Jolene put me in contact with the designer, Jody, very quickly after I reached out. The consultation was quick, and there are many options for you to customize the products to your needs. Received a rendering within 2 days after the in person consultation. After a couple of back and forth emails to make changes we were ready to move forward! We received 4 quotes from other companies, and the price was right with Classy Closets. Install date was only a few weeks out, and Matt and Josh were prompt, friendly, and professional. Job was done in one day and we are so pleased with the results!! Feels quality and exactly what we were looking for. Will be return customers for other projects. Glad they have a lifetime warranty (for the original purchaser) as well - we have peace of mind! read more

Classy Closets - Built in office unit and cabinets - Home Organization Near Me - Denver, Colorado

After a most enjoyable experience working with the Classy Closets team, I am happy to write this review with my highest recommendation should you be considering a remodel of your walk-in closet. From Jolene who provided solid project management support and communications, to Jody whose design was spot on and exceeded our expectations, to the installation team of Zack and Liam who were conscientious and detail-oriented (and nice guys, as well!) you would be hard pressed to work with any other firm. read more

We called to get a quote. They sent Mary (who BTW is the very best) to come up with a design on our MBR walk-in closet. I'm so glad they did- she talked us through options, as what my husband wanted and what I wanted weren't exactly the same, but she helped us find a happy medium. She also helped with the shape of what would actually work in the space. We got her advice for a hall closet that we wanted to fit our luggage and still fit a tall object in - and then called her back later to do the basement wet bar. Her pricing was half of Home Depot. With a way better design, of course it was- it's Mary! read more

Classy closets was AMAZING to work with!! From the beginning phases to the installation, everything was flawless. They don't just do closets! I had the team install a built-in bar that encompassed my wine refrigerator and it looks spectacular. Sara heard my vision and executed better than I could have ever imagined. She was a delight to work with!! The installation team was fantastic. Very respectful, friendly and professional. I will absolutely use Classy Closets for more projects in the future! read more

We are very happy with our Classy closet! I called four closet companies in total. Four came and spent an hour or more at our home. Two never sent me a design and quote. Another wanted me schedule another meeting before she would send a design and quote. Michelle at Classy Closets was thorough and responsive to our needs throughout the process. The price was very reasonable, installers were competent and respectful, and we got exactly the closet that we wanted! read more

I highly recommend Classy Closets. I recently purchased a home and wanted to get shelves in my mud room, basement, bathroom and closets, one of the reps Kelly McNeil came out to my house and measured everything and asked what we wanted, she made sure it was exactly what we wanted, colors, schemes, designs and pricing...she scheduled the install very quickly and the crew came out and installed. The crew were awesome, respectful and clean and completed the project the same day and I especially want to mention (Tanner) what an amazing young man, so respectful and genuine and he really made sure that everything was perfect. A few months later I noticed that on one of the shelves it was installed a bit too low and I called and asked if they could raise it, Kelly checked with management and advised that would not be a problem and sent the crew out literally the next day and fixed the problem. I can't speak highly enough about this company and the products. When I had to get the shelf raised I saw it was Tanner again and he did a great job and repainted the area on the wall, such an amazing employee for this company. Absolutely a great company to work with! read more

We have used Classy Closets twice and both times they were communicative, timely efficient and did a superb job. They transformed a wasted space of a "pantry" into something useful and organized. I will not hesitate to use them a third time if needed in the future! read more

The installation of custom cabinets to our Master closet was well done and the end result was amazing. The two gentleman who installed the cabinets were courteous and professional. Once the cabinets were installed the installers cleaned the entire area perfectly. The finished product was better than expected and the pricing was very completive and fair. Jody our designer was super easy to work with and her design was everything that we could ask for. read more

We have now had Classy Closets customize 5 of our closets and build/install 2 wall units. The quality of their work has been impeccable, they have met the schedule we were given after each purchase and everyone we've dealt with at Classy Closets has been knowledgeable and respectful. We like them so much we just ordered another wall unit for our bedroom. Give them a try. You won't be sorry. read more

From start to finish Classy Closets was an excellent company to deal with and we would use them again. An appointment was set up right away and the designer did a rendering of our proposed needs. We were able to review the design, make any changes that we wanted and then an install date was selected. The installers were very professional and left our closet area cleaner than when they arrived. We love our new closet and would highly recommend Classy Closets. read more

