We heard about this company from a friend and decided to check it out. The showroom had a nice selection of cabinets and counters. Brad was the salesman who helped us figure out the bathroom cabinet layout that would work for us. He was very nice. We were able to walk out with an estimate that day, which was great. After weighing our options, we decided to go with CTG. We had the cabinet installer (Ben) come out and do a measure before install. He was nice as well. We ordered the cabinets and they were in in less than 2 weeks! These are quality cabinets with all soft close drawers & doors! Very reasonable too. We did have an issue with the master bath cabinets and the layout. After a few phone calls with Evan the Manager & a visit from Ben the installer, the issue was resolved. All these guys are very professional and nice. They took the time to answer all our questions from start to finish. If you called the store and if they were helping a customer, they would call you back that day. Can't say enough about their great customer service skills. This company is a joke. The cabinets never arrived. No one called us to tell us the wrong sizes were ordered. We waited. My husband finally called and The store rep Sarah gave every excuse she could. She said they had trouble with the person who ordered the cabinets fir them. she said he has been messing up orders a lot. That is not my problem. My husband asked for a refund and she said we would have to pay a restocking fee 25%. I beg your pardon! We never received anything, why should I pay a restock fee? John Harmon was the person that assisted my husband . No calls from him either. Now we have to contact the bank for a full refund. I will never deal with the inconsiderate non caring people again. Good until they got our money. Cabinets installed without trim on bottom. Now there is a long hole between floor and cabinets. The sales person at Cabinets to go failed to order trim. Now they refuse to answer my calls and texts? I called the cabinet manufacturer and they confirmed the trim was never ordered and that the trim is available? Cabinets are beautiful until you look at bottom where the cement slab is showing. Well, this is my second review on Cabinets to go. I received a response from my first review and their response was "This is not how they do business". So, I was instructed to send an email to Molly@cabinetstogo.com. explaining the situation and my contact information. Funny I never heard back from anyone and the email was sent on 4/25/25. I am still waiting for my cabinet that was measured wrong, the finishing pieces called scribes and 2 doors to cover the warped ones. I called the store today 5/2/25 and the cabinet is supposed to be in on Monday of next week 5/5/25. I called what they call the Custom Care department (NOT SURE WHAT CUSTOMERS THEY HELP) to follow up on the doors. They are now being handled by someone else and I was told they would call me on Monday 5/5/25 we shall see. They also requested the same information today 5/2/25 I already sent once before. After reviewing the pictures and a video of the warped doors I sent on 4/24/25 were approved by someone named L Marena on 4/28/25 and they were supposed to be sent I am now back at the beginning once again waiting for my replacement doors. The scribe pieces were never ordered because I supposedly did not sign the DocuSign agreement. Well, I checked my email and wow look at that I did send it. So, I sent it again today and called the store (because I was not expecting a call from the manager) saying he got it. I now have to wait another week for the Scribe pieces to come in. This is the most disorganized company I have ever worked with. If there is a problem with the actual product you have to call Customer Care not the store, the manager will not help you. The store manager says things have been ordered and they in fact have not. Don't ask for the manager's help with any product issues he tells you to call Customer Care. The customer service in the store and Customer Care both are very unhelpful and have no interest in listen to the customer. The manager wants to know why I am upset. This would be why (See Above). I am guessing if this were their remodel this would not be the case. Please, if you value your sanity, do not do business with this company. I have been on the phone and my computer in the past 2 weeks then I was all last of year. They made this the worst remodeling project I have ever done. I guess it's true you get what you pay for. I used cabinets to go in Phoenix on Camelback Rd. My designer Robert Ethier really had no idea what he was doing. I was in contact with him many times to review the designs and contracts multiple times. He also lost my designs and I had to email them to him. I believe he was since let go. Then when the order was delivered and was being installed some pieces were missing and one of the cabinets was ordered in the wrong size it was supposedly reordered. The manager contacted the installer regarding this instead of calling me. One would think you would call the customer with an issue like this. We shall see how long it will take to to get the correct one which I am sure I will be charged for the shipping. I called the store and spoke with the manager Peter and they wanted to charge me for the missing pieces. This was supposed to be in the final contract and was not. The designer forgot to put them in the contract making this not