He does offer a nod of acknowledgment when you say thank you and such. I often see a woman there, and she is friendlier. Not super friendly or bubbly, but considering they deal with people who are confused, asked repetitive questions, have poor English skills, it's easy to see how they could get frustrated and lose their patience. Had to send a package, and since it's around the holidays there were quite a few people in there -- a line had formed. I appreciated that the woman was aware of the line, and actually asked if I was next (she wasn't sure who was there, me or the other women behind me). She helped me quickly, getting my info, and having a label printed. The whole thing took minutes, and I had my receipt and tracking number. The inside of the store was warm, well lit, organized, and clean. Saw plenty of boxes and envelopes on shelves, desktop computer stations (2-3), instructions on the walls for passports, a large copy machine, and a stand to write on.
