Naturally since I'm a Ferndale resident I thought I'd give them a try since they're so close and they're a custom shop from the Motorcity. Between them not returning phone calls or just not answering their phone repeatedly they must be either really really busy or just have really poor customer service. I'm guessing the latter. I began calling other shops in the area and realized that DB's prices were alot steeper for comparative work. I also found that depending on who I talked to at DBs, that the price fluctuated for their services that should've been a flat rate and were elsewhere. I felt that they really didn't want or need my business. Sorry to say but I'm done with them.
