bonus our breakfast came out quickly so we were able to return to the trails soon thereafter. The staff was friendly and we were easily able to get a spot in the parking lot. read more

Would give -5 stars if I could. I came based on the positive reviews but left upset with the whole experience and food quality. DO NOT COME HERE if you have taste buds. Service was horrible! No greeting just "what do you want to order". Server Evelyn had a poor attitude the entire time (also had AirPods in), the only time she was friendly was when she dropped the check off. Food looks okay in the pictures but tasted old, greasy and was not cooked properly. I could have had better at ihop. They don't even have fresh fruit. I asked for the tropical fruit bowl and got a disclaimer that it was canned. The waffle fell apart and had a weird taste to it like it was old. My husbands hashbrowns were greasy with a cheap butter, the eggs not cooked all the way and steak tasted artificial. Stay far away from this place! I picked based on high stars but next time will go with a place that has less stars and more reviews. $60 for three people on top of all that. Awful! My husband tried reviewing on google and you can't even leave a negative review that should tell you something. Cleanliness was also not a priority you can check out the booth seats in my pictures. read more

Initially there was a big crowd waiting and I Forsure thought it was gonna take a long time to get sat. The lady at the front said 15/20 minutes and figured oh well it's prime breakfast time and on Father's Day so we'll just wait. Expecting it to be longer than what she stated. And to my surprise it was within that time frame If not shorter than the 20 minutes. We get called and sat at our table. Within the first couple minutes a young lady brought us some waters, then about 5 minutes later our waitress came and took our order. Drinks came out fast and the coffee was that good diner coffee! After we put in our food items the food came out relatively fast! I typically drink about half my coffee and I only had about 3 good sips before they came! Wow Wow Wow! The Food was very filling and super flavorful! Big sized portions too! We've been getting bowls for a while at different restaurant around the country and for some reason lately they've been just bleh. So after tasting this, we are content again. The gravy was seasoned perfectly! Hashbrowns we're crispy but not burnt. Eggs were nice and fluffy and good amount of spinach on there as well. The pancakes were so INCREDIBLY FLUFFY !!! They cut so easily as well! My daughter wouldn't stop telling us how amazing her sausages were and that i "hadddd to try them" even though I had my own. Nice restaurant Forsure! read more

Great food for breakfast. Would recommend to the restaurant. Nice place. Service is friendly.

The Air BnB we were staying at had coupons for breakfast. We decided to give Canyon Steak and Waffle a try before leaving Moab and the Arches. I ordered a breakfast bowl and my wife ordered a two egg breakfast. Both were great and filling. She was expecting the usual three piece bacon side but ended up getting a double order. Win for her and me. Our server was excellent my coffee cup was always full. The restaurant filled up quickly with a variety of people. read more
