An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

Charlie made my idea come to life!…read more I needed a hat made for a costume I was putting together. I was doing a crossover of Princess Peach and hip hop, and wanted her crown airbrushed on a hat for a cosplay party. I wasn't able to go in store to place the order, so I filled out the form they have on their website. In about 2 hours, I received a phone call from a girl at the shop. We went over all the details together. I didn't have the hat I needed, but they carry lots of items in store (tshirts, hats, bags, etc.)- so I also requested a pink trucker hat. I also made sure to ask what shade of pink the hat was, to avoid any issues later. And I must also note its a good idea to be very clear and detailed about what you want. Not that theres any issues with Art Of Your Mind- it's just a good idea when dealing in custom, artistic work. I was told the hat would take a few days to do, so I set a pick up date and time. On the date of pick up, I arrived a few hours after my pick up time to the mall. I first went to their store on the second floor in Green Acres Mall. A girl there told me that my pick up order would be in their workshop downstairs. I headed downstairs to their second location in the mall, which is much bigger. The moment I walked in, I saw a girl showing off an item she just picked up. I must say- seeing that had me relieved. My order was ready, and I of course was asked if everything looked good- which it totally did! I was so happy with it- I literally had no words. It was some kind of magic to see something in my head, and then to have it physically in my hands. The artist who made my hat, Charlie, happened to be there when I picked up the hat. He was really sweet and wanted to make sure I was happy with the design. I totally was and my hat was the talk of the party!
