One of the worst nail services I've ever had.... Upon arrival I questioned leaving and by the time I sat down for a pedicure I knew I should just left and opted out of the following manicure before they started. I understand language barriers can be common at nail salons but these ladies literally kept getting annoyed when I showed them pictures or asked for a color. I just wanted a soft pink almost sheer like, and it's not like they had their polishes out for us to pick out. It was from a silly book which the colors they brought out didn't even match. The pricing also seems inconsistent with their site which could be considered false advertising and legally misleading. Although, not my biggest complaint here. The lack of effort on basic polish application is what is so upsetting, especially if you're paying average prices. So glad I didn't let them do gel on my pedicure, considering I had to remove the polish from my pedicure and the gel manicure (so regretting letting them finish my gel manicure, should've stopped midway). I decided to stop here since it was closer for me but I certainly regretting not just driving out to Infinity in Federal Way.... Ultimately save your money, go elsewhere like Lotus or Infinity Nail bar, at least those places can apply even coats of polish and top coat and you aren't in the position of needing to remove it and do it yourself. I don't leave negative reviews often but I spent over $120 to just remove and do my own nails at home. I just wanted a simple clean look for my engagement photos and this place just ruined the mood and excitement. read more

While I loved the work they did, the removal process made me sad. They only removed what they applied halfway, and said it would keep my nails strong until I returned. My nails started breaking within days, and I had to cut them short and file the rest of the stuff off. It's taking a whole other week just to strengthen my nails again and I don't know if I'm going back, because did they know partial removal would weaken instead of strengthening my nails? Here i am writing another bad review. I've been to cacie nails before and have never had a worse experience. I wanted to give them another shot so i went back yesterday. The service was amazing and i was beyond happy with the results. I payed 60$ and was super happy. The next morning i woke up and the nails are starting to peel up and form a bubble and the polish doesn't cover the whole nail. I am beyond disappointed because i was happy with the results. I leave for hawaii on thursday and i had to get my nails done a little early ad i wasn't going to have enough time. Now im not even sure they will last until thursday, and being gell polish they should be last a long. I cant get a good picture of the peeling. read more

My nail tech Kim did such an amazing job at my first ever Powder Dip nail service! She was really sweet, fast, and efficient! A plus for me is, she didn't talk a lot, just enough, haha (I like my peace). I came here several years ago and was treated poorly because I asked them to use a new file for my nails, this is a sanitary practice that should be used in all nail salons. I did not return for several years but decided to try to give it another chance yesterday. I walked in and requested a pedicure, I was asked to pick a color and was seated about 10 minutes later in a chair with my feet soaking in water. About 30 minutes into the whole process after I walked in I asked how many more minutes I would be waiting with my feet in the water. When I was told 15 minutes I expressed that I was not told it would be a 45 minute wait. If that were the case, I would not have stayed. When I asked to speak to management they said they didn't have a manager. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this one is warranted. read more

SHELLAC NOT DRY!!! I called and asked to have my toes re-painted due to the shellac not being cured all the way and polish all over my cuticles the previous day. The nail artists simply buffed off a layer of polish, cut my cuticles even more to attempt to take off extra color. At this point I had already been in the salon for almost 20 minutes. I didn't have enough time to keep fighting for my shellac to be completely re-painted. It was not only a waste of time but a waste of a $73 experience. If you want to relax and not worry, this is definitely not the place for you. ***I should also note this is my second attempt with Cacie nails... My first visit my fingers became pruned with acetone it was left on so long taking off shellac. read more

I went in for a pedi/mani. One lady made an error and used rubbing alcohol to melt my shellac. She she realized it, the then used acetone. It started to feel hot and she eventually removed it all. A week later, my finger tips are still white, rough and dry. Same with cuticule. That was $75. I feel she also seem to think i was making a big deal. The main lady was not there and i so wish she had been there. I am super disappointed . read more

I am a customer for over 6 years and today I'm flabbergasted. My daughter comes in to remove her shellac. The listed price on the wall says five dollars. They tell her it's ten bucks. I come in after I park and ask them about the discrepancy. They don't honor the listed price and they start talking to each other in a different language then tell me a lie. They say it's ten dollars because she's not having another color applied and it's five dollars when you have another color applied. Are you kidding me??? I always come remove my shellac and have another applied and I'm never charged $5. In fact, I still have my shellac from last week which I had done at this place as well. They removed the old color and applied the new for only $20. No extra charge for removal. A picture of the price list to follow. read more

Ok, so I felt the need to do an updated review because the service and quality of work sucks. The only time I had great service was when a temporary worker helped out the salon. (See previous review.) Unfortunately, I was never able to book her again since she was there for relief, but I decided to give them another shot. First off, the women are not very friendly. Even if you don't speak English, a smile goes a long way. Second, lack of professionalism. I made an appointment at 10:30 to get my nails dipped. About halfway through the appointment, someone from the street walked in wanting their eyebrows waxed. The woman doing my nails got up and performed the wax service without a word. She was gone for 10 minutes while I sat there. What is the point of having an appointment if you're going to stop in the middle to perform another service? My dipped nails were of poor quality and they began chipping after a week. I guess the previous good experience I had at this place was a fluke. I've had poor service more often than not, and will not be back. There are much better nail salons in Renton. read more

A bit rough with the grinder tool where I can feel a bit too close to hurting when it goes close to the cuticles. My BFF and I came in for pedicures together. She decided to get a manicure as well. My pedicure was done well and it lasted for almost six weeks. My friend had no complaints. We were seated next to each other and someone came over to start working on my friend's pedicure right away. A lot was said between the workers in their native language about us, then finally someone came over to start my pedicure. My friend was treated like a queen - they massaged her feet and legs, asked if she was comfortable, offered her a drink and gave her foam temp sandals to protect her pedicure. I didn't receive any of that, and we paid for the same pedicure. We paid cash because they said they would give a discount for cash payment. Very little English was spoken and I don't have any idea if they understood what I told them about my disability or not. I won't be coming back due to the communication issue, safety hazard and how I was treated. read more
