This location is very awesome! They have two of the companies top salesmen, and a previous manager as a sales rep from another location so the amount of detail & talent in this store is high. This location runs on 3 salesmen, so please be patient with them or ensure that you send in your complete project details for faster responses. As I look at the reviews I noticed some of the issue came from the back end and not the store in general. Many of the reviews came from minor errors that can be expected in construction. I also saw that this location has way more 5 star reviews than what is shown publicly if you take a look at the not recommended section their are tons, I counted 18 - 5 star reviews! read more

This place has the absolute worst customer service, like seriously horrendous. I ordered cabinets in September 2022, but the project took longer, and the cabinets sat in the home until January 2023. The order needed to be fixed; for example, I ordered wall cabinets with glass doors, and upon arrival, the order only included the doors, no cabinets. I called, and they said it was on me; the sales rep seriously ordered me doors with no cabinets... The cabinet quality is average; the laminate peels at the slightest bump. To add insult to injury, the cabinets were 40% off when I placed the original order, so when the sales persons mistake left me with no cabinets, just doors, they refused to honor the sale price from the original order. Back a month ago I posted a "2 out of 5" review for Cabinets to Go. I had a problem with the cabinets I ordered and got no help from anyone at the store location. I finaly got thru to someone at Corporate customer service, and they also offered me nothing to satisfy the situation. Good news! I finally was able to get in contact with someone with more authority. Her job title was "Customer Service 2". She could not have been more helpful. She successfully navigated with me thru a few hiccups and issues, and solved the problen to my absolute satisfaction. Morale of the story ... don't give up! Stay away from Cabinets to Go and the Denver store. The purchase and design experience was ok but after that, it was a terrible customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager (Denver) assured us that we could return any extra flooring we ordered after 60 days, then we were denied. We received $500 worth of crown molding far too warped to install, and denied any return or credit. We received a $500 butcher block counter top too full of holes and cracks to use (our builder had to buy a better and cheaper one at Home Depot) and denied any return or credit. We received completely inconsistent stories from customer care and the store manager. It's no wonder why there is a Facebook page called Cabinets to Go- Issues & Problems with Hope for Resolution full of sad Cabinets to Go customers. My husband and I ordered the butcher block counter tops, the island butcher block piece, and an additional 18" base cabinet 3 months ago(May 23 2019).We were told that the island piece was on back order and would arrive mid August shortly after we placed the order. We were okay with waiting as we are doing a whole house remodel. Our countertops and base cabinet arrived at the warehouse first and we asked if they would be willing to hold onto them until the island piece arrived. We were assured that it was not a problem and it was fine to pick up all the items together once the order was fulfilled. We called multiple times Tuesday (August 13, 2019) and left several messages with no return phone call. We were finally able to get through today only to find out that our Island piece was in but they couldn't "locate" the 12' or the 9' countertop pieces we had ordered and paid for in full back in May. We ended up completely canceling our order, demanded a refund, and wasted 3 months waiting on countertops. I would say this is not the way to conduct business. If there was an issue keeping the countertops at the warehouse until the order was fulfilled that should have been communicated as soon as it became a problem or if they sold the countertops underneath us, the least they could have done is ordered the replacements right after the fact. We're not unreasonable people but, there was no way that we were going to wait another 3 months for them to make this right! Lesson learned and now it's time to go shopping! read more

my complaint is that they don't back their product after the 60 day delivery. I had thousands of dollars (and pounds) of cabinets delivered. thanks to Covid delays it took me longer than 60 days to get an installer to put up my cabinets. One frosted glass door was not entirely frosted. They won't replace it. There was no way for me to inspect the room full of boxes prior to set up. Also, they don't send enough end caps (kits). They don't sell the trim on its own and charge more than 4 times what other hardware stores sell it for. Over 40.00 for an end cap kit vs 12.00 at other hardware stores. read more

The store sales representative are very helpful but get replaced for damaged goods and or missing parts is done through a separate customer service department, which is out sourced in Indian. In order to get any additional parts or damaged items you have to go through hoops. You have to send photos of your damaged merchandise complete a documentation sign for each item and then have items shipped to store. A very pain staking process. It has slowed the completion of our entire project. Looking at ordering from RTA next time customer service was much better. read more