They were very efficient and followed my direction to use Some of the closet organizers already in place. They designed around them to make a very functional closet space at a reasonable price. They also managed to match the wood used previously. The installation went quickly and they cleaned up when finished. Very satisfied With design and installation. read more

We just built our dream home, and the first to-do item on my list was to get my master closet professionally done. I researched four businesses -- California Closets, Closets by Design, Closet Factory, and Classy Closets -- before making a final decision. Don't be scared off by the lack of a showroom -- that means no overhead cost of which the savings gets passed on to you (yes, they do have actual samples that they bring to you during the design process so you know first-hand what you are getting). I worked with Jody who was extremely patient with me as I had three design ideas I wanted priced out. She was able to accentuate my ideas better than I could have done myself. I really wanted every inch of the closet space to be efficient and functional. We met at the house a few times as it was being built to tweak out the details of the final product. Again, Jody exhibited a ton of patience with me as this was something I had been dreaming about forever and wanted it to be perfect. The closet is an L-shape which I thought would be a challenge design-wise, but Jody proved up to the task. Once the final design was agreed upon, a 50% deposit was done. Fast forward a few weeks later, and the closet was installed. It took two half-days to complete. The installers (Joel and Jose) were extremely conscientious and placed a tarp walkway in the house, vacuumed the carpet, etc. I cannot express how pleased I am with the final product. Honestly, despite how much I love my closet now, the most impressive part of this process was how smooth everything went -- everyone was on time all the time and never made "promises" (especially regarding timelines) that were not met. No "bad surprises". Plus, they didn't need any reminders either. This really reduced a lot of stress throughout the process for me as I was on a specific timeline. The bonus was that everyone was incredibly nice, too. The final price (as I know you're wondering) -- $7983.00 (just a tip -- the more drawers and glass cabinets you want, the higher the price). See attached pics for reference. I would not hesitate to use this company again. The closet was worth every penny. Plus, their closets have a lifetime warranty (included in the price). read more

Mary is a Designer for Classy Closets. She has designed closets for us in our two beautiful homes. She has designed for friends of ours. Mary has taken space that we didn't know we had and maximized to the utmost efficiency and beauty. We can't say enough about her and the amazing installers, Joel, Doug and Markie, who work together with her as a team. Let us not forget Jolene who is always available to take our calls. Thank you to the whole team at Classy Closets! read more

Perfect! I would recommend Classy Closets 100%. Matt, was on time for the first apt. and every time I had a question he was so good about calling me back promptly. I just had to tell him what I was wanting and he figured everything out just perfectly. The workers that came to do the install, were very professional. They made sure to keep the rest of my house clean by putting rags down, also kept my front door closed as they came in and out (it was a very cold day). I could not be happier! read more

I have my master bedroom small walk-in closet designed and installed by Classy Closets and was very pleased and happy with the turn out. My sales associate, Jody was super accommodating working with me over and over with the design. She and I exchanged about 34 emails in 3 days going over the designs and details. She was always very prompt with her responses even when she was busy with other customers. The two installers I had (John and Spence) were super polite and very efficient. They were top notch. The whole experience was great and if I ever need another closet done I'd definitely hire them again. I LOVE ,pay new closet. A+ service and A+ results. read more

After having a weird experience with another local custom closet company, I was worried that they'd all be the same. That was definitely not the case...Classy Closets is a great company to work with. My designer, Coryn, was very sweet and professional, and was able to meet with me at a convenient time. She was also able to very efficiently complete my design appointment, as I was rushing her since I had basically double-booked myself and had to be somewhere soon after our scheduled time. That night, she sent me a really creative closet design that made use of every inch of space. Her background is in interior design, which really showed in her design and knowledge of what would be useful and aesthetically pleasing. In contrast to the other company, Coryn took what I wanted and created a design, instead of telling me what they could provide or what she wanted, and limiting me to that. Classy Closets also came in much less expensive than the other quote. They worked with my schedule for my demolition and install appointments and everything ran extremely smoothly. My installers, Rodger & Shawn were professional, trustworthy, and did a great job! read more