my issue. The manager was very rude and the customer service he provided was less then satisfactory. He also remarked on how many people are calling with issues again not my problem. The customer care department was also useless in solving my problem and there is no corporate office number to call. It also promises this on their website too. It 6 plus weeks and nada. Meanwhile the demo in my kitchen, baths and laundry room was done based on when I was told I would get my cabinets. I was also promised assembly and installation at a confirmed price only to get an invoice for more than double the price. I went into shock when the invoice was over $15,000. That is in addition to the cost of the cabinets. Just unbelievable. He confirmed that the current reviews are old as they currently have an entirely new sales team besides one. Very poor customer service. Cabinets were ordered incorrectly. I ordered pull outs and they ordered standard. I waited 8 months for cabinets to be installed. Conner came in and left my kitchen a mess with no counters for a month and only half the cabinets completed. He came back a month later, but still not completed. I had to pay additional shipping to return incorrect items and then had to purchase correct ones. Do not purchase cabinets from this company!!!!! I paid extra for cabinets to be installed to ceiling. They were not installed to ceiling, therefore I had extra material left over. Again, I returned extra material and Brett deducted 20% from items because they said they had to ship them back to warehouse. I repeat do not purchase from this company!!!!!!! Their mistake but at customer's expense. Very inconsiderate to customers. I would have gone to a different company, but they requested a nonrefundable down payment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We chose Cabinets To Go for our recent kitchen remodel based on a recommendation from a family member that has used Cabinets To Go on two different projects. This process started in July 2021. We went to the store in Phoenix, Arizona, picked out our new kitchen (cabinets, sink & counter tops) and placed the order. I had a quote from another company that was cheaper, but I chose Cabinets To Go because they promised a quicker lead time and the recommendation from a family member. Approximately a month later our cabinets arrived. I started the demo on our kitchen September 11, 2021 and the installer started a couple of days later. When the installation started there were missing parts, wrong handles, and no sink. For some reason the sink was not ordered. We got the correct handles and sink ordered but there were still missing pieces. After the cabinets were installed, I noticed the cabinets above the stove were off center. We left the space open above the stove to mount the hood. There is supposed to be 3" on either side of the hood once installed. I pointed this out to the installer and to the manager at the store. They both claimed it was measured correct. I've had other people look at this and they can see the cabinets are not centered. Finally, at the end of December 2021 more parts arrived and the installer was able to finish mounting the microwave in the island, but we are still missing pieces. The installation of the counter tops was sloppy and there are noticeable seams in the quartz. A representative from counter company came out and did admit the installer used excessive amounts of glue. He tried to clean up some of the mess. As of today, there are still missing pieces, damaged doors, and the cabinet over the stove are off center. I spoke to someone in customer service and was told this was be escalated. Almost two weeks later no response from Cabinets To Go. Maybe I need to reach out to the Arizona Attorney General's office. I regret using Cabinets to Go. read more

They don't deserve any stars. I am so disappointed and upset with this company. A gentleman below explains exactly what happen to me. I wish I would've checked their yelp before dealing with them. This Phoenix store needs major help with communication skills and customer service. I'm in the middle of doing a big home remodel. I called them up for an estimate. They mentioned "they" would come out to do measurements at a cost but it would be returned to me. They hire private contractors to come out and they pay them with your funds. Next day they came out and the following day we got a design. I had questions and that's when everything went downhill. My questions weren't answered for a few days, I had to follow up repeatedly. They responded days later with a bad attitude and like I was a bother. The responses were very short and didn't seem to care much. Nothing was ever over the phone besides scheduling the measurement service. I never knew who I was talking to. It was not personal at all. When you're going to make a big purchase you want to feel like you have a rep/sales person. I felt like I gave my money to anybody and never got what I needed. I finally received a quote with cabinets that I did not pick. They just picked any cabinets. I told them what cabinets I wanted from the start and now they can't provide me with a quote with those cabinets. To top all this off, I called corporate, spoke with a Sonja and she was not helpful and hung up on me because I said "i have received a shitty service and want my money back." I told her I wanted to speak with someone else. I mentioned that I didn't want to leave bad reviews but that this was getting ridiculous. She said "you can do as you feel." You would think someone would care about the reputation of their company but I guess not with this company. So, here I am. Hopefully they hire people that care about their customers and company. It's very unfortunate to go through all of this when you're pregnant and trying to get cabinets ordered. Please stay away from this company as a whole. You will get nowhere. read more

