I wanted a new patio installed, the landing of my back porch replaced (which had broken off and left a hole) and extended to match the patio, the corner of the foundation patched, the front sidewalk slab replaced (that had broken away from the front porch and broken in half), and a hole in my front porch sealed so that the critters would stop using it as nest. My new patio is amazing - better than I could have imagined! The holes in my porch (front and back) are now sealed, I don't have to look at the missing foundation corner, and I don't have to worry about critters any more. :) I am VERY pleased with the work! He came to my new house to do an estimate for varied work we needed done. He put in the estimate work we didn't ask for. I asked to meet with him so we could update the estimate. He became non-communicative. Instead of being honest and saying sorry too busy or can't do it he just left us hanging. In the beginning he gave us one word answers by text, but then just stopped communicating. If he had been honest and told us he couldn't do it that would have been better, but to leave us hanging is not acceptable.
