I needed a marriage certificate translated. While they were in the same price range as other, real, translation services, two things stood out: 1. Super responsive. Any questions I had were answered within a few hours via email (even on the weekend) 2. No hidden fees, nickel and diming for "extra services." PDF copy - included. Mailing of paper copy - included. Definitely would use them again. read more

i'd give them 10 points if I could. The service was extraordinary and faster than expected. The quality could not have been better. And considering they hand delivered a hard notarized copy, the value was astounding. Donald was very helpful. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. read more

We were looking for a member of the American Translators Association to translate and notarize a short legal document. After contacting multiple companies, Nova was the fastest to respond. They quoted the cost with the best value and were very clear about what services were included. The project manager understood my request immediately, was accommodating and honest about my shipping questions, and communicated with me promptly throughout the process. We received the document early. We fact-checked and cross-checked it (against a previous unofficial translation), and found that Nova's was far superior and more accurate. They were a pleasure to do business with. read more

Quick response and good service, decent price range (3 documents from French to English). All went well except on the USPS side, receipt was delayed and took longer than expected (more than a week). Maybe using a fastest USPS service or a different provider could avoid it ? but it was definitely not their fault. Would contact again if I need similar service in the future ! read more

I needed a document translated and contacted Nova based on the great reviews here on Yelp. I can confirm that the raving reviews are absolutely deserved; I had a certified paper copy of my translation faster than I expected! Victoria, the account manager who worked with me, was very fast in responding and super efficient. The price was very reasonable and service was superb and fast. I've already recommended Nova to others and will certainly use them again in the future should I need anything translated. I highly recommend them! read more

Nova Languages has always been my go-to translation company in the US! I am Brazilian and went to community college and university here. No need to say that I had tons of things to be translated between transcripts, documents and diploma! Nova Languages has always offered trustworthy and extremely fast work! First time I used their services, I had 70+ pages to be translated at once, and they I had it all at my doorstep within a week! They also gave me a very fair price for all those pages - lowest compared to other 4 companies I got quotes from. The latest job I requested was the translation of a birth certificate, and no kidding, I ordered it + paid for the job on Tuesday afternoon, and by Thursday evening, I had the package in hands! I always refer Nova Languages to every person who asks me what company to use for certified translations - they do certified translation from all languages you can imagine to English! -and will continue to refer them. Class A work, prices and customer service - Isidro and Victoria are amazing professionals, they always return emails and call within minutes, are always helpful and extremely kind. read more

Needed my foreign birth certificate translated into English and notarized as I'm getting married overseas next week (yeah, I'm a total procrastinator!) and need it for the marriage license application. Reached out to Nova Languages through their "Request a consultation" link on Yelp last Friday after noting their proximity to my work and also their good reviews. Project Manager, Donald, reached out to me shortly afterwards and followed up with me over the weekend when I didn't respond back. I provided a picture of my birth certificate on Monday morning and received the translated and notarized documents this afternoon, Wednesday. Before the final translation was notarized and delivered, a draft translation was emailed to me first for review and approval. As I needed the notarized translation right away and I work in midtown, not too far from their location, the documents were hand delivered to me at my work by one of Donald's colleague. I highly recommend Nova Languages and would use them again if needed. Easy communication with fast and friendly, customer-oriented service. Very happy how easy, fast and non-stressful this whole experience is! read more

I used Nova recently to translate a birth certificate i needed certified. They were exceptionally quick, they followed up with me on a regular basis and their prices were fair. The cherry on top is that Victoria, the PM who was working with me, hand delivered the document to me on a cold, rainy day - otherwise i would have had to wait for it in the mail - so i could get it quickly. their customer service was impressive. They keep it simple, quick and painless. If i ever needed to translate anything else again i wouldn't hesitate to go back. read more

Very reliable company you can trust! Helped me many times with time sensitive projects!

Super fast and responsive. Quality is higher than the corporate companies. Highly recommend for work that requires a custom touch.

I needed a translation from Italian to English of some official documents and Nova provided excellent service. They responded right away to my email inquiry, provided a quote, sent me a draft translation via email within two days and then a certified copy via FedEx. Their prices are very reasonable, their customer service is excellent and the quality of the translations is very high. I recommend them wholeheartedly. read more