I was in the design center in mid October Salesman was rude to my husband and while I did proceed with him we did a design that day but did not complete. after I left the showroom communication with him was spotty. He would not return a call. I moved on to look for another source. I did not find one I liked as well as cabinets to go product. On Oct 31 We went back in the center and asked for a different salesman. I was promised he would not treat us like the previous salesman. we did design picked cabinets. He called to make sure they were in stock and promised delivery in next two weeks. We paid in full and signed contract. We left the store Oct 31. any and all communication between Rick salesman and store manager Brett has been generated by us. They do not return calls, do not respond to messages and on the last week in November store manager left my husband a voice mail telling us how busy they had been. He said they had 20 pallets if cabinets they had not had time to deal with. This is my attempt to contact some of those other buyers like ourselves who are waiting and being fed bullshit. I also would like to keep anyone else from having to experience this frustration and stress and added expense. I called and spoke with someone who basically, just said "Send an email with your measurements, you will be contacted in 72 hours." That was April 30th, nearly 1 month later and NO contact. I call again, speak to another guy, who doesn't apologize or sound the least bit interested in my business, I Had to re-confirm the email (He certainly wasn't going to do it and YES, I had the right one the first time!) So, I again send an email, complete with attachments with measurements and am told 72 hours. Well, that was 5 days ago and NOTHING. I am very satisfied with the service and quality of cabinets we purchased from Cabinets to Go. We were remodeling a 3000 square feet home. All of the cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms needed to be replaced. Brad was very helpful in creating the design for each room based on the the measurements I provided. I changed the kitchen design 4 to 5 times but Brad never complained about making the changes. The cabinets were delivered within a week of ordering. Their recommended contractors delivered and assembled the cabinets very efficiently. We have remodeled many homes. Working with Brad and Cabinets to Go team was the best experience. Some of the doors did not have self closing inserts. They provided the missing inserts immediately. They also provided touch up paint. I would definitely buy from them again. read more

It seems my feedback for Cabinets To Go is similar to many others. The process started off great, but steadily took a decline in customer care as the experience went on. Our kitchen had a flood due to a burst pipe. We sought out the assistance from Cabinets To Go to drafted a cabinet layout based on measurements we provided and we disclosed we would be reusing the granite counter tops since they were not damaged. They insisted we get the Pro Measure for $99. So we did. Brian Pena from Cabinets To Go in the Phoenix office called and said the measurements from the Pro Measure were the same as the ones we'd provided to him, and no changes to the cabinet layout needed to be made. Awesome. So, cabinets were ordered. I was never given the Pro Measure documentation to compare to the cabinet layout Brian created. I was asked to sign the cabinet layout document that Brian created without being able to compare it to the Pro Measure document. I just trusted Brian when he said it all aligned correctly. Once the cabinets were installed we placed the counter top on and it was off by 3 inches. When I confronted Brian with this error he admitted to changing the design measurements to make the cabinets align with the light fixture on the ceiling. The Pro Measure was correct with our kitchen measurements, but Brian made an executive decision to change the cabinet measurement based on what HE felt was more aesthetically pleasing. He never even called to consult me on this change, he just did it. My kitchen is old and the layout is a bit off-center but it never bothered us. Apparently it bothered Brian. Also, Brian denied having knowledge that we were reusing our counter tops (even though I told him on two separate occasions). Why is a Cabinets To Go employee making changes to my kitchen without consulting me first?? Especially when I'm the paying customer! Brian Pena escalated my grievance to his Regional Manager. The Regional Manager declined to do anything to help. I then escalated my concerns to Brian Pullin (Director of Customer Care). On the phone Brian Pullin seemed eager to help and assured me not to worry, he would fix this issue. He sent me an email follow up saying Cabinets To Go would fix my kitchen, but I would have to pay for the correction. Nearly $800 in changes were suggested. Or, new counter tops for $3,000. Both estimates made me sick to my stomach. I was taken advantage of once, and now Cabinets To Go was trying to get additional business out of me for their mistake. It was completely unethical. In the end Cabinets To Go gave me a $400 credit and basically told me to deal with it. Don't waste your time hiring Cabinets To Go. They will only stress you out and disappoint you. And no matter how high you try to escalate your legitimate concerns, nobody wants to help. The culture of this company is to blame the customer when they make the mistake. I'm leaving a review for three reasons: 1) I showed up to see their showroom and the Phoenix store was closed until 15 mins after opening. 