I decided feeling more organized would be a bonus to my daily life. I collected numerous coupons from local companies and researched them on Yelp. Two companies stood out with the highest ratings and I had bids by both. Jose Romo from Classy Closets was the Designer that came to my home. He was friendly, thorough in what I wanted, offered suggestions and said he would email me full drawings with measurements with his quote. He even took the time to go over another drawing to help me read what I would be receiving. I received very detailed drawings, communicated a couple tweaks with Jose and was very happy with the design. Company B would not share drawings of the design as they were proprietary. I understand this philosophy, but it left me with no visual of how my closets would look. I chose the same product with both companies. And same design. Company B's quote came in more than double of Classy Closets. Needless to say I scheduled with Jose. My installers were Roger and Joseph. They arrived 15 mins early. They were professional and quick and in less than 2 hours my closets looked fantastic. They left them wiped down and vacuumed, ready for me to organize. The shelves and rods are adjustable, and everything comes with a lifetime warranty. Though my job was not a big one, I received great customer service and will highly recommend Classy Closets to anyone looking to organize. read more

Can't recommend this enough. Friends who've had their closets done said "it's life changing" and after I called classy closets, I'd agree that it's totally worth the investment. Classy closets was great from start to finish. They come look at your situation and preferences and provide you with a personalized design. We did our master bedroom closet and it was a one day install. The crew arrived around 10 and finished at 3. They even haul away your old hardware. Great crew, friendly and respectful and hardworking. Very easy to work with designer and the office communicates well. We were so happy, we called back and did the rest of our closets! read more

We have had Classy Closets for 14 years without a problem until yesterday when one of the hamper breaks broke. I called the office ten minutes ago and spoke to Jolene. We had Jody out for an estimate which went well. We proceeded with Master Closet and Pantry. On the day of install the guys were 3hr late and left early not finishing anything other than demo. They said they would be back the next day to finish and would text pictures. No text or call. Got home and project not completed. Got call late that evening from installer who said Jody needed to reach out to to figure out what was happening but they were not finishing. Jody never called. I emailed her and she responded that they would be there the next day and finish. Wednesday did come and they finished. More pride and care should be taken in customers homes. Wood work was dinged up wherever they went. From Wednesday to Tuesday there was no follow up from anyone from Classy Closets.....no happy with your job? No call from Jody for payment, no nothing. Tuesday evening I noticed they charged by card with no prior approval. Bad Business. Jody reached out to say she was out of town and the "office" must have run the card. No other acknowledgment or care about the job. Quite disappointing. Think twice before using this company. I will be sure to spread the word how awful a company these clowns are. read more

We are very happy with our master bedroom in SIlverthorne, CO. Classy Closets delivered on time and under budget. Great service!

Coryn designed closets for 2 kids rooms. She was so patient with my timeline and worked with my budget! I could not be more happy with the results! Placed order on a Friday and was scheduled for install on the next Wednesday. Was called on Monday that they had a Tuesday install opening and now my closets are complete! The installer was friendly, completely cleaned up after himself and was so fast! Great experience from start to end! When we first moved in we had Closets by Design do our pantry and master closet. It speaks for itself as to why I went with a different company this time, and I will definitely be calling Classy Closets back to do our final 2 closets as soon as we are able!! read more

Classy closets is actually located on Moline street. No reason to go there as they come to your house with all samples and options. We received estimates and designs from Closets by Design, California Closets, and Classy Closets. In comparing Apples to Apples, Classy closets blew away the competition. We worked with Matt. Classy Closets had the best overall design and the lowest price. The installers were professional, clean and did an amazing job. Any questions or design changes and Matt was quick to return our calls. We could not be happier with the process read more

Found Classy Closets through one of the neighborhood magazines which featured a $299 coupon. I worked with Kris who was friendly, vastly knowledgable, and quick. The price was right on, the materials are great, and the design stellar. The installer arrived ahead of schedule, expertly installed the closet in less than an hour, and was meticulous with my space (protective cloth for the floor, vacuumed everything, just terrific). Can't wait to use them again. Loved Kris! Great job all around! read more

I had put in the requests for contact first week of Jan. Just got a call from Janet (?) claiming she called me on the 1.18 and emailed me. Did not happen - I checked my phone log on my phone and online - no calls at all on the 18th and no voice mails. Also claimed she emailed me - I routinely check my spam and trash before emptying it and DID NOT get a contact from her either. Interesting her date claim was the day AFTER I wrote a negative review, was done on a holiday and (had it occurred) was 2 weeks after I tried to get a quote. So, even if her claim were true, it was not within the 2 hours stated on their site. And her attitude was not very pleasant, to say the least. Must say I am glad I did not use this company. read more

I love my closet!! It's beautiful and professionally designed. They designed it to fit my needs and did it quickly and it was instant gratification when I walked in. It will add value to my home when I sell it, and my daughter loved it and face timed my other daughter and mom to show it off. She never cared about a closet before! I will use them next to do my laundry room too. read more

