Also no shelves or coat racks or storage lockers so employees have to leave their expensive riding gear out for other employees to rifle through when nobody is looking! No shelves to put their nice helmets. Maybe your employees ride to work since they are obvious enthusiasts and just might ride in. How cheap you are and gross with greed. Spend $100 and I bet they would install shelving in their own time. Take care of your people and they will take care of you. Maybe your shrinkage rates will drop? What a concept. If you weren't the only motorcycle store around I would no longer spend my money there. Oh and your frequent buyer membership that you only allow discounts on your brands that you pay a fraction of the wholesale costs for is also gross! They kept the pads to show me how bad they were. Another good point in my opinion. They had never worked on an s1000rr before and ended up damaging a wheel speed sensor.
