I reached out recently when one of those heaters failed, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Paul, the technician, did an incredible job - he was fighting for my warranty and had the new replacement swapped out in no time. Sheri went above and beyond as well; she actually came out personally on site to meet with the Jandy representatives to prove the unit needed to be completely replaced. For some reason they can't clean a filter and I actually needed a weekly service for pool cleaning but the person in chat cut me off based on a past chat said we don't do a one time clean I needed a weekly. As well as my panel changed out. They literally missed out on a big payout because of being unprofessional. We did arrange for them to come out once we was given how much it would cost they never showed up and we had to hire someone else. Derek, the owner, is always very prompt in his responses to any questions we have. We were out of town during the winter storm and we contacted Derek to make sure our freeze protection was set up correctly. He stopped by our house within minutes of our email and made sure everything was set up. While we were out of town my parents were staying at our place and Derek was able to answer any questions my dad had. It definitely gave us piece of mind knowing that Derek would be available to help my dad if needed. I can't say enough good things about them!
