OUTSTANDING Apostille Service: Fast turnaround time, Competitive pricing and Very accommodative (document pickup and delivery). All the trades you need in order to Apostille your documents (while dealing with the bureaucracies of the government you need your US documents presented to). I highly recommend Translation & Apostille Services and I will do business with them again in a heartbeat if need be. read more

I have previously left a positive comment. However, this comment involves the translation services in Turkish Language. İpek Şahin has translated our docs into Turkish but strangely these documents were notarized by the person named Alfida S. Santos Valdez who actually has no knowledge in Turkish language therefore can not verify that the translated documents are correct. Receiving a notary seal cost only 25$ and an application. Why a person who claims to be a translator yet require the seal of another person who is not qualified to certifly documents in Turkish or perhaps in other languages unless he is fluent in ALL languages he uses his:her seal. I have an appointment with the Turkish embassy on July 19 and I am not sure as the translated documents will be accepted as they were certified by a NON TURKISH SPEAKING notary public. The notary public and actually this translation service provider may get in serious trouble as this person has no clue of the contents of the documents he is sealing.. read more

wish I could raise his 5 stars to 100 or maybe to 1000! We have been using his services for many years and always been very accommodating and always in timely manner. Prices are very reasonable as well but most importantly is you know you are in the best hands to do any translation job or apostille job with the most accommodating and professional service. But here is why this man is a super star, this past weekend we had a window of opportunity to get my wife's family out of Ukrainian, it was all in literally a window of hours and all we had is a weekend to get A TON of documents translated. My wife and I emailed Gianluca Saturday morning and let me say again A TON of documents and we had it all ready by Monday afternoon speechless already. Then came time to pay and Gianluca send me the bill, I won't get into details but let's just say he donated his entire weekend to help us in this very complicated and very rushed project! We can't be thankful enough, we are out of words and really can't think (yet) about the best way to say thank you truly amazing human being, thank you so very much!!! read more

Very quick, cheap and efficient! Got my stuff translated for USCIS in one day, these guys were super quick with the responses, quote & doing the job. I'll absolutely use them again! read more

Hours are not until 5 pm. U cannot just walk in like a normal office & u need to advise Gianluca in advance at least a day, to know when u can drop off documents. It's not clear what the structure is at this place, is he only translator, etc, are there other people that can do same whose direct mobile number is not listed? I had an amazing experience at a well established certified French translator w Ammon & Rousseau w normal office hours in midtown as a result of complication w Gianluca's availability from 10-10:30 am (?) to 12 noon availability. Not everyone is so careless to transmit sensitive information by email in light of data mining & computer hacking being so profitable these days. Although Gianluca is responsive & fluid communication wise, I did not like the mystery of his limited availability when this yelp profile clearly states, closing at 5 pm. May 22, 2018 I refer to Gianluca's feedback to my review. I had no such "appt" as we were playing it by ear via text and your hours are indeed mysterious. Your Yelp profile reads your "office" hours open until 5 pm BUT the several times I texted YOU (never spoke to anyone else so don't know where this "we" is coming from) and you always indicated YOUR available time slot to drop off my docs were 10 am /10:30 amto 12pmish daily for the entire week I contacted u (clearly only mornings) depending on the day hence why u asked me to txt u 1 day in advance. It was clearly communicated that those were your hours as when I requested afternoon hours you reiterated those were your hours. You flat out lied in your feedback review in attempt to salvage your rating from my factual review. You have earned a one star for completing lying and attempting to modify the facts and texting my personal phone immediately after my Yelp review. To text someone's phone after a yelp review is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. More reason now than ever to question your five star reviews cuz with your lack of ethics by lying can only lead one to speculate the authenticity of your other yelp reviews. I stand by my review as it's factual. Just because I gave business to Didier at Rousseau does not mean u have the right to fabricate stories. Also just because most of your business you conduct via online does not mean I cannot report the truth about the lack of your physical presence when your Yelp profile states your hours are until 5 pm. Therefore your true availability, actual established residence in office location given remains a mystery. read more

Fast and efficient. Great service. Easy communication. Very responsive. Would highly recommend

The most important thing I value about this service is the integrity expressed and received: the service was surprisingly responsive and professional, didn't entail the commercial aspect of just getting the work done for a price, and provided the customer with an open discussion of what worked best for them. Earlier this year, I had a difficult situation with getting an Argentine visa and needed an expedited translation of my background check and apostille. After contacting many companies, I found this service through Google and decided to give it a shot because first of all, the website was professional (no flooding information and ads; information was clear and sufficient with details of every process for each type of document; easy-to-find contact information). Gianluca was very prompt with email and phone, plus understanding with my circumstance (I had a discount for student which was so helpful). I sent the document to him via email and picked it up the next day. Overall, the whole process was fast, accurate, and personalized. I highly recommend this service! read more

