Santos Valdez who actually has no knowledge in Turkish language therefore can not verify that the translated documents are correct. Receiving a notary seal cost only 25$ and an application. Why a person who claims to be a translator yet require the seal of another person who is not qualified to certifly documents in Turkish or perhaps in other languages unless he is fluent in ALL languages he uses his:her seal. I have an appointment with the Turkish embassy on July 19 and I am not sure as the translated documents will be accepted as they were certified by a NON TURKISH SPEAKING notary public.