There is no communication on the process. They first put in cabinets, then flooring and here I am 3 weeks later and I have not counter top or sink (which apparently they never put on the order). Denver Cabinets to Go will say delivery in 10 days, but it actually took 7 weeks waiting on materials before we could begin installation. They changed our design without telling us and we had to call them repeatedly for the ever changing reason for delay. That's the catch. If it's not in stock local or in TN, you will wait 3-4 months for the order to come on a slow boat from China. Our pull out drawers will arrive 5-6 months after ordering. Sales staff (Aaron) was and continues to be remarkably nice; however, it is worse than pulling teeth to get things ordered, delivered and installed. I've been at this for several months now and basically had to "call them on their shit" last week whereby they promptly and finally (after over two months) delivered my cabinets. Product selection great. Salespeople great. Once they placed my order that had to.be paid in full, it was over 3 mo. to receive transition pieces. No apologies, no accepting of blame. They just looked at me as if I were expecting something out of the ordinary. We finally went in to.pick.them up. Saying, oh we called you. Buyer BEWARE ... I ordered countertops from the Denver (701) store for my kitchen back in December 28, 2021. Got the final sales order, paid what was due. They came out to measure the area on January 6, 2022. I was advised that it would take 4-6 weeks for installation. I could live with that. Four (4) weeks later, I called the countertop installers on the status of my order. I was advised that they had not received the PO for CTG yet so my countertop material had not even been ordered yet. They advised me as well, that they had been emailing CTG about the order and was told to cancel the order, but CTG then turned around and resubmitted the order. I called CTG directly and was advised that I still owed $11.03 due to the measurement difference. Not once did I get a phone call, voicemail, email or text from CTG about this balance due over the four (4) weeks. I conversed with CTG and they finally sent me a revised sales order on February 5, 2022. The installers received the PO from CTG - now my countertops won't be available until the end of March at the soonest then another 4-6 weeks to fabricate. I cancelled the order on February 17, 2022 in writing. To this date I have yet to get my full refund back from CTG after five (5) emails requesting the balance due. I'm a widow on a fixed income & I can't afford to loose money due to this companies incompetence / bookkeeping practices. read more

We are extremely pleased with our experience from start to finish. After going to one of the big box stores for a kitchen estimate and told I would have had to pay $150 for them to only estimate my design we left and came over to Cabinets To Go. Walked in was immediately greeted by Paul, told him what we wanted to do, gave him the measurements and he had a design created in maybe 10 minutes, best part they don't charge for that! Our cabinets were ordered all came in within a week minus one that was backordered and that one came the next week. Easy to assemble and easy to install. Overall I am completely in love with my new kitchen. Does the process take some time, sure but if you aren't willing to put in the work to get the project done tough kitty paws. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Trust the two star review rating! I am not one to write negative reviews but this was just the worst experience I have ever had in a store! My husband and I went in and picked out cabinets. We were working through a contractor so the girl asked her manager what the contractor discount was and he let her know what it was for our particular contractor. Obviously contractors get a discount or they wouldn't buy supplies at a store. It's just common sense. Anyways she gave us an estimate with the discount and we went on our way. A week later when we went to order the cabinets she quoted us $2000 more than the estimate she's given us one week before! We told her that that had to be wrong as we had the written estimate in front of us with the contractor discount. She switched stories then about 3 times first saying it was a sale that had ended then a few other excuses. We asked for a manager and at that point we got the most snippy snarky man you could imagine. He was so rude to us but in the end he acknowledged that the other manager had given us a discount through our contractor. He said that was a mistake. When I acknowledged that both my husband and I are longtime business owners and that when mistakes happen the business needs to make it right. His response was "Listen...we made a mistake, we're all human you all need to get over it!" At that point when I continued to challenge him just to honor the written estimate they had previously given us he threatened that he was going to hang up on me if I didn't stop talking. And at that point he did hang up on me! Keep in mind there was no profanity or rude talk on our behalf. I obviously called corporate and it took them 4 days to get back to me. Their first representative assured me that it would be taken care of and that they were just listening over the recorded conversation that we had with the snotty manager. But then when the next woman called me back from corporate she was super rude and told me they had no way to record conversations (so someone obviously is lying) and that in spite of how rudely we had been treated, the mistakes they had made, that we would still be charged full price and nothing was going to change that! She was completely unprofessional and rude. Our contractor said he will not use this company for other jobs in the future! He also spoke to another employee that he knows there who acknowledge to him that corporate there is just terrible.Do not go with this company! Trust your gut if you have doubts they are the absolute worst. read more

