I have had only good experiences on my visits to Cachet Southpark. They are an extremely busy facility, so it is best to make an appointment. Additionally, be willing to spend time when you are there, as the good technicians will not rush through, but take time to pay attention to detail. Every time I schedule with Monica. She is personable, fun, and pristine with her work. My nail work lasts for a couple of weeks (my natural nails, no SNS or gel for me--although she does do these services). The menu is adorable, as you can choose your mani or pedi package off of them. Additionally, you can order a special cocktail. If you don't want to spend extra on your drinks, you get a complimentary drink with your nail services. Cachet is always extremely clean inside, bright, and well kept. Each nail kit is sterilized and they take out a new one from packaging for each client. They have a staff member specifically who cleans each chair, tub, and floors after use. I enjoy coming to Cachet and would recommend.

The ambiance and decor of Cachet is amazing. The size and seats are beautiful, and they really deliver the upscale spa vibe. Overall, the services were good and the technicians were very friendly; we did not feel that we received superior quality services for the price, though. We were quite disappointed with the bar aspect of the salon... one of the main reasons we came to this location was for the beverages, and we would have purchased 2 or 3 each if given the opportunity. However, no one took our drink order until halfway through the pedicure, and then they returned twice to report they had run out of ingredients to make our drinks. We only ended up having 1 glass of wine each - which we were charged for, even though we were supposed to have 1 free drink with our services. I would definitely return to give the place a 2nd chance, especially since I was pleased with my actual pedicure. I just hope the advertised "above and beyond" offerings will be better-executed.

This was my first visit and I went with a friend from out of town. There are some pros and cons to this place: PROS: 1) The ambience! It is very tastefully decorated and clean. When I walked in I felt like I was transported to some posh salon in Beverly Hills. 2) My nail technician Ryan was amazing. He really took his time and his work was immaculate. I loved how meticulous he was with shaping my nails. I appreciated that he didn't rush through my session. 3) I went on a Saturday and only had to wait 5 minutes to get a chair! They also let me and my friend sit next to each other which some salons don't do. It sucks when you go to get pampered with a friend and a salon sits you at opposite sides of the room...smh. I liked that they accommodated us. Cons: 1) Price! I paid about $37 for a gel mani. I love pampering myself but have never paid more than $30 for a gel mani. I guess you pay for the location and ambience of the establishment. At my usual salon, the manicure comes with a lengthy hand massage that is so relaxing. This one gives you a quick rub with lotion and that's it. 2) The drinks aren't complimentary. Overall I did enjoy my experience! I would visit again if I were in the area solely because I loved how good of a job my nail tech did. I'm impressed with his work.

This nail salon is top notch! My daughter and I were treated like royalty. We were able to make an appointment while in town and we are so glad we did. My nails are gorgeous! I won't be able to find another place to do a better job so I will make the trip down there. It's well worth the drive! Affordable luxury. The Owner was gracious and concerned about our experience. You can tell that she a savvy business woman. She has acquired a liquor license so that we can enjoy our favorite beverage there next time. Genius!!! Getting your nails done while having a Cosmo....that's heaven! True spa experience. The decor is beautiful too. You must go and enjoy the experience.

This new location is AMAZING!!!! The interior is sleek and sexy. I consider myself a loyal Cachet customer. I've been going to the South BLVD location for a few years now. Both locations are very clean and well organized. I appreciate the variety of music (EDM, Pop). I've only encountered one minor issue recently. Before you read my story, please note as a loyal customer I appreciate the overall professionalism of Cachet. They took full responsibility and made things right. Thursday: Someone canceled my appointment, I found out the day of after calling in. I was sooo pissed. The receptionist offered to reschedule my appointment, along with a discount for my troubles, I refused it. My birthday was on Friday so I needed my nails done ASAP! I had to leave work early. Once I arrived I found out they were closing early for a private grand opening. Which no one told me! I was confused. When I checked out I received a gift card for my troubles. Even though I refused before. I appreciate Cachet taking action! I'm totally obsessed with its Cachet! I just realize I never mentioned the specialty cocktails! They're really good! Make sure you try it!!'

