I've been to bin4 a number of times in the past, but in their Vancouver South Granville location. Happy to report the food and experience are consistent in Kelowna as well! We came in for a late dinner and were able to benefit from their late night menu where you can get a burger for 50% off with the purchase of a drink. This is a great deal! I had the mushroom burger which is one of my favourites. The restaurant is roomy with lots of seating, and the servers see you quickly and are friendly. We dropped in on a Tuesday evening (9:15pm) for their late night (after 9pm) 50% off burger deal, which requires a drink purchase. Like that they didn't rush us out. They were still seating customers close to the 10pm closing time. - Blackberry house made lemonade ($4.25) - Citrus mint cooler ($5.00) - Bin 96 bison burger ($11.75) - bison was overcooked. Crispy onions were tough as nails. - Bin 19 big dipper ($11.88) - wagyu beef was overcooked. Needed the beef jus to save it. Wouldn't pay full price for B4's burgers. read more

I haven't been back to this Bin 4 in awhile and I was slightly disappointed in the food at this location. Last time I was at this location was back in 2020. I got my usual which is the Wild Mushroom Burger. We were a table of 5 people. When we arrived (4 pm) the restaurant wasn't very busy and only a few tables were occupied. The wait for food was awhile. It took them 30 mins after we ordered to bring us the food. My Wild Mushroom burger was a bit disappointing. I had it 10 months ago at the Burnaby location and the Burnaby location was a bit more generous on the truffle mushrooms than this location. The most disappointing part was that the top part of my bun was missing. Or someone tore off a part of it. On top the patty was a dry. My other guests ordered the Heritage burger and they said it was very dry. My partner B, got the Chef Series Bin 503 "Birria & The Best" and he said that one was good. Maybe the burgers are not consistent. Also note that the restaurant stopped giving out complimentary chips when you sit down. The décor looked the same as when it first opened. Service was a bit slow on top. We asked for a to go box and we had to ask 3 times before someone bought it over. read more

In town for business and was staying next door to the Bin 4 Burger Lounge. It takes some nerve to name it this. Like an upscale burger joint, and it was exactly that. A burger joint with an upscale vibe. The menu was diverse but not overly complicated, with a nice variety. The black and blue was one of my top three burgers ever, absolutely delicious, I picked the house salad as my side and it was amazing The staff was friendly and efficient Highly recommend this restaurant read more

Far from Downtown, this place has no crowds in a Saturday night like all Downtown restaurants, and we knew what they deliver. Our server was awesome, friendly and helpful. Got one burger each, the 11 and the 59. Both were fantastic, although the 59 contains chorizo and it was surprisingly on the spicy side, if that matters to you. Dropped by here yesterday for a birthday meal. Was not disappointed! Had the mushroom and arugula burger it was very yummy. The patty was juicy and tender and the buns were to die for. I'm pretty new to eating meat, since I've been a vegetarian for so long, but it was really good and easily digestible? I didn't feel very food coma-y I was happy full. Their fries are so good too! I want a whole bucketful of them! Wouldn't really recommend the bourbon bbq dipping sauce, only because it tastes a little... strange. However, it might have just been my preference. A small group of us dropped in for dinner during our girls U15A hockey provincials. We arrived with about 45 mins remaining in happy hour. The restaurant was about 1/3 full. We sat and waited approximately 10 to 15 mins before our drink orders were taken. Another 15 passed by the time we got our drinks. Our waitress then left the table and proceeded to go to her order terminal and fiddle with it for the next 20 minutes, whilst we were all within view looking over multiple times needing more drinks. She finally returned to take our orders for food and second round of drinks. One of our party asked if these would be at the happy hour prices as we had been waiting to give our second order for 10 to 15 mins, to which she responded, "no sorry, happy hour ended 5 mins ago". Despite all of us being non-plussed, we ordered another round along with our food. The next round arrived 15 mins later. During most of this time our waitress was again hanging out at her order terminal seemingly typing stuff into it. After receiving this second round of drinks after over an hour, we waited another 30 minutes for our food to arrive! After the food arrived, our server went AWOL for approx 30 to 40 mins to clear some of the dishes. She then disappeared again leaving us to wait for our bills for another half hour or so. All told a three hour foray for only 2 rounds of drinks and a one course dinner! To top it off, my burger was mercilessly overcooked and dry and the side house salad was small and bland. I ordered the black and blue which I have enjoyed on a few occasions at the Victoria location. The service has always been good at the Victoria location as well. Unfortunately, this Kelowna location is not up to par. A very disappointing experience would be an understatement. Thankfully the company was good. Hopefully management takes action soon before this location is run in to the ground. read more