I saw their 50% off ad, so I went to check them out. Very limited selection of what appeared to be not-the-best quality cabinets, and no prices displayed for any of the cabinets. So, how do you tell if you're getting 50% off the regularly priced cabinets? The only way I saw to get a price is to sit down with a salesperson and go through the entire process. That's high pressure sales. But still, 50% off? So we checked online. Not great reviews from yelp, and they get an "F" from the Better Business Bureau. Enough said. read more

Torn here, wish I could give Kevin 5 stars, he created our design, very talented, but the manufacturing and customer service and how they deal with any issues leave much to be desired. I wish I could score Kevin higher, but give the customer service and manufacturing no stars. Kevin went out of his way, staying late for us and designed a beautiful kitchen for us, cabinets, flooring and counters at a great price. He was able to whip this out with a flawless design in less than 10 minutes or so, we were so excited. Having worked with CabinetsToGo in the past, and had very good luck with them and recieved a quality lasting product (aside from one drawer issue, which we didn't report it was such a small glitch), we were confident and excited to be using them again. So we ordered and waited for our cabinets to be delivered to the store. When they arrived, we loaded them all up into the back of our truck and headed home with high hopes of a new kitchen. They had 2 guys pitch in with the loading. Everyone was so nice and helpful and pleasant. Upon arriving home, we slowly and cautiously started to unpack the boxes, I had been anxiously awaiting this moment for over a week. And anxiously awaited the somewhat long and drawn out process of cabinet assembly, but having done this before, we fully knew what to expect and we were OK with the cumbersome assembly steps. Before even getting the first cabinet out of it's box, we noticed dents and scratches all along the edges of the door. Surprisingly-it appeared there was no damage to the box, but the styrofoam had broken in two-not sure if the scrapes and dents might have happened during packing, shipping (or even prior to shipping) and since the cabinet was actually painted a flat black color, you couldn't chalk it up to the 'character of the wood'-as you would have been able to if it had actually been a stained wood, stained wood was what I ordered, not painted. It was a real bummer, but we were confident that with our previous experience that CabinetsToGo would be able to resolve this no problem. We opened the next box, which both the door and wall was also dented and scraped up. I also noticed right away it was a different shade of than the previous cabinet I had opened, almost like a different color was used to paint it, again-it was painted, not stained. If it was stained, they went WAY too heavy on the stain. Another bummer, but yet again, still sort of holding out that CabinetsToGo would make it right. Next box, you can almost see the wood grain on part of it, but again, but is yet another flavor of black. Most disappointing is that this one is scratched up too. How many colors of black are there exactly? Apparently there are a lot. It shouldn't matter because I did not order black. We decided to take the worst of the 3 samples into the store with us, of course they are too busy to help, I get it, it's a busy weekend, so we had time to hang out in the showroom. But this gives us plenty of time to stare and compare, where we can see the floor sample and it is completely different, and it's not because of the 'wood grain' (if the character of the wood differences were the case, I'd be pleased) instead, it is because the cabinet in my hand is painted flat, heavy black, cheap looking-while the cabinet on the store wall is an actual piece of wood that was stained, we can clearly see the difference. Frustrated, annoyed and trying my best to be pleasant, despite our whole renovation coming to a complete standstill, we stand around patiently waiting to be helped. When we finally get some assistance. I asked them what happens now? Are all the boxes going to be a different color of black, a different type of finish? Are they all damaged? Is it because of this 'black paint' finish that I didn't order? Is anything going to resemble the store sample I'd ordered? I'm told that I should stop opening the boxes if I've already opened several boxes and am this displeased. They offer to exchange for a differnt color, but we'll have to pay a 25% restock fee-for their mistakes in handling/shipping/picking? No way. I get pushed around to a 'customer service' who wants pictures, I send pictures, after almost a week of leaving her messages she finally calls me back and says they would normally send someone out, but since we didn't purchase installation, she has to talk to the store, wow now I'm right back where I started. Certainly feels like I'm being blown off. Our entire project is on hold, house in shambles, while they kick us around pointing fingers and no one seems to care that the product is inferior, quality is lacking and it's nothing like what I ordered, nothing like what's in the store. I would not recommend if you have other professionals lined up. I was remodeling my master bathroom prior to moving in. I was told the cabinets would be available for pickup on 10/7. I never received a call to tell me the status. I called a week later and was told it would be another week and I would get a call. Again no call. I called them to find out that they are finally in. Issue is the plumber and tile guy have been delayed by two weeks and I had to move into my house with no master bathroom. I do not believe their prices are a good deal as you can drive a little further and buy from another supplier such as ordwells. I will not be using them again. read more