This place is a RIP off...charging extra and not following same policy and protocol of south Blvd location. They have better colors then south Blvd but way more expensive and offers a free half glass of wine when getting two services. If I pay more i should get my 2 glasses of wine at least. Never again

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They charge way too much. I had Nick. He's a nice enough person but this place is not worth it. The price was listed as $35, but he told me they changed prices. To my knowledge, if it's listed as the price, that's what you charge. He charged me for a shape saying it was included in the new price, but I was not informed that I could get a shape for the same price. They also charged my sister $10 cheaper for the SAME EXACT thing I got which makes me sketched out about this sudden "price change". On top of all this when I got to my job, my coworker pointed out that the nails are crooked. And they're HELLA crooked. They do offer 3 days to get something fixed, which I will be, but it is NOT worth it.

Previously, I'd been with my technician for 20+ years. I was referred to Vintage Nail Bar in Charlotte. Even though there were many salons closer to my new home, I went to see Steven based on this recommendation. I was not disappointed! He was so nice, friendly, and on time for my appointment. The salon was spacious and clean. My husband had a pedi with Vin and said he was great, too. There was another technician there, Pim, who seemed so kind - always smiling at incoming customers. I understand she does a great job with builder gel and will try her, too, in case Steven isn't available. For reference I am over 60 years young () and wanted a natural looking nail, thin on the sides and top. I'm so happy to have found this nail salon!

Kelly was my technician and she did a fantastic job. She was meticulous in the preparation of my nails for polish. She gave a very relaxing foot and lower leg massage, as well. Her polish application was perfect and she gave each coat time to dry. The result was a mani/ pedi that should last for a long time. It's already been three days with a lot of gardening and dish washing, and my hands still look perfect. Usually several nails would be showing signs of wear by now. I'm super happy and will definitely be back soon. I may have found my new "go-to" nail salon. Note: the place was busy on this Thursday afternoon. I'm glad I had an appointment.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Sassy Nails…read more I scheduled a 3:30 PM appointment, but upon arrival, there was no space prepared for me. I was asked to follow the receptionist, yet no chair was ready, and the way I was directed to sit felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. After my drink order was taken, there was little to no interaction or warmth--far from what I would expect from a "luxury" experience. What made the situation more concerning was that an open chair was quickly given to another guest (a man's daughter who did not appear to be receiving a service), without any communication or clarification. This created a confusing and uncomfortable environment, and the overall energy felt passive-aggressive and dismissive. As a resident of the building attached to this salon, I would have been a consistent and loyal customer. Unfortunately, this experience left such a negative impression that I chose to leave. I went to Anthony Vince Nail Spa just minutes away and was immediately treated with fairness, kindness, and true professionalism. The difference in service was clear and appreciated after such an uncomfortable encounter. Due to this experience--and the strong impression of unequal treatment--I will not be returning or recommending Sassy Nails. 0/10.

I made a 4:30 appointment on a Friday (I was able to make an appointment a couple days in advance) for a gel pedicure and they took me back right at 4:30. They asked if I wanted anything to drink and I got a mini bottle of water. The facility is huge- lots of manicure and pedicure spots. It is also an aveda salon, so in the back I noticed a few people getting their hair washed and a few people getting their hair colored. They played music in the spa. The pedicure chairs were normal chairs- not massage. They were kind of low to the ground lol. The pedicure was very luxurious! It included a foot soak, a scrub, a lotion, hot towels, nail shaping, and polish. They asked if I wanted orange or lavender for the scrub and lotion. He spent a ton of time massaging both in which was wonderful!!! He didn't spend a ton of time 'grating' the dead skin off my heels but he did touch on it. They had a ton of gel colors to pick from and The end product looks great, hoping it lasts a while!! It took about 45 minutes for this. It was $82 for the gel pedicure which seems to be about average for this service.