Quick turn around time via email! Just waiting for the notarized certification to come in the mail. Communication was easy and quick - all questions answered via email in an extremely timely manner. UPDATE - If I could give 5 more stars I would. There was an issue with USPS losing the original version that was sent to me via mail. Gianluca handled it extremely professionally and RIGHT away and mailed me a new copy to get to me before what I needed it for. Will absolutely use this company again for any future needs and recommend to anyone who needs. THANK YOU. read more

I needed a translation of Italian documents and reached out to Gianluca for a quote, he responded so quickly with a fair quote. He got the job done very quickly as well and when it came for payment, he gave me several options to make payment easier for me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs these services. read more

Gianluca assisted me in the translation of 2 documents; a marriage license and birth certificate (from English to Italian). I can't say enough good things about his translation service. He was quick to respond to me with a quote, timely in his turnaround time of the documents and then mailed them to me. Very efficient! He also was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had about the documents. Great customer service! Thanks! read more

Gianluca was so easy to work with on getting the translations done quickly and efficiently for us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing Italian translations for passports or visas. We plan to use her in the future for any additional translations we may need. read more

Gianluca is pretty good, I was a little skeptical about the service, but since the begging he proved to be pretty solid, he took the time to listen to my concerns about the document and made adjustments and clarifications in a breeze, he provided a prompt and great service, even though there is out there people who provide the service at a cheaper cost I would recommend him and hire him again because of the great service and quality. I translated my birth certificate from Spanish to English for immigration purposes and I felt confident with the work done on my document, he even notarized it. I can tell he did an great job because I am fluent in Spanish and English and even I can translate, but I am not a certified professional translator, and I could've not done a better job. So over all f you want your document fast and of great quality, look for him. If you want something cheaper, you can find it, but beware, because you get what you pay for. read more

I had to get my Korean birth certificate translated into German and then get an Apostille for international use. I was stressed out about the whole process. Who has the time or the ability to leave work to go stand in multiple notary/county clerk offices? Gianluca was a pleasure to work with, he took the burden off my shoulders, and quickly! His expertise and professionalism were evident from start to finish. His services were a value compared to other translation & apostille services who quoted higher prices for a longer delivery time. AND HE DELIVERED TO MY OFFICE. I was so happy with this experience that I joined Yelp just to thank Gianluca. I will definitely recommend his services to all my friends and family. read more

Fast and efficient. Gianluca also responded amazingly fast and they make sure they have everything correct for you. There was some issues when I went to pick up my document. THEY MOVED! Gianluca was helpful and took 10$ off my translation, which was nice since that covered my transportation costs. Otherwise, this is an efficient and friendly service at a very reasonable cost. read more

5 stars hands down !!! Gianluca is prompt to respond, very courteous and extremely accurate, the service is fast, and extremely well done, and even after reaching out months later I was able to get copies of my documents. I would not recommend anybody else in the NY metro area for such services !! read more

Great, fast translation. Gianluca was very accommodating and professional. Will definitely use again.

Was happy with the quick service and Gianluca was replying promptly and frequently.

Outstanding service, super fast turnaround, excellent communication, competitive pricing... what else can one want? I live in California, and I recently used Gianluca's services to obtain legalization (apostille) for several vital records and court-issued documents. He did the job quickly (1-2 days upon receipt), professionally, and stayed in contact with me daily. I'm impressed, will definitely use Gianluca's service again should the need arise. read more

I needed a translation of my diploma for my job ASAP, from Spanish into English. I found this online, emailed a photo of my diploma to Gianluca (I took the photo with my iphone). He did the translation fast, accurately, and in very short time (same day). I highly recommend this service. read more

Gianluca was super fast, professional and communicative. Very convenient service - I emailed a photo of the birth certificate I needed translated, got a quote within half an hour, confirmed that he should go ahead with the translation, and picked up the document the next day. I chose to pick up the translated doc in person to save money, and though there was some slight confusion upon my arrival (the pick-up location was a work-sharing space), it was quickly sorted out after a quick call to Gianluca. I paid $60 for the certified doc - not exactly cheap but cheaper than it would have been at comparable businesses in NYC! read more

Gianluca was a great help! He got the documents I needed translated from English to Spanish, certified, and got the apostille done in a fast and easy manner while charging a reasonable amount compared to others in this city. Communication was excellent, every question and email was answered clearly and quickly. He saved me so much time and energy with a time sensitive issue. I would definitely recommend using his services. read more

I needed Gianluca to help me acquire and translate a number of official documents for an Italian dual citizenship. Not only was the translation service fast, easy, affordable, but Gianluca also essentially coached me step-by-step through the slow and arduous process of acquiring each of these documents via multiple NYC bureaucracies. He even met with me to look at my folder in person to go over which documents I needed to get for the italian consulate and how to get them. I've already recommended him to friends and coworkers and will continue to do so. read more

Very professional, prompt, and easy to work with. I needed a business document notarized and an apostille, both for a Spanish-speaking country. From initial phone call to delivered document was less then 24 hours, and they took the time to proof-read the document first (wonderful, since I don't speak Spanish). Fortunately, our client got what they needed and had no problems with paperwork. All is well! read more
