I poured around 4,000 dollars on my poniac G6 2009 to be fixed at various of places, and it was like they never fixed it, my car would shake will going over 50 miles per hour, I couldn't even go on the freeway. My tires were flying off while driving causing near death, my alignment was never done and mind you it was messed up from the drunk driver who was driving a trunk bigger than my little Pontiac and it squished it. My car has never driven better after I took it to Gratiot wheel and tire supply! Best service, understandable people and most importantly honest. My car drives like it's brand new, I couldn't be more happy I found this place. I will never trust anybody else with my car besides this place. I regret not finding them earlier after paying tons of money for my car not to be fixed. Thank you guys!!

When I brought my motorcycle to Ducati Detroit for service I was disappointed by the overall…read morecommunication throughout the process. I understand that service work can take time, and I have no issue with reasonable timelines or unexpected delays. However, communication is a critical part of any customer service experience, and that was where this experience fell short. After dropping off my motorcycle, I expected a basic update regarding the status of the work. Instead, I found myself having to call multiple times to check on the progress. On several occasions, it seemed as though staff were too busy to provide updates or follow through on promised callbacks. While I eventually received information regarding my motorcycle, the lack of proactive communication made the process unnecessarily frustrating. The facility itself is impressive, clean, and representative of the Ducati brand. Unfortunately, the customer service experience did not reflect the same level of professionalism. A simple courtesy phone call or email update can make a significant difference in maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction. In any service oriented business, customers should not have to repeatedly reach out for basic status updates. Improved communication and follow up procedures would go a long way toward enhancing the overall customer experience. I hope Ducati Detroit takes this feedback constructively, as the dealership has the potential to provide a service experience that matches the quality and reputation of the motorcycles it sells and supports.

Naturally since I'm a Ferndale resident I thought I'd give them a try since they're so close and they're a custom shop from the Motorcity. I've been trying to get a hold of these guys all week for a repair on my foreign bike. Between them not returning phone calls or just not answering their phone repeatedly they must be either really really busy or just have really poor customer service. I'm guessing the latter. I began calling other shops in the area and realized that DB's prices were alot steeper for comparative work. I also found that depending on who I talked to at DBs, that the price fluctuated for their services that should've been a flat rate and were elsewhere. I felt that they really didn't want or need my business. Sorry to say but I'm done with them.