2) I'd viewed the closet system and asked Ricky how long for a closet design if I provided measurements and pictures. And 3) I was told 24-hours. I came home, emailed several designs for 5 closets include Pinterest pics. Almost 30 days and 3 emails later, I have never heard from the company. I guess when the customer does the work, you still will not get much from this company. A plus: when I was leaving after the showroom visit, a customer stopped me and told me not to do business with Cabinets to Go and provided me Diamond Kitchen and Bath in Phoenix. Like many people at some point in time it's time to make some upgrades. For us, it was time to do the kitchen. A huge expense as doing the kitchen meant doing the living room, hallway, and spare bathroom. Cabinets to Go was amazing I worked primarily with Bryan Pena who went out of his way to make this remodel process as easy as possible. Cabinets to Go has a nice variety of cabinets and we fell in love with the Victorian Ivory. Not only was Bryan amazing but the whole staff. I had car troubles there and one staff member went out of his way to help me in the hot Arizona sun. This kind of hospitality and help is unheard of today and I was so pleased with this company, store and staff from beginning to end. I reported an issue with the front of a cabinet being gouged when the countertop was installed. Customer Service did nothing. I put a review on Google and the "owner" responded with a request that I contact a certain person in their Customer Service to have it taken care of. She said she would order a new cabinet panel, which she did, and to let her know when it arrived so it could be installed. I let her know when it arrived and have emailed her twice in the past two weeks asking when the new panel will be installed. She has not responded to either emails. read more

I purchased cabinets for the first time from Cabinets To Go for a flip property that I was renovating. I must say, I really like the quality, look & price! Brian, my sales guy was able to create a layout for me based on my measurements & give me a price right away. When the cabinets arrived, there was a small issue with the size of one Cabinet but the management staff was able to rectify the issue fairly quickly. We were quite surprised when we picked up our bathroom vanity to discover that it was not assembled. It's three separate pieces, so I could see if they were not attached. But we had to assemble the doors, mounting hardware and drawers! The guy at the store said to my husband "you don't have a cabinet installer"? NO! We're DIYers, so we ARE the installers, but as it turned out, we were the assemblers, too. Fortunately, my husband has the skills to complete this project. But were totally blindsided. Three sales people in the store when we ordered, we interacted with all of them, nobody said anything about this. I would give a lower rating, but the quality of the product is very good. We are general contractors remodeling our own home and went to Cabinets To Go for an initial consult and was sold immediately. I started the process with Mario who assisted in every possible way he could in configuring the right cabinets given my design desires. And my purchase was sizable- roughly $18,000.00. When the state instituted the retail restrictions in response to Covid-19, Mario was furloughed with a number of other employees leaving a skeleton crew to accommodate all existing and new customers seeking assistance. Wow! I couldn't believe the company left so few employees to handle ALL the business in the state of Arizona. I believe it is the only store. Well, they were fantastic!! Yes, I waited periods of time during my appointments because the phones rings off the hook. But O.C. was fantastic in apologizing and getting to my delivery needs and any other requests I had. My takeaway- I can get cabinets anywhere but the customer service and concern even in the face of enormous pressure from what was clearly understaffing sold me on this store. Probably one of the worst sales experiences in my life, and we spent a total of 5 minutes in the store. Information on pricing and customization was in a small booklet which is fine, but the salesperson looked over my wife's shoulder and said that the pricing wasn't "real world". So we asked what the pricing would be, and he just said it sounded like we weren't far enough along yet to need that information. We close on our new house in 3 days and aim to start demo within the month. Pricing would be pretty handy right now. He directed us to the booklet of apparently made up prices, and said to look online. Just a weird experience all around. Our lead installer, Ben, saved us many headaches right from the start with the pro measure. He always came through with multiple solutions to any problems, and kept us informed and involved.
