On 5th day I call to hear the same and I tell her don't touch my bike I will pick it up after work. She says she needs to check and see if its been started being worked on. Well Im right down the rd .. 5 min away I ride over and see my bike outside untouched. Ok at 4pm she calls saying oh yeah he's been working on it and my cables showed up. I leave work and stop over and see he pulled the cover off my fairing. 5 min work after being told don't touch it. So now my trip is planned and leaving Friday. Ok.. call 2 days later on Friday. He's on it, just yours to get it done. Ok. I call at 5 pm she says he's on it I don't like bugging him. Ok I get packed up and go over and see my bike the same way but just on a lift. Nothing but the fairing cover off. I try my best to hold my anger. So leave and call sat at 12pm. He's almost done she says. Call at 3pm no answer. Call at 4 no answer. Go up at 5 the dude in back is bitching saying Im rushing him. I ask when will it be done. Says he will call. Ok. Sat comes and around 5 pm And leave a message of well guess I paid for a room at blessing of the bikes in baldwin for nothing. 9pm they call saying my bikes done but ignition isn't because of no key but come get it.. I go up with my trailer. Takes me 20 min to arrive from drive time. I have 2 calls from them saying they wanna go home to hurry. I pull up in the back and see them with my bike. I help them install my ignition. Yeah. I had to do it.. then start my bike up and she comes standing in front of my bike holding the handlebars telling me I need to pay the bill of $1600. Yeah double the quote due to cables.. UNREAL!!!. Then the argument starts cause I can't even test ride my bike. My truck and trailer are there. So after listening to her bitching. Cussing. I figured I pay over going to jail she starts walking off I yell and say where's my receipt. She says she needs a pen and goes out the front door and left me without anything. Then 2 days go bye with rain and I take my bike for a ride. My new exhaust falls off. He didn't tighten or use lock tight on the bolts he removed to install my clutch cable. Then my clutch handle isn't working properly. Sticking everything I squeezed it closed. My front brakes are leaking. Its unreal.. I call and she answers and starts off with (YOUR THE POS FUCKER TALKING SHIT THE OTHER DAY. IM NOT DOING SHIT BUT CHARGING YOU TO REPAIR THE ISSUES. SAYING MY CABLE STRETCHED SO YOU WILL PAY. I TOLD HER WE'RE GOING TO COURT AND HUNG UP.. AND YES I HAVE ALL THIS RECORDED.. THEN THE GUY FROM THE BACK. HE CALLS TO START SAYING I DONE THIS AND THAT THOUSANDS OF TIMES. BULLSHIT TALKING OVER MY EVERY WORD. TO THEN SAY WHAT NOW YOUR MOTORS BLOWN??? WTF!!! NEVER SAID NOTHING OF THE SORT.. I TOLD HIM THE SAME.. YOU BOTH CALLED TO ARGUE AND KNOW YOUR A SCAB SHOP AND LIARS. ) I HAVE THAT RECORDED ALSO. IN THE PARKING LOT RIGHT NOW TO FILE.. BUT THE STATE NEEDS TO CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN.. MY COMPLAINT TO THE MI STATE SEC OF STATE IS NEXT..DONT LET THEM TOUCH ANYTHING... I WARNED YOU..

My dealer Raina assured me this Motorcycle was inspected and serviced but said that service would take care of me. they had my bike for a month after buying and told me it was fixed. They didn't charge me a dime, They took a month to apply spray RTV that faded in 1 wash Nothing else was addressed. I eventually found out that this bike has a completely different engine from a 2013 s1000RR. NEVER disclosed this info to me the buyer at all. I returned the bike to service this April because the kickstand screws were stripped, not staying in, engine leaking oil again onto my back tire, tensioner leaking again there was a missing bolt that goes through the frame, an entire engine mount bushing was missing from the frame (extremely unsafe) and I wasn't willing to ride it again until it was fixed. they obviously never serviced this bike or even inspected it. All of this should have never been an issue from the day I bought it. Upon returning to pick up my motorcycle the dealership said it was finished, this time they fixed everything that was suppose to get done when my dealer handled it. But this time they charged me $1500. I payed the bill reluctantly. Hopped onto my bike and started riding home. Unfortunately to my dismay, my motorcycle didn't sound normal at all. about 10 minutes in, I could hear a serious grinding in my engine case. I called this dealerships service and they had a trailer to my house to pick it back up within the hour. service tells me that these noises are Normal for this bike, I say no way my best friend has the same year bike it's not normal. They tell me that 3 service techs have test driven it and say it's fine. 2 weeks later my cam chain blows on startup. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABYS TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY SERVICE NEEDS. They have left me conpletely destroyed.

I do not know the name of the gentleman that recommended you to me but I am so glad he did. From the moment I walked into the shop, at first to check them out mind you, until the moment my work was completed (Had tires changed on my BMW rt1150 motorcycle) I have never had a more pleasant vehicle maintenance experience ever!!! They performed a check on my bike. Made expert recommendations without trying to get the most money out of me while I was there. Most service centers would charge for that. Even told me I did not require an oil change when asked to do one. They replaced and balanced my tires for less than the quoted price. Have you EVER heard of that anywhere. While I was there he first day for about 40 minutes and about 2 hours the second day. Customer after repeat customer came in. All where greater like family. That will carry a business far if customers feel important respected and High Voltage takes the time to respect everyone that comes through the door. I do not give many written reviews. However I am so impressed by this family owned business that I felt compelled to give notice and I will be a strong word of mouth proponent as well. So please know this is not a planted review. I strongly recommend High Voltage Cycles for all your service needs. They did me right!

At any rate the bike was advertised correctly and the pictures represented the motorcycle exactly. I came into the shop and spoke the owners about the motorcycle. The owners were very up front about the motorcycle even providing a brief history. The Harley looked exactly like it did in the pictures, pretty much like new. While I am not a great price negotiator, I feel I did get a very good price based on my market research on that make/model. The fact that I was dealing with an experienced seller rather than a guy on the corner certainly gave me more confidence in writing the check. Since the weather outside is cold, I have only driven the motorcycle up to the corner and back. The Harley runs great and starts up easily. Finally, the owner of A & J was kind enough to deliver the motorcycle about 20 miles to my home with no additional charge. All the paperwork was handled in a professional manner and my title arrived in a timely manner. If your a serious buyer and want to make a deal with confidence that your not buying someone else s problem, I would strongly recommend you consider this motorcycle dealership.

I found the shop extremely charming, with a beautiful array of mopeds for sale. My housemates who helped me get the moped to and from Detroit Moped Works are now lusting after mopeds, especially now that they know how economical mopeds are (faster and cheaper than most electric bikes, insurance not required in Michigan, $15 for 2-3 years of registration with the Secretary of State, good mileage and smile-age, and they tend to retain their value). I am happy to zip around Ann Arbor on my now-working Vespa!