This is a regular institution and this location is no different. The burgers were juicy and flavourful. Highly recommend the wild mushroom burger subbed with chicken breast - the combination you never knew you needed. The bison burner is a classic that you can't go wrong with. read more

Service was good (ordered while only 3 other tables/parties seated). However, food is overpriced. At $27 for the "special" burger and $24 for a regular menu burger, it was no where near good enough to warrant those prices. Including 4 beers, tip, etc bill came to nearly $100. Have to complement diversity of burger menu but the main ingredient in my burger - the beef pattie - was on par with A&W top burgers. No wonder they have to offer "half off burgers after 9pm" to keep patrons....and the place started filling up surprisingly quickly after 9pm! Had we come and ordered 45 minutes later (after 9), restaurant would have seemed a better value and review probably 4 stars. I came in search of a great burger, one that can stand alone without apps and sides. I came here based on previous reviews. Not only a great burger, but great service. Both my husband and I had burgers and a drink. Kettle chips on the table as a starter is a nice touch, better than the usual bread at other places. When the server didn't ask how we wanted them cooked, I had doubts, but they were cooked to perfect medium, which is not bad. Really great experience. Took my daughters here and we all loved it. Loved the mushroom gravy and fries. My chipotle bbq burger was awesome. (I read some reviews and not everybody liked the sauce but I totally did!). The sweet corn burger was delicious (i tasted) as well. Chicken was perfectly coocked, with bocconcini cheese, grilled tomato, balsamic reduction and for a change, I ordered it on butter lettuce instead of a roll; well played!!! It was sooooo good!!! I ordered it with fries which looked to be fresh cut and a salad. I have to say the salad was every bit as good as the sandwich...really...a guy just said it and I will never admit to it if asked. Ordered the August featured wild boar patty burger along with the citrus ahi tuna salad. The burger was flavorful but the patty was a bit on the dry side. The tuna was seared very nicely, unfortunately it was also a bit on the dry side. The flavors were there for both the salad and the burger other than the dryness of the patty and the tuna. The food here is definitely worth full marks but where I was really blown away is by the service. Especially the manger or hostess (not sure of her exact role). I've been here 3 times and as someone who is vegan, I was beyond happy each time. The ginger tofu burger is so good. And the fries are killer. Each time I ordered the aforementioned manager came to speak with me about how the food is prepped, spoke about possible cross contamination from the fryer, and wanted to ensure that I was happy with the product I was ordering before I ordered. It was more about meeting with friends. But then,... bang. Hit by an amazing burger selection. Bang. Hit by great service. Bang. Hit by great food and presentation and finally,... bang bang bang. A terrific burger! I have to tell you, this is one heck of a place. My only criticism, one person at my table ordered a Bellini. It was really the worst looking Bellini I've seen and I'm told it wasn't that tasty either. After hearing good things about Bin 4, I had high expectations when I finally made it in. We did have to wait for about half an hour before we were seated, since it was so busy. The chips we got to snack on while we looked at the menu were really good--probably the best part of our meal, unfortunately. My husband ordered a cider--and was served the wrong one (which was $1.50 more than the one he'd ordered). I got a Greek burger with fries. The fries had a strange texture, almost like they were stale? Or freezer burned? It was dry and not very appetizing, even after swimming in hot oil. The burger was presented nicely, but it was a small amount of meat and looked burnt. The toppings were flavorful, but the burger was definitely over cooked, under-seasoned and dry. Definitely wouldn't recommend, and will not return. read more
