He was completely professional and worked diligently. Considering I had been without internet and dealing with this problem for some time I was happy to have someone attend to it. I'll admit it felt kind of touch and go there as we both put our heads together for a solution, and then he reached out to his boss and another network tech, and a little light bulb went off over his head and then he really went into a flurry of work. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.
