Starting off, their servers are understaffed. Major props to Gerry there who was working almost the entire floor working through so many tables ordering and delivering their meals. And props to the staff at the bar area who were very nice to answer my questions while I was there. The dining options are pleasant, meets expectations for a premium hotel restaurant. I was recommended by friends to skip the chicken as it was a bit dry, choose more of the appetizers, and other options were better. The breakfast options are grab and go from a separated area or there is a morning buffet; neither stood out particularly so if you have the mandatory Destination Charge credit that you'd like to use in the morning, some of the grab and go options are easier. The lunch and dinner menus are the same. The Braised Beef Short Rib Slider and 6 Sticky Fingers Chicken Wings were delicious options. The short rib sliders were a set of 2, decent sized, with soft buns and a well seasoned beef that pulls apart easily. The horseradish cream paired nicely with the sweetness of the buns and the meat. The chicken wings had a soy ginger glaze, scallions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. This is a better chicken option, nice and moist, a good bounce to the meat, and the right amount of glaze on top that was not dry nor dripping. The general ambiance is upscale and quiet, the tables are spread a comfortable distance apart, and it's a nice place to unwind or refresh.

We had a really pleasant experience here. I did not have high expectations for a hotel restaurant and bar, but the service was great, the food was solid, and the atmosphere had a contemporary vibe. We came for an early dinner before a concert and sat at a table by the bar. We were in a hurry, so we ordered our entrees straight away. My partner chose the burger, which was piled high with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and dripping with horseradish aioli. The presentation was nice. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. My partner was happy with his meal, and I enjoyed snacking on a few of his fries. Yum! I opted for the salmon in a green curry sauce with mushrooms, spinach, and a side of jasmine rice. The salmon was cooked to my liking, and the green curry sauce was flavorful. The dish was tasty -no complaints. The real surprise was the service. Because we were there so early, the bartender was also our server. For that reason, I expected the service to be lacking, but it was actually very attentive and added to the experience. If you happen to be staying at the Parc 55, Cable 55 is a solid option of you want a no hassle, convenient, but really decent dining experience.

We tried the brunch buffet which is $36/person and thought that the food and service were great. The staff was hospitable, professional, and courteous, especially our server Lloyd. The food stations were neat and clean, and had a variety of breakfast foods to choose from including hot foods, salads, pastries, breads, fruit, and cereals. We were seated by the windows looking out onto Market Street so we could see the bustling city streets that morning. Definitely a nice place to check-out if you're staying at the hotel and want to enjoy a restful breakfast.

Cable 55 is the restaurant inside the Parc 55 hotel. They offer items a la carte and also have a breakfast buffet for $36/person. The hotel charges a $35 fee/day for some reservations that can be applied to purchases made at the hotel, so the buffet is a great place to use it. However, I wouldn't say the buffet is worth $36. We were a little disappointed. It's basically all the standard breakfast items. You can order omelets, which we took advantage of. Our waitress didn't ever offer us water, which was strange. They also didn't have water available at the buffet, just juice. Their chia pudding is really good. They have fresh fruit and pastries. It's a convenient spot, but we ended up going somewhere else for breakfast our second morning at the hotel.

I loved the selection of everything , and a great view while you eat. It's pretty busy in the morning , so be patient with your waiters. Although I wish they would have told us mimosas and buffet only means 1 mimosa . I ordered thinking it was bottomless hahah I had 3 and that was an extra 40$ I wasn't expecting to pay.

Staff is friendly and attentive. The food prices are expensive. Parfait and black coffee from the grab and go was $20.00. Buffet breakfast available for a fee. When they bring the floral arrangements out, great spot for pictures. Moët Chandon vending machine was the highlight.

We came here twice when we were staying here at Parc 55 Hilton, mainly to use the food and beverage credit that we got for our Hilton Honors Gold perk, but we truly enjoyed ourselves both visits. First we came here the first night of our stay to get a little dinner. Husband got sliders and enjoyed those, as well as East Brothers Oatmeal Stout which he especially liked. I got a grilled cheese plate with salad and we also split a side of very tasty fries. I enjoyed all the food a lot. It was very basic food but very well executed! The service was friendly and fast and the ambiance was adorable. The hotel was decorated for Christmas but the Cable 55 bar area was over-the-top decorated (in a very cute way) kind of like a Christmas pop-up. It also had a special Christmas drink menu. That's what we sampled on our second visit: we tried the Christmas drinks. Well I did anyway -- my husband actually liked the stout from the day before so much that he got it again. I ordered the Mexican hot chocolate drink with tequila. It was a perfect balance of chocolatey milky warm goodness and tequila bite. And the whipped cream was absolutely decadent. We totally came here -- twice -- out of pure convenience and using our free credit but it was a really fun time both times, such that I would come here again even if I had to pay for it haha. It was lovely; much nicer than you expect from the typical hotel bar where you're just a captive audience.