I will start with the positive. The sales staff were genuinely nice people (at least to our faces). Otherwise, the experience was quite rough. I've never had to provide so much oversight on a project ever. There was zero customer service, I had to push and push for responses on everything. The company was quick to charge me for items that were not properly ordered when we started the process and refused to acknowledge their failures to submit the order timely (requiring multiple trips to the shop). When we did pick up the items (during COVID) the warehouse man was incredibly rude when I asked him to put a mask on (his response "I don't have to"). Getting the countertops order in timely was a nightmare. Their system was not aligned with the countertops subcontractor and it added two additional weeks to an already lengthy wait time. When the countertops came and were wrong (long story there), I asked for a quote to redo them (still waiting on that, never got it). Had to request receipts after receipts and their failure to simply just email them to me was just painful. They were always quick to charge me, but slow for refunds. I had to keep on top of them throughout the entire process. The overall experience was painful and in a million years I would never ever use them again. I would gladly pay twice as much with another cabinet store rather than use these folks again. What a nightmare. The ONLY upside... the cabinets look okay. (the granite still sucks). read more

After being treated poorly by other cabinet shops in Denver (perhaps because I don't have an unlimited budget) I decided to try Cabinets To Go and I'm SOOOO glad I did!!!!! Rick was amazing!! He did a great job designing my kitchen with the awkward dimensions I was working with and he kept it UNDER my budget!!!! What a HUGE relief when you're feeling stressed about every penny. Cabinets To Go seemed to have lots of cabinet sizes to choose from and even my contractor was really impressed with the cabinet quality for the price. These cabinets are real wood, not laminate or melamine. My kitchen looks amazing and the cabinet price alone was $5,000 less than the quote from Lowes!!!! I can't thank Rick enough for the great communication throughout the process. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful. My initial experience with Cabinets to Go deserves one star; after management was replaced, it was a much better experience. Zach (the current manager) was apologetic went above and beyond to make my experience better. I worked with Traci on the design and she was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. Regarding the cabinets, I'm very satisfied with the quality and value. I wasn't looking forward to assembling 20 cabinets, but they were a breeze to put together. They're sturdy and look great. There is a youtube video that has a great tutorial on how to assemble these and I highly recommend watching before assembling (it's an hour and a half long). The assembly instructions Cabinets to Go provide are not the easiest to follow. read more

I wish I would have read reviews prior to purchasing our countertops here. We purchased our Quartz through Cabinets To Go because they came back with the best quote. Unfortunately, we realized after we already paid that they greatly under quote you so there is no turning back. Our final invoice was just as much as every other quartz place. They also contract out everything so you are working with multiple companies which adds a ton of extra time and effort. We were constantly having to call and followup getting all different stories like "oh our system didn't push it through all the way" or "we haven't received that yet" etc.. our countertops took over 3 weeks, which I think is pretty excessive and far over the 7-10 days initial time estimate. To top it off, they are not installed correctly and Desert Eagle (who they contract to install) will not respond to our requests and photos to fix it. There is no accountability since there are so many "parties" on the table. It was the worst decision we made in our Kitchen Remodel project. read more

He forgot to order our knobs and hardware for our cabinets. When I call to get an answer to where they are. He said I can order them for you? WHAT? I picked them out while I was at the store. So after spending 4k on cabinets this jerk wants me to re-order the hardware he forgot in the first place. No I have to go spend more money on hardware that I should have received in the first place. He would not make it right and hung up on me twice when I called in. I had a few choice words but did not deserve to be hung up on when it's his fault. The first sales person we dealt with seem to be a very nice young man, however, it turned out that he is just that, a salesman. Very sad. I guess I had too many questions for him in regards to materials, the invoice, and why I had not heard from anyone after placing and paying for my order. HE BLOCKED my emails! of course, I called to see if it was in error. Well, I spoke to a young lady who was not the most pleasant.
