A word of advice from someone who has prepared countless orders of fish and chips over the years. Number one ,, make sure the temperature of the oil is up to the correct temperature. Number two ,, when the oil gets old and dark change it !! don't just add fresh oil to the fryer. And yes, I know that's what you do, I'll be glad when C-Lovers opens up down the road from this place. After lunch, we perused the market area and saw there were giant crab legs, octopus, lots of fresh fish, poke, smoked fish and crab.