Why not take advantage of your hotel bar/restaurant? Especially when your hotel gives you a $35 voucher per day that can only be applied there. The positive is that the food is pretty decent, there's a good variety of drinks, and the overall ambiance is really nice. The negative is that almost everything here is almost 2x the usual price. I visited on a few occasions, one to order lunch (I got a burger as pictured and it was pretty tasty, although nothing super special), another to get appetizers (a charcuterie board and some sliders which were a lot smaller than expected), and another to grab drinks (which were pretty good but pricey). The service can be a bit slow depending on the time you visit, but if you're a hotel customer it's probably worth checking out at least once. I definitely wouldn't revisit if I didn't stay at the connecting hotel, but it was a decent experience.

Conveniently located in the hotel lobby. The service was quick and server was friendly. I didn't realize fries were extra, otherwise I don't think I would have ordered it (too much food!). Drinks were also delish!!

I ate at Cable 55 during a recent 4 night stay at the Parc 55 hotel. As a Hilton member, I got a food and beverage credit at the hotel, which was only usable at their restaurant, Cable 55. Overall, the food was fairly decent but very expensive. However, with the food and beverage credit, it made the price point a bit more palatable. During my stay, I had the following food items: - Mulligatawny soup - decently spiced, packed with various vegetables and lentils - Fish tacos - decently flavored, but wished that the fish were fried instead of seared - Turkey Reuben sandwich - not enough Reuben sauce so sandwich was quite dry. Turkey meat was very dry - I imagine since it might have been heated up too long. - Beet salad - this was actually quite tasty, but the portions were very small despite being $15. - Schnitzel salad - pretty tasty salad! Schnitzel was more prepared like a katsu since breading was a bit thick. The schnitzel did not include any dipping sauce or a lemon, which is a more traditional accompaniment in a European schnitzel. And lastly - I had the breakfast buffet for one of the days that I was there. The buffet was $35. In years past, Cable 55 also offered items like dimsum, but this was not available. The breakfast buffet included typical items like scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, fresh fruit, a selection of bread and pastries. You can also have eggs made your way (e.g. over easy, sunny side up, omelet, etc). Based on the offerings provided, I didn't think it was worth $35 since there wasn't much variety to be had for that price point. I'd recommend you save your money and go elsewhere for your breakfast, which would much cheaper! In sum, I wouldn't have eaten here unless I had this food and beverage credit to spend. If you are staying at the hotel and don't know what to eat, this place might be an ok option for you. But if you're a foodie (or on a budget), I'd skip this place. Save your money and go elsewhere for your eats.

Located next to check in, they offer Breakfast buffets in the morning for $35/pp. There is a decent amount of options there but standard hotel breakfast buffet fare. With that said, their fruit is delicious and all of them is sweet which is surprising cos I find hotel bfast fruits to typically be not ripe enough. Staff there is friendly and attentive as well.

I was craving a refreshing craft cocktail and got one with the Green Emmanuelle. I liked the cardamom in the Beauty Mark as well that my partner ordered. We ordered shishito peppers and mushroom bahn mi sliders. The mushroom bahn mi sliders were amazing - the quality fillings and taste of the soft bun - I was unexpectedly hit with a bite of spice from maybe jalapeño seeds left but didn't sour my experience. The shishito peppers ended up being extremely spicy as well, those are usually just a few spicy and not the majority. The roasted lemon and salt was a wonderful combo but just too spicy to eat. However, the server very kindly removed it from our bill without us asking. We order the crostini because we were still hungry and that was an absolute hit. Delicious med-soft crostini with luscious berries and sweet honey. I didn't care my hands got sticky as it was soooo good! Seeing that it was named one of the top 50 best bars in North American, we had to check it out! We came in a Thursday night in mid-April about 9:45 PM. They have security outside thar checks IDs & also manages the queue in case the bar gets too crowded. We had no issues getting in, but there were zero indoor seats available - both the bar & table seating. Thankfully, they have a really cozy & well-lit patio area. The waitress let us know that even the outdoor patio has table-side service, so we made ourselves comfortable on the outdoor bench & within seconds she had brought us waters & cocktail menus. Weather outside was really nice, so I'm glad we actually sat outside. Each cocktail is $20, which definitely is a little steep, but I think the creativity, quality, & prestige of being named a top 50 bar supports the price. Each part of the menu is organized by liquor ie whiskey, vodka, brandy, gin, etc. We tried 4 drinks total. I only took menu photos of the pages we ordered from but they have a lot more selections.
