She listens to what you want and her quality of work is superior. Most importantly, no cheap glues or damaging techniques are used. After seeing more than 6 artists over the past 2 years, I definitely get the best value and quality from Anna. There are not huge clumps of lashes & no chunky glue at all!! She's careful and I never feel any type of burning or stinging (I've felt this with other artists). I have great lashes to begin with, so my lashes can hold a mega volume set easily! **not every eye can do this, so ask what style is best for your eyes!! I've gotten fills 3-5 weeks with Anna and people are constantly telling me that my lashes look great and full!! Even after 5 weeks, I was still getting compliments and my lashes looked great. Most importantly, my lashes are still healthy & fall out naturally. Here's my personal description (check out my pics too): Week 1 - mega volume, more dramatic, sexy & full Week 2-3 - volume, full, flirty lashes Week 4- long, wispy lashes, less dramatic Week 5 - simple set, long wispy lashes with minimal volume Appointments are 2 hours for fills, so bring your headphones and take a nap! Keep in mind, I do mega volume fills, so this probably takes longer than other styles. Price is so reasonable for the quality Anna delivers! CASH is preferred & make sure to tip ladies!! She's so talented and you won't regret it. I now try to do fills every 4 weeks depending on my schedule. Anna is so accommodating & always can fit me into her busy schedule (various shop/home locations). She does a lot of out of town trainings, so book with her early!! Not one has been able to deliver on the perfection that Jenn seems to effortlessly attain. Application is always painless and pleasant. I often fall into a comfy light sleep unless I feel like chatting (after ten years, Jen knows as much about me as any close friend would). Jenn is obsessed with hygiene and safety. I used to wear lash strips but sometimes, lash strips are too long that you just cannot wear glasses (prescription OR sunglasses). Jenn created lashes for me that I can wear with or without glasses! It's close to where I live and parking was never an issue which was a welcomed change to what I've had to deal with at other salons. I will have to say that whatever relaxer she used never irritated my scalp and I never burned. She could have done better with styles for me though...or maybe she could care less about the way I left the salon. I did see others leave the salon with some pretty sharp styles but I guess they were more important. It could be that I don't look like I come from money, which would explain why the owner could take me or leave me as a client. I don't like to talk when I'm at the salon so I appreciated her not prying into my life but after the fifth time she asked me where I worked, I was really starting to get a little annoyed. At that point, I just wished she would just stop talking to me. In the end, she may have asked me where I worked about 15 times over the length of time I was going to that salon. Towards the end, I thought about coming up with some crazy professions just to see if she was even listening to me when I answered. I also had a problem with scheduling one time. Her excuse to me was that she had me booked the day before and figured that I chose not to come. I was so livid because not once had I ever stood her up so I felt that she should have called me the day before if in fact I did have an appointment scheduled with her. If she had, I would have made my way there. I could go on and on about what I didn't like about the service there but it's not worth it. If she feels you're worthy of her circle, you'll get star treatment but if you're an average chic like myself, be prepared to be ignored and take the backseat to the other clients who are more important. Her indifference is what really got to me and I'm sure she hasn't even realized that I'm no longer going there.

I was very nice when visiting this salon, I even was extremely tolerant of a situation beyond her control and never got upset, just waited patiently until my hair could get done. I was late once (30 min.) and though I had been patient with her it was interesting how she did not reciprocate, and I know she remembered when I was patient. But despite my patience and good tips I have to say I don't think I was part of the "inner" circle. I often got the feeling she could care less about the way I left the salon. I've seen some decent styles leave there and lot's of kissing up too but I'm on the quiet side and would make small talk when we were mostly alone in there. I got the feeling though that I wasn't up to her circle standards and so doing my hair was of no importance. The last time I got a really short hair cut and saw this one piece of hair sticking out by my ear. You think she would cut it! Nope, - I just wanted to see if my hunch was right. Needless to say I cut it myself later. Major attitude - she washed my hair and asked me which side I wear it/part it on. I hesitated for a moment (to think) and she quickly brushed her hand over my head and walked me to the hair-dryer. I figured we were still discussing it so I then said "to the left". I was quickly put in my place with an answer "It's too late! - I needed your input back at the bowl!". I was stunned by the sharpness of it. Totally unneccesary. The relaxer she used irritated my scalp a little and so I had to always be washed out sooner. She was attentive to that but the last time she left it too long I thought. I'm moving on and I doubt she will notice. Business must be good with the inner circle I guess. If you are not part of it I wouldn't bother go here. This was the OWNER - I don't know about the others, so maybe you can try one of them if you are desperate enough.