I can't say enough about Classy Closets themselves or the Sales rep, "Kris". I have had two rental properties designed by Kris, loved them so much that I talked my daughter into redesigning her walk in closet. The value of her home is over $500,000. She not only got ample hanging options, drawers , pull outs and a hamper was installed. The closet added value to the $500,000 price. Kris was very professional, showed on time, quick with her suggested designs, prompt to schedule the installations, and did follow ups to keep me informed throughout the process. All went very smooth . The installer was also very kind and professional and showed the utmost respect for the properties. Will be scheduling soon (2014) for additional properties. Look forward to a pleasant experience again.. Thank you Kris. read more

I am SO HAPPY I chose to work with classy closets. We have a very large wall in closet and needed a good company to help! I received quotes from two companies. One needed hours and hours of input and design time and were extremely pushy. Classy closets came out on my preferred time, a weekend, were in and out in 30 min with all their measurements. Then they emailed me their proposal with drawings and full pricing and then let me contact them to confirm. I LOVED IT. then they got me on the schedule and the two men installed in 3 hours. Done professionally and beautifully. Exactly what I wanted and an effortless process. read more

Who wants to see all of their "stuff" on open shelves in the mudroom/laundry room? Not us, so we turned to Classy Closets to fix us up. I researched and obtained multiple quotes, finally settling on Classy Closets for their great design (thank you, Anne!), quality products, prompt service, and excellent customer engagement. Matt and Cameron completed the installation with utmost professionalism, making sure we were happy with the end product, and cleaning up before they left. They were prompt, worked diligently, and the end result is an organized mudroom that looks fantastic. read more

We got estimates from both Classy Closets and California Closets. The Classy Closets bid was $1,500 less than California Closets. After a very personalized consultation, Classy Closets' designer, Kris, gave us a hand-drawn design, and then tweaked it a bit based on our suggestions. The installation was quick and tidy, and the finished product is very attractive and high-quality. We waited five years to have this done, and I would just say -- If you're considering a custom closet system, don't wait -- Call Classy Closets! You'll be so happy with your new space! read more

We have now had Classy Closets do closets in two older homes that we've owned and I highly recommend them, especially if you have an old home with closets that don't offer much beyond one hanging bar. We have been able to maximize our storage space and improve functionality so, so much. Matt just helped us design three closets in our most recent home and came up with some great design ideas that met our needs. Their installer was very professional and left things clean. The materials are very sturdy and don't feel cheap like some from the Container Store we've had. Would definitely recommend using them. read more

Thank you yelpers for steering me this way. I also looked at a few other of the major closet companies and classy had the best price. I have used California in the past and was very happy with them but Classy beat their price by a few thousand dollars. The final product turned out beautiful and looked like real wood in the dark brown color. Jody was so patient and knowledgable and didn't hesitate to replace a piece of trim that I had an issue with. I highly recommendJody and this company, as working with them was a pleasure and I just love my new closet! read more

These guys were great. On the initial visit, they were able to recommend a way to beat maximize our closet space, and drew out the planes during the initial visit. We love our closets. The day after Christmas with my husband in Afghanistan, my walk in closet came crashing down off the wall at 4 in the morning.....and so began my search. I found Classy Closets online after visiting several other sites as well as the retail stores for a look at the do-it-yourself options. By far, I made the best choice. Matt was professional and up front with me. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen.....all with stunning quality. The installers were courteous and very quick. Everyone who has been in my closet since gives me the same reaction with ohs and ahs. It is so much more spacious and organized than it was before. Worth every penny!! Thanks, Classy Closets. We used Classy Closets to convert an office into an additional master closet. Matt came in and drew up the design within a week or so. His ideas were great and fit our needs perfectly, and the price was competitive. The project was done on schedule (in a short time frame I might add) and is absolutely gorgeous, down to the granite countertop chosen for the island. I had gotten another design and quote from a competitor, that did not look anything like what I was looking for on this project. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. read more

Poor product design. This product is great if you want that IKEA look and feel. It is made of particle board, most likely made in China like everything else is these days. the screws to the laundry hamper blew out in the first month of use. When we asked the company to fix it, they said it would cost us more $, made it out to be our fault, etc. Didn't want the fight, fixed it myself, CC misses x2 - product and customer service- but they also miss on the closet in the new house we just bought too. read more